As you can see in the pictures the girls have stretched quite a bit more and are starting to produce nice buds. I think the stretch should begin to slow down soon considering they're entering the third week tomorrow. That delicious sweet earlier flowering smell is getting a little stronger. Mmm! Nom nom! It is proving difficult to squeeze them both into a single picture in the room I photograph them in. I may have to start only photographing them separately next week 😅 We will see how it goes! I hope to acquire some photography florescent lights and a seamless background for future grows. Or, make a DIY background. This would allow me to take pictures elsewhere in the house where backgrounds and lighting aren't great. There was a little heat stress visible on some of the upper leaves but nothing major. I slept in yesterday morning and the lights were a little lower than they should have been. It did make the pictures a little less attractive, unfortunately. 12/2/2024 - Starting this post a little early since it doesn't start until tomorrow. That said, two of the three plants are in flower while the Mystery Seed remains in Veg. I would expect it to transition and stretch over the next day or two. The other two plants (Granite Runtz & Frosted Cherry O's) are growing/stretching rapidly easily putting on 1-3 inches of growth per day. I have decided to top dress throughout flower with Gaia Green Power Bloom. I'm just a little leary of the Grow Dots fizzling out towards the end so I'm going to use a slow release organic to top dress with high in Phosphorous. These plants couldn't look any better and now my focus will turn to caring for all the bud sites and making sure each nug gets plump and dense and as big as it can get. I'm banking on a 1lb crop total from these three plants. 12/3/2024 - Ok we're into week 6 now and two of the plants are well into flower and the Mystery Seed is showing pre-flower now and is stretching out. I expect it to catch up with the other two in the next few days. Everything is going extremely well and I couldn't be happier. This morning I fed all three plants with Recharge and Silica along with 2 liters of water PH'd to 6.5. I think watering is going to increase a bit still from here but I'm paying very close attention to moisture in the soil. I've got PPFD readings up near 850-900 across the canopy and with the addition of side lights I'm hoping that I can get some deeper penetration to some of the lower branches. I continue to build out my toolkit for future grows. 12/4/2024 - Probably my last post for this week unless something spectacular happens. Everything is going very well though I found a few rust spots on one leaf which I removed from the Frosted Cherry O's...nothing I'm too concerned about at this point. Overall things are going extremely well and the plants are growing beyond my expectations. Looking forward to the coming weeks as the buds start to develop.

Great week , really frosty, stalky fat plants. Hard to tell from the pics but it's only buds packed in there, strong smelling and sticky. Shorter than I like but should give a great weight for the size

Aug 24: starting the sixth week of flowering. I’ve added another Scrog layer mostly to help keep fan leaves out of the way and expose the bud sites. This “loose Scrog” or whatever technique works quite well. She’s fairly leafy but the buds are coming. 👍 defoliated to remove fan leaves that were growing toward centre. Don’t want to overdo it but there needed to be some removed. Aug 25: nice sunny day and had the UV lights going. Took flash pics just before using the 730 nm far red light. Don’t use a flash like this if you don’t have the red light as you might cause it to hermie. But you can get great flash pics. 👍 Aug 26: looking good. Watered with potassium silicate this evening. It’s a strong base and it takes a fair bit of vinegar to get the pH back down to about 6.4. That’s fine though because the microbiota (‘bugs’) will appreciate a serving of easily digested acetate. That’s part of why it’s better to use vinegar than HCl. Chloride would not help but the organic acetic acid does help.

While this is no good, no further signs of that mistake other than the recorded video ;). V2 - Quick show up on how to correct the color of photos taken under red/ping/purple light. First I merge the HDR image from 3 bracketed shots, then I apply my custom color adjustment in the HDR resulting image. As i show in the video, to correct the red light, you have to enhance the blue and green curves, just play with a point in the curves until you find the best adjustment for each of both curves. Then you should go to tones, and play a bit with reds, pinks & purples... and.... Voilá, you can see the results, easy and effective..... but no more easy than using the right white spectrum. Como muestro en el vídeo, para corregir este tipo de luces hay que realzar las curvas de color azul y verde, simplemente con un punto por encima de la mitad de la línea media hasta encontrar los puntos más adecuados para tu luz. una vez encontrados, sólo hay que ir a los tonos y ajustar un poquito el rojo, rosa y morado. Our number #15 is the tallest of the grow, a lanky that seems to fill out well, we always hope it gives its best in this respect because if it finishes filling well it will be perfect. Week 9 was good .. Forbidden Runtz is getting ticker .she is taking longer than expected. No sign of amber yet. The thricomes are getting milky.. hopefully she finished in the next few days.
