Flowering continues, not seeing trichomes darken or get cloudy yet. Bought a small dehumidifier and fit it inside the tent which helped manage the RH. Started removing some fan leaves every other day to give maximum light exposure to the buds. Also changed the watering schedule from to every other day instead of every two days.

Week 2 for the solo Afghani went smooth. Looked a little slow to develop her first proper set of leaves, but the root development should help speed up her progression. Still feeding off the slow release 444 and is now regularly drinking about 2oz of water every other day. I also spritz the bottom of the outer cup to keep moisture levels high for stretching roots. She's about 36" from the light. Hoping to get a little stretch to make training easier. Added a couple new pics to get the week caught up. Stay tuned, week 3 starts training.

Defoliated them a little. Nothing special. I try to keep at least 3 or so big leaves below the net jfust in case there is an issue with the plant where it shows the symptoms at the lower branches first. High GD community, Week 7, Theres been a lot of rain last week, heavy winds. A lot of dust blew into the greenhouse. Theres also an attack of snails. Bcs the natural barrier of straw was blown away. Those sneeky bastards!!!🔪🔪🐌 First flowers appear on the zuchinis, theyve been growing a lot. Big fat leafs! The eggplants recovered 100% and showing new growth on top of the plant. Melons keep having a hard time, so i bought a other 1, same strain, only a F1 version. 🤞 Spanish peppers have their first flowers. 2 newbies are red pointed sweet paprika. And cucumber not triving yet. 1 died, so i bought 2 new ones, just to be sure. Of all the little pots my son made, nothing sprouted yet, except for some weeds. He was a bit dissapointed all week nothing appeared, reallife lessons in patience and failure. This week ive started siefing my compost pile. While i was turning over some parts of the compost, i noticed a lot of bummblebees swerving around. Than i found this hairy ball that was buzzing. If i knew they had their home installed, i would have been less brutal. Its a hard job turning over more tgan 1 qubic meter of plantmaterials and soil all mixed. So ive restored the place a bit, covered the space so the rain coulnt get onto the nest. As you can see, those bees are working their white ass off to get thinks back in place. Just a few hours after(14h) they are back in business. I also was astonished by how much wind those big fat bumblebees produce. Dust is swirling up when they hoover above the soil. Ive planted the iceberg lettuce togethere with an other 6 4 seasons lettuce, and covered the space for the intens rains and winds of last week. Thats it for this weeks adventure!! 🙏🌿🌿🌿🙏

Let’s just say for what I got out of this plant, I’m extremely pleased. This plant was put through a lot of stress and never really skipped a beat. I stunted the growth early on in the seedling stage, I then decided mid veg state that I wanted to do coco coir instead of DWC bucket, which then slowed it down a few days, then during my first time doin any training to a plant I snapped the main node off slowing it down again. My cat then one day got into my tent when it was down while I went to use the restroom, and ended up digging out an entire side of the pots and roots. I truly thought this was the end of this plants life, I decided to just let it go and hopefully I could maybe get some small stuff to make some butter with or something. She bounced back from even the cat attack and produced something very great. All in all this was really fun to grow, she was resilient as hell and would love to try this strain again with no hiccups down the road in the near future. Hey everyone! Just a quick recap from last week: we've removed the LST bands and are letting the plants grow freely. They are looking fantastic and have developed a very dense canopy. 🌿 Now, we're at a bit of a crossroads regarding when to start the flowering phase. The back three plants from our second grow are only 23 days old, and I’d prefer not to have any plants outside the tent. Today, we're changing the light cycle from 20/4 to 18/6. This will give the plants more time to rest, which should help them grow even stronger. 🌱 The 18/6 cycle means 18 hours of light and 6 hours of darkness, providing the plants with more downtime to recuperate and grow. Excited to see how they respond to this change! Day 45 (First Grow): Hey everyone! Exciting update: we’ve built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants! 🌿 For those who don’t know, a SCROG net helps to train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it with our six plants to ensure they all get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. We've also placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. Do we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or would a dehumidifier be a better option? We’re leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Day 46 (First Grow): Hey everyone! Exciting news: the plants have names now! 🌿 This will make it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around.
