Flush week

📆 WEEK 13 🌱 Plants: The indica-looking pheno (the one on the far right) has a sweet kushy smell. The middle plant has the classic RuntZ aroma, and the plant on the far left has a distinct Gelato smell. Honestly, I wish I’d kept a clone of the one on the left instead of the indica-leaning one, but that’s just how it goes - I chose the one with better root growth, and how that’s translating to buds and flavor will be revealed soon. The one on the far left smells like a clean Dairy Queen cooler, flat Z terps, just a really clean scent. It’s wild that they all started with a rotten-lemon smell and evolved into such different profiles. Typical F1 generation behavior. 💧 Hydroponics: Full solution swap today: water came in at 6.6 pH and (yikes) 0.4 EC. Added 5 mL pH down and 8 gallons of Heavy 16 Flush Week to the 8 gallons of water (this is the one time I stick to the manufacturer schedule). Enviornment: Lights are all the way up; the tent thrives best when I can manually breathe it, otherwise it starts messing with its own humidity and CO2 levels. ⚙️ Equipment: I temporarily lost access to my online drive with the feeding schedule spreadsheet, which is way easier to digest than manually calculating feed per gallon and how many gallons I actually used (since I never feed full-strength manufacturer nutrients). This week was simple though - the buds are deep into swell, so I’ve started flushing. ⏳ Timeline & Outlook: The flush will be swapped for pure water sometime this week while the tent’s lights are OFF, which I think is a critical step. If we’re still pulling salts after the pure water flush, I’ll swap it out for fresh water based on the nighttime readings. On 4/4, I’ll swap the solution to water only at night. Then on 4/7, I’ll swap the water flush for a fresh water flush at night. The target harvest date is 4/14, depending on how the flush is going and how the foliage burn is progressing, though this could shift by a few days.

Harvest day 11/3/23 - day 56 Sent about 2lbs of trim, larf, and sugar leaves to vacuum seal and the freezer for bubble hash later. Unsure of the weight of the buds hanging, but I can say it is more than I expected that is for sure! Excited to get a weight here in 5-6 days before trimming and jarring. I ended up having to cut the plant down in smaller pieces due to the trellis netting. Also due to the fact I planned to utilize the tent for drying, I needed to be able to completely remove the DWC setup and adjust the ventilation and net to use as hanging. 11/11 Final result picture: 1 jar of sugar trim - for RSO or bubble 1 jar of stems - for RSO or bubble L (lower quality bud jars) 0.75oz, 0.75oz, 0.65oz = total 2.15oz M (middle-quality bud jar) 0.9oz, 0.65oz = 1.55oz T (top quality bud jar) 0.75oz = 0.75oz TT (super top quality bud jar) 0.75oz, 0.45oz = 1.2oz total dried and curing in jars: 5.65 ounces about 2lbs of frozen plant material for bubble hash 1 full jar of sugar trim for bubble or rso 1 full jar of stems for bubble or rso 11/29 update Made just under 6 grams of bubble hash from the trim and larf (one wash). Recooked the single wash trim and larf into butter with additional sugar trim added. Made about 1lb of butter - dosing unsure, but potent :D

Week 4 is underway and these girls are thriving despite the humidity being so stubbornly fluctuating de humidifier cannot keep up. Managing to keep it below 60% mostly and keeping airflow strong. Papaya frosting is going to be very frosty and I suspect Chunky colas for this 1. Suppose to be 9 weeks strains but I feel a few Phenos may take the extra week to fully mature 😌💚✨

WEEK 16 - (06/13/2021 - 06/19/2021) Week 8, Day 50 - FLOWER: 06/13/2021 After inspecting the trichome development for the last 7-10 days or so, I’ve decided that today would be the ideal time to begin flushing. The American Pie #1 does not look like it’s ready to begin flushing quite yet, as she appears to be about a week behind in maturity. Despite that, I’ll still begin flushing her today too. Recycled water: 70ppm, 69℉ + pH Up: 7ml Mixture: 95ppm, 6.4 pH, 69℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 895/800, 6.1 pH AP#1 - 529/434, 6.5 pH AP#2 - 365/270, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 624/529, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 8, Day 51 - FLOWER: 06/14/2021 Did a trichome check on the plants today. Spent more time with the Jelly Banana to better determine her maturity level. She actually looks like she is ready to harvest today. I’d say trichomes are 75-80% milky, with an amber trichome here and there. I’m going to try and push her through at least one more low-ppm watering and test the runoff. American Pie #1 is still about a week behind in maturity, but she will get cut down with the other plants regardless. Jelly Bananen started to turn a lime green color so she'll probably get chopped and hung up in the next few days when my second tent arrives (4x2 AC Infinity). That wraps up this week! Woche 2 Startet

Hey now! So after 8 days of drying, and 6 days of curing, I just tried the Sour Diesel in a glass water pipe, and she is freaking amazing. She burns nice and slow, with thick clouds of smoke, and tastes exactly like she should, like a sour/citrus/fuel with a very nice aftertaste. I ended up with less than 20% of wet weight, but I am so ecstatic with the quality, I could freaking care less! I have a fantasy football draft on Saturday night, and I can't wait for the rest of my league to sample her! I had so much fun with this grow, from constructing the watering/draining system, to learning more about photography and video, to meeting everyone in this community, and finally to smoking Nugs that I actually grew! Major changes here at Night Owl summer camp. Have had a rodent problem! Something has figured out a way to get into the dormitory (greenhouse)and had a feast on my plants. Five branches off the Harvey Wallbanger, and two each off the Vanilla Fizz and the 91Grapes. Oh my gosh! I needed to do something else. My wife gave me a spare bedroom for a grow nursery! What a girl I have! So spent the day yesterday moving tents and hanging lights and got the girls all situated in the new dormitory away from some vampire in the night. Will give an individual plant update shortly.

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Considering modifications to the CropMaster's heatsink as it is currently equipped with a 12-watt fan driver, PC fans, and connected to the LED mains power. It still works well, but planning to replace some LEDs once this grow is completed. Cheers to growth, both in the mind and the garden! _____________________________________ At mid-day on January 25th, 2024, I accidentally placed the light too close to the plants for a couple of hours, resulting in burnt leaves and pistils. It can't be a calcium deficiency since I have been feeding 6ml of calcium to 5 liters of water. The only difference was the proximity of the light.

Starting to bloom. Continued with defoliation for air flow. Removed 5 or so leaves with mildew. Switched to bloom nutrients and hydra cal mag 2 days ago after 3 days of just ph 6.2 waterings/flush. Still healthy but a bit of mottling on older leaves and a tiny bit of nute burn on a couple of tips.

So I thought the plants was going to be a flop but they turned it around, really long time tho for a auto flower, I could of ran photos with a better yield, but never the less these look like 10/10 nugs and smell amazing i can't wait to see how these look dried off.
