Week 1-3

Can't Lst this thing enough. Seems like every other day it needs readjusting. Autos are crazy when they start going.

This week has gone well, had a bunch of stuff typed out and closed my browser by mistake and now this is #2 attempt to post this week. Easy week for the plants, they have being growing well and I am impressed by the size of them. I added in some potassium silicate to introduce some Si into this grow. I decided to top them as they where starting to grow their 4th node, snipped that tip off and we're golden. They are kinda smelly if you rub them and that's fun too, Some of the hot peppers have also popped up and started growing. I still don't have anything on the Naga Morich pepper that I am hoping for. I have a feeling that as the seeds I got from these peppers where from a dehydrated pepper, they might be duds nuked from the dry heat of the dehydrator. I do have 4 vials of hot pepper seeds where the label has fallen off, I found the labels but no idea what one goes on what bottle. One out of the four bottles is Naga Morich, Having some none dehydrated seeds in my possession is one step closer to getting more of this hottie. I also found a fly out of no where, Its little wing is damaged and it more or less hops and glides unsuccessfully vs fly's but I took some videos of it. I also seen a few fungus gnats, little fuckers where not in my apartment before I am convinced their eggs survive in the stuff I buy then come out of it. Kinda annoying. PLUS I borrowed a light meter from my hydro shop, I was expecting it to be a LUX meter and that I would have to do a bunch of conversions but it was not, it was a legit Quantum Par Sensor, detecting in PPF "Photosynthetic Photon Flux" or umols/s, with these readings I can calculate my PPFD "PPF+Density" I have mapped out my tents floor into a colour coded grid of dots and mapped out the PPF at varying heights and dims. However I did not do it right and need to redo this. But once this is done I will have a functioning PPFD map with relation to my tent. This will help me tone in DLI and get it aorund a solid 35-40. Will be gearing up for a transplant next week. I try and post on Fridays but don't always get around to it. I take the pics on that date though and then try and remember what I was going to write about that week. PS Gorilla Tent Accessory's suck shit. The SCROG nets pic has the gorilla 2x4 SCROG net "black" and the Secret Jardin 2x4 SCROG net "white" beside it. massive difference in quality and size. I should have known when they state on the label its for 2x2 or 2x4, that's not even possible. Also tried out the nutrient line that's part of the gorilla tent company, Lotus, I ran it one year and it was just trash, did not work, had issues since first week and they would not correct. Buddy reached out to me and said same thing happened to him and he disliked the brand. Day 36. Still no feed.... Again, difference in size growing many autos is HUGE pain. One Northern Lights is smallest plant I ever grew, I doubt I would I achieved it with loads of LST ;))) Will try to lift that midget a bit ... Some flower, some not, Diesels are still the only strain I would grew, but most probably not once ;))) they look amazing !!! 10 out of 10 ! Green Crack still the obvious looser at the moment and is still mostly in veg ... Next watering will be full of goodies for them !!! Couple leaves off here and there, couple branches cropped or repositioned, still waiting for stretch to be over before installing some support. Day 37. One more girl took SuperCroping like champ and at the moment has very even canopy. All garden looks fine, hope feed won't spoil that joy ;))) Day 40. Girls still on water, but during every two days, so it's again pain ... Whatever pot size I take - girls start to go faster, than my laziness wants :))) Cleared bottoms of first row, next watering will clear other 5, just want to see are they ok. Some strains hates any job done to them and stops developing.... Would be stupid to slow them down in final stretch ... Happy Growing !!!

Update : week 4 for the Amnesia haze has been interesting. Sadly her 5th node snapped clean off during her lst so she is now an official quadline. She has settled into the pot so well now and has done a nice bit of growing the past few days. I am happy with her look and health. She should be a good finish too. The Sweet Afgani Delicious is happier now she is in the NFT tank along with the Red hot cookie. They look so lost compared to the Amnesia in her big pot and a few weeks older. They have perked up and started to show more chlorophyll over the past few days too. I think a week will give me a chance at some lst with the smaller girls. Be safe Growmies

I cut the plants, remove the remaining fan leafs and hang the plants upside down inside the dark tent for 8 days. After 8 days I trimmed the buds and put them into glass containers with boveda packs. I burped the containers everyday for 10 minutes (first two weeks twice) for about 4-6 weeks.

Stretching has stopped, end of week 6, one pheno stretched others have barely doubled but never the less each one are producing fat sticky colas with an amazing zesty fruity hazey stench ! I wasn’️t anticipating have all 7 being massive cause it was a last minute call buying a bigger tent else I’️d of just had the four but again, fantastic stuff !

This lady is so short and stocky, it’s really hard to make it look good in a picture, it just looks like a little bush lol. But don’t let the pictures fool you, this plant is looking to bring some killer flowers, still very small but I anticipate them packing on some serious weight in the next 3 weeks. Lots of thricome production so far and now you can tell it’s starting to put on weight. I’m very thrilled with this cycle of plants I’ve had, running into no problems, and really have my nutrients dialed in and really helps in knowing what my plants need now.
