Had a bit of a ph issue so I gave em a flush. Hasn’t seemed to affect their progress. Still holding strong! The clones are also doing really well! Kept the 8 strongest and ripped the rest. Freshly topped today (2nd day after transplant to 2 gal pots). Just following the GH nutrient schedule to the letter. Love their nutrient line. Everything's still going great. The buds are dense. Rock hard. The smell is nice. The father had a rare floral scent, her mother was fruity. She's fruity with a bit of floral. I was hoping for an indica-leaning plant, but she seems to be slightly sativa-leaning. The fruity smell would seem to confirm that she'll be a bit on the sativa side. Just starting to fluff up. So perhaps 10 or 12 days left.

Hi Growmies, So far it all goes to plan. Not much to do on soil I gotta admit. Right now they are receiving RO ph balanced water with some CalMag, rhizotonic and orca. The solution is applied with a spray bottle every time the top layer appears dry. #1 is a bit behind, as she struggled to get out of the seed shell. GENERAL COMMENT. WEEK 5 OF FLOWER. Ok guys, this week ran ok for one girl and less for her sister, so i will go on details individually. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTOMATIC COMMENT. As I has commenting since the beginning I think this could be a nice strain to grow with minimal water and nutes, keep that in mind when growing this strain, i learned the hard way. What happened with this girl is that salt builded up in the medium and de stabilised mainly the PH, creating a super acidic medium, thats my bad, i failed to id earlier. So back to spotting, and a bit of yellowing showing, so some deficiencies, i honestly don’t know how this is going to end. I flushed her 4 days a go with PH water to 6.5, that raised the medium runoff from 5.0 to 5.4-5.6, and flushed again with tap water, is alkaline at 8.1+, runoff is still 5.6, so that raised more concern with that input range getting so acidic runoff is bad, and in the end of flush received a dose of voodoo juice, big bloom, calmag and top candy, that are all organic at regular ph, EC at 1.8. I know the PH fluctuation can worse the scenario. I’m been apocalyptic is just that i’m feeling a bit turn down now, i was expecting this girl to run flawlessly, heads up will try my best to correct issues, just wished she was like her sister…

I realized there may have been a bit of a light leak in the late morning. I taped everything up more. In the future I want to maintain better reflective integrity on the inside of the tent. Everything looks good. The buds are still growing a little taller and filling out. The CBD Blue Shark is super frosty. It's actually absurd. Orange hairs are coming out in all plants. I was hoping to be able to keep the exhaust window open overnight to let the overnight temps drop 10 degrees to encourage the purples in the WC genetics, but it's too humid now to have the window open without the grow light on. Otherwise the rh goes up to 70% overnight and it's not worth the risk. Next year I'll flip earlier when it's still colder and drier out for the harvest window. This flowering period has been really cool. I've really been noticing the process of flowering. The calyxes open up and turn into pistils and sugar leaves, and more keep appearing and popping every day. It's awesome.

Close to harvest these beauties... I have checked trichomes they are ready but I still give several days more or I week from now:) No more nutrition since week 15... I want to flush them properly:)

Es wurden noch mal 3,0L gegossen. 29.7 Heute durch die hohe Temperatur wurde noch mal 2,0L gegossen. Dies war das letzte mal vor der Ernte.

After 20 days in seedling stage. I stopped watering. Planted into bigger pots using new organic soil.

Did a medium stress training on 10/15 last few days of week 5 lowering main cola from 17” to 8”. Also dropped mid colas to 8” leveling canopy. 10/17 made some further adjustments as tops and fans flipped upright. Last adjustment 10/18 removed a handful of fans to open all bud sites. Noticing a bit of yellowing watered with 700 tds dr earth bloom. runoff at 6.5 ph down to 1100 tds from last measure of 1400+. 10/18 Added another dose of dr bloom runoff moved to 1240 tds 6.5 ph. Painting Happy trees hopefully. 🙂 10/19 pm let run off settle. tested at 1350 tds 6.82 ph 10/24 finished off the week looking good. nute deficiency in check.

*Ppm stayed the same around 1050PPM * Week 5 of flower. *Nothing drastic changes just defoliating a little. Did remove some popcorn nuggets on the bottom. Wonder if that will affect yield.

Welcome to my Epic Buzz Diary sponsored my Anesia Seeds. Bit of lag in a few of my diaries. Apologise to the followers. Swapped atm. Veg Days 4-23 Days 8-28 3 weeks Plant grew really well. Really fast out the gate. Done a repeat of the hard Defoliation method used in my Ztrawberry to see can I replicate that even strong node growth. This was the 1st of very high stress defoliations that will be done. Y, well I wanna see how hardy these genes are. And how they respond to various stress factors. So, my 1st hard defol was done at the end of wk 3. I removed all the fan leafs and left the small nodes to fend for themselves in the hopes it would actually push an even node growth, instead of older bigger fan leafs drawing in more energy and therefore making bigger nodes. You may think she is small. But, look at it from the point of them just been nodes and no big ass fan leafs that make your plant look twice the size it really is. So, stripped her bare. And let her run, and oh boy she did. Lovely node growth. Very well defined. Explosive growth from about 5 days into the hard defol she took off like a bat outta hell. Really took off coming into wk 4. Sadly, this is where the good times kinda stop.. Next wk, its all down kill, hit with a serve Sulphur issue. That came on with hrs and looked like a wk old issue. The response time from growing in co2 is so quick. The plant is finding it hard to show symptoms like a normal grow, where you'd see a gradual illness occur. But, this way. You really have to be on the ball. Its definitely not something I'd recommend doing until you get a few grows under you. The slightest oversight will throw her into a tail spin. Feel free to message me if you're interested in using co2. I'm by far no expert but, I know a fair about of head knowledge and hopefully soon experiences in it also and fixes etc. Methods Will be using my hard defoliation techniques to push this girl to making nice strong nodes, hopefully, that's the idea. Thus far. Its been going to plan. I've achieved a really good solid base, to build heavy buds on. Soon I'll start to tackle some sort of shape. I had to do a repair to a snapped node. Was literally hanging on by a very thin bit. Recovered strong and has set. I might now HST the otherside to counter the energy that this side will have more of now. As when you HST break a stem and it repairs the stem itself hardens up, storing more energy/fluids and helps direct it better up through the full filled nodes, so they're not like straws. So, the broken side will act like it's been HST'ed now. Day 15 - The start of week 3 and the girls are really taking off, from 1-2 Inches of vertical growth daily. Consuming a good amount of water, almost leaving the bucket empty. lol. Lightly defoliating to keep the bud sites exposed to light, as they get bushy very fast and recovery is only taking a day for them to bounce back. Pretty happy with how things are going right now. Slightly increased the EC by .2 but not enough to burn them.. which is the goal. Grateful for my trolmaster unit as it has made keeping tracking of my parameters much easier and effortless. Day 16- Topping up the res with RO water every two days. Otherwise I'm sure it would be empty! Pistils are showing and the bud sites are very visible. Seeing one pheno with slightly more sativa dominant traits. Luckily I took clones so I can run the best pheno next time around, although all these plants are special. Still going through the flower stretch. Excited for what is to come. Stay tuned for the results. Day 18 - As you can see, the difference is night and day over a period of 2 days they have had an explosion of growth. They were heavily defoliated on day 17 and bounced back within a day.
