Did LST and topped Pheno 1 & 2, 3 is too funky to mess with. I think PH was just my issue and possible too high intensity light as I lowered to 60%, but also brought my PH to 6.5 so I'm guessing that helped too.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. This was a good week for the Purple Punch, she really started to stretch and grew 14 inches in the last 7 days. I did start transitioning her from veg to flower nutrients yesterday. She is now feeding on Silica, Cal Mag, and 50/50 veg and flower nutrients.
She has 3 shoots coming off some nodes and only one coming off other nodes. This is the first genetically mutated cannabis plant that I have grown so we will see what happens.
The Medic grow light is now running at 100% in F1 Flower mode and I am also integrating the UV/IR bar for approximately 90 minutes per day just before lights off. I will continue to transition her to flower nutrients over the week and by next week at this time all three ladies will be feeding from the same reservoir with Silica, Cal Mag, Maxi Bloom, and Liquid Kool Bloom which is a PK booster. I keep the PH in the reservoir between 5.5 and 6.5 and prefer fluctuations between this range as some nutrients uptake better at different PH's within this range.
I will probably do one last light defoliation in the next couple of days and that will be about it other than keeping the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old.

Good growth on them little bit of nutrients burn on the northern lights. Wonβt get much out that small one but I just couldnβt let it go

Pheno number #1 is white and smells like sweet exo cheese, great smoke and effect too. The rest are pretty good too. 3 and 4 lacking terps. very woody..
Great grow all in all. about 35g of premium bud per plant.

Sad to lose one but three good looking plants very excited about this cross breed. Hopefully they show sex soon so I know what I've got!
Have a look at my Kalini Asia's and I might get a decent phone to take some better pics π

MAY 26TH 2024 - The gen 1 & gen 2 mom's have recently been cut back & lights have been dialed down to 35% to slow the growth down on the mom's until they are needed for cloning in a couple months. We have gotten it down to a science now with how to manicure them & cut them back then have them re-grow out again. I am VERY proud of myself as this is my first attempt at growing out mothers myself. I have always vegged out seeds & flowered from seeds with my own previous smaller ACMPR grows, Then managing other peoples grows they usually bought clones in I never had the opportunity to learn this aspect of cultivation, Until now & I feel we are doing very good ! These things are monsters and are super healthy and strong.
With that said I would love any input or advice for growing out mother plants that we could use to improve even further ! I am always open to learning more. @seedsman The RUDE BOI OG seed has to be at least 5-6 years of age & it germinated no problem, I burned it with the bar LED's too close to them when they first germinated and it looked touch and go for awhile but I did not give up on her now she is going to be one of THE best moms, Wait and see ! Also, BE WARNED if you use these fabric pots that are supposed to air prune the roots for you & allow you to keep the plants in them indefinitely. The ORIGINAL set of them worked great on our first batch of mom's, BUT we almost lost the generation 2 mothers because of them failing and the roots grew right out the bottoms of the bags into the run off's from the feeds and almost messed up the generation 2 mother plant's luckily we spotted it, Transplanted them out into different fabric bags & resolved the issue.
These ladies are almost 6 months old & going strong !

Report on week 3 of veg: I lower the RH to 50-55% while the RM stays relatively on the higher range: 27-29C daytime and 18-22 at night. I had nice visual on the 6th node of BB3, Larry Bird and Gelato plants and few cm. to avoid any eventual stem splitting, so i topped them. I guess the Gorilla will be ready for topping by tomorrow. Unfortunately i have to work with hard water so i have to keep constant eye on the water's EC. For this reason and from personal experience i wont increase the nutrients dosage any time before flowering. The high percentage of worm castings is doing wonders and help me a lot with the substrate's maintance. I did some runoff water measurements and end up with the following values: Gorilla had 2.75EC and 6.5pH, Gelato got 2.70/6.6, Larry 2.85/6.7 and BB 2.20/6.9. Substrate pH is 7.0. Once again, I have to say that Sunmaster's Dual Spectrum HPS are indeed super powerful lamps. I added another clip-fan to ensure a nice breeze around the plants. I will follow the general rule of thumb and give the plants 10-14 days to recover from the HST. Once i week i spray the plants with foliar iron-based nutrient solutionπ (Plagron Vita Race). It boosts the photosynthesis, plus it washes and cleans the leaves. P.s. only the Larry Bird is topped on the pictures. I topped other two today, but i didnt want to switch-off the lights in order to take pictures. Peace!

Finally she got to the end of the line and despite all the suffering she had early on your flowering time she end up pretty good. Can't wait to proper dryer and have a test to see how she is . smells great thank you for reading I will continue to update have I happy grow.

Week 8 off flowering Critical
On to a next week it's getting closer to the end Growmies π±π±π± . But i am ready for it πͺπ»the Critical will be done one week before cookies gelato so last week of feed then flush week for the Critical

Short and dense and heavy that's how the buds are getting . I got the critical seed for free and wasn't keen of growing them because literally every shop here sell it . But the critical is surprising me in good way and very potent skunk smell buds also getting solid as rock πͺπ»
Day 50!
Critical is getting there i looped some tops and the clear ones getting Milky but the amber is not seen on buds yet patience will win the race! I would be flushing after this week but i am holding that of and wait and π

Took some pictures of the critical close up and it's definitely looking good gave 1.5L nutrients pH 6.6

Critical is looking already jummy tricomes on the buds are getting insane but it could be me it's my first time ever grow and not seen it before but i like how it looks and smell's couple more weeks

Day 28 - well it's the beginning of week 5 and I have now got the nutes finally tuned for my girls, all of them are looking gorgeous, nice green and healthy β showing some great growth this week and the new growth just keeps on coming, I think another 2-3 weeks vegging and then its time to make the switch and see the stretch π laughing buddhas are doing so well, considering a few were running slow at the start but they always catch up! Zkittlez OG auto at the top right is coming along nicely, currently week 4 of vegging for that girl, cookies kush at the top left is also doing well, showed some yellow leafing but managed to recover nicely. Also the HPS coverage is perfect for this tent, was using LED before which yes if far cheaper to run but I can already picture great results for these π fingers crossed!
Day 31 - I'm going with a sea of green and scrog method but without topping, I want these girls to grow out naturally but I can now organise the bud sites thanks to the scrog net, I will be putting the net in in week 7 if all goes well. Changed water amount to 1.25 litres, saw some nute burn so going a little easier on the nutes, will feed just Ph'd water in next feed in 2 days time. Thanks for tuning in! π
Day 32 - lower d the HP's light to about 60cm above to help with growth, lowered scrog net as well. Bud sites are starting to show, will organise them when ready. Switching to 12/12 on week 8. Found silver tails in Coco, must be watering too often, will let Coco dry out - not showing any damage to the plants as of yet. Hopefully drying out Coco will get rid of them.

If you thought last week the growth was fast, then it literally exploded this week π.
Despite topping, they went full throttle the next day.
Even if you are not yet connected to the network, I today the lamps on 12/12. I suspect that she will loosely sleep the net in stretch.
The root growth is still very extreme π. I am very excited to see what will happen this week.
