Interventions: Consistent nutrient management with Alfa Boost and Epsom Salt helped stabilize growth and coloration. Caught up with the others by the end of the week, after initially lagging slightly behind in growth. Environmental Notes: The plant environment was kept stable, mirroring the conditions of the other strains with slight temperature increases noted towards the week's end. General Observations and Actions: Pest Management: The introduction of nematodes early in the week helped manage the presence of Trauermücken across all plants, a necessary step to prevent infestations. Nutrient Management: The consistent use of Alfa Boost and Epsom Salt across all strains helped address minor nutrient imbalances seen as vein thickening and changes in leaf coloration. Environmental Control: Slight increases in temperature and adjustments in humidity levels were monitored to ensure optimal growth conditions. These adjustments were crucial as the plants transition from seedling to more mature vegetative stages. Conclusion: The second week showed promising growth and stability across all strains. While minor issues were quickly addressed through targeted interventions, the overall health of the plants remained strong. Moving forward, the focus will be on maintaining this momentum and carefully monitoring environmental parameters and plant responses to optimize growth. The Autos seems to move much slower than Photos. You can see the difference in growth from seed in the same amount of time. In order to accommodate everything that sprouted, I decided to take the chance of moving the Blueberry Fem and White Widow Fem out of the 5 gallon plastic grow bags and put everything into tall 3 gallon fabric grow bags. Now I can fit 8 plants in the grow tent. Since the flowering schedule is pretty loose, I sprouted a Strawberry Cheesecake which is in the incubation chamber now. It will be one of the eight. But the 2-3 Gelat.OGs that will be left will have to either be given away or I have one other idea. Tell me what you think. Leave them in the Solo cups right in the tent, in the spaces between the pots. They'll be limited in size, but they will flower. That would be a total of ten plants in the space. Pretty outrageous. I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

She is growing well, after a slow start. Light is 17” and the par is 600ish. I am going to make canister with yeast. Having a problem with low humidity and high humidity at night in the 70% range. Still just watering with cal mag, VJ and B-52 about 50-100 ml every other day. End of week update: the environment is doing better. Moved the light a little closer about 700 par. Watering has been 2-3 days about 75ml. Exciting things to come…

Send help... the Pineapple Express has taken over the tent... she’s massive at 44-45” tall currently... stretch slowed down but she’s past the light at this point and even light angled doesn’t hit the very top of the main colas just yet. (Back left of tent) White widow looking great for the lollipopping method I used on her(front left of the tent) White widow 2 growing well, got a nice dose of ferts this week based on her light coloration(front middle) Berry white growing slowly still, tent is more suited for sativa dominant strains but this one gives the tent a bit more variety. (Middle back of tent) Purple trainwreck 2 growing like a beast this go round, she’s taking up half the tent almost by herself and filling in a 1.5x2 foot area in nicely. (Far right of tent) Purple trainwreck 1 bulking up extremely well, buds are nice and sticky, density is great so far on these buds. Hoping for another 14-20 days. Started her flush after giving her one more dose of nutes last week. Spotted first ambers on the trichomes... she’s only on day 45 of flower but the trichomes are already beginning to turn amber. I still suspect this strain to be semi-auto(has rudelaris genetics somewhere) and additional growing of this plant has simply increased this theory. The plant did have pistils when put into flower(18/6 lighting) but was a clone of a previous plant. She did reveg in 18/6 lighting and was cut from a flowering plant. I believe she had already transitioned into flowering since the plant had started opening pistils up again before being placed in 12/12. I believe she was a week or two into flower at the start of 12/12.

Login issues led to missing a couple weeks, but things have been super smooth. Buds are looking sweeeet and hairy. And they're really fattening up. She's one thick hairy lady. Following the nutrient schedule without deviation, swapping and cleaning the reservoir every week (H2O2 clean), and keeping the humidifier filled. I swapped the pump. First one randomly stopped working for no apparent reason. New one I spec'd with a much lower pump rate and it's a great improvement. No splashing, just a trickle recirculation so I keep it on 24/7. The pH monitoring is so so so much easier now with the good Apera pen. What a difference it makes over the generic ones.

10 weeks / 70 days old today. Buds are all a bit fatter and a bit frostier this week! They glisten in the light and and are well and truly coated. Noticed a few leaves with brown spots this week and after reading up I decided it could be a calcium deficiency. Gave a cal mag feed and monitored and no more brown spots have appeared. We’re pretty close to the finish line now so not sure I’ve done the right thing or whether I should just let it be. Few more old leaves at the bottom started to yellow so chopped them. Some trichomes are starting to turn milky but majority are still clear. Haven’t bothered with a picture because it’s so hard to get a clear one. Still taking up lots of water and giving 3ml of bloom nutrients in every water. Been reading lots about flushing and I’m not sure whether to do it. Read lots that say if it’s cured properly then there isn’t any difference to the taste. I think half the battle is knowing when to do it. How does a beginner know when you’ve got 2 weeks left?! Been tempted to chop off the popcorn buds and so glad I didn’t. I put some bulbs lower down to give them plenty of light and they’re fattening up pretty well. Bit worried again about the space issue. Lots of new pistils have sprouted and most are around the top buds. Read that it could be foxtailing due to light stress but could also just be buds fattening out and having a last try at pollinating 🤷🏻‍♀️ who knows! Overall another exciting week getting closer to the finish. Booked our summer holiday for August and trying to decide whether to start a new grow when these finish. there’s a risk they might not be done in time but I’m desperate to try again and improve on this one. I have well and truly got the grow bug!!

Day 39-02/09/22 we back on track baby!!!! I’ve given each of these beautiful plants a liter of water today with biobizz grow/bloom/topmax and a tiny bit of calmag!!! Two of the plants are 30cm tall and the other one is about 35cm!

Week 13 for Lemon Orange by greenhouseseedco 2 of the plants are just exploding with growth while the 1 pheno is having a little bit of a harder time. Will be giving the last feed of BioBloom this week at 7.5G just a light top up. Biggest pheno on the back right in drinking the same amount of water twice as fast too.
