Hellow fellow growers and enthusiasts,
We started a new diary we got some seeds from Spliff seeds in the Netherlands our eye fell on the Bubblegum an decided to do these and make a diary for you all to follow.
weekly updates on growdiaries if you want more green goodness i would like to invite you all to follow our instagram page link is in our profile
We got the seeds from Spliff in a really nice package i like to see some eye candy and spliffseeds struck gold with this
we dropped the seeds in water for 24 hours and after that we put them in moist cotton pads untill germinated.
After 100% germination 🙏 we put the delicate seeds in Eazy plugs using tweezers and then the waiting game began,
As soon as roots started showing we transfered them to 0.5L pots filled with lightmix and made a little hole to fit the Eazy plug
before putting the little seedslings in the lightmix we sprinkeled some Mycotrex* in the hole and transfered the little ones into there cozy new home
now they live in there new pots in a humidity controled dome untill they are transfered to 18L pots and go in the grow tent
we will update you all next week
Stay safe and stay green

*What is Mycotrex
Mycotrex is a natural soil conditioner
a special blend of 9 species of Endo Mycorrhiza spores
Contains Beneficial Rhizo Bacteria, Seaweed meal & Humic acid
Increases root capacity by up to "700% "(said on their website i personally don't like numbers like this but i have to admit that it works)
Improves absorption of water & minerals from the soil which increases the growth ratio.
and it is 100% Organic
Hi Guys, tremendous changes in these ladies the roots are crazy thanks to the mycotrex unfortunatly i forgot to take a picture earlier when we transplanted them into 18L pots half an hour ago sorry about that :(
I started with a nutriets i have left from last grow which is the hy-pro Terra still have to make a decision if i am going to continue with the hy-pro nutes of make a change not sure yet
with the transfer into bigger pots we also relocated them into their final growspace so now all the information about lighting and the growspace in the settings above are correct
we left the light a little higher so that the ladies can grow towards the light and grow nice and big to support the big flowers that this plants is known for
Speaking about lighting the lights used in this growspace is a G-Leds Target 330 a 330watt dimmable full spectrum light check out the last 2 pictures for the light and the spectrum
also the PAR numbers for this light are off the charts hope this helps out if you are in the market for a new light also check out week 8 on the hy-seeds hvyweight for another great lighting sollution
that was it for this week
Stay safe, stay green,

Hi guys,
Hope you are all doing well in these difficult times the upside is you can spend more time on this amazing hobby of ours.
Another week has passed and i have a few updates we are still growing on a 24 light schedule and im thinking about switching to 18-6 for the following week-week and a half of veg fase,
The growth is good but they are not very thirsty which concerns me a little but we will see what will happen.
3 of the plants have a little defect which shows it self in weird looking leaves and stunned growth don't know what is up with that but we will also see what the future brings, experience tells me that although the plant may look a little retarted that does not mean that these will not grow to be amazing plants with a big harvest
very curious to see how they are going to develop further down the road.
I stopped giving the Hy-pro Terra i love the company and their products but there is something with the Terra line that does not make me happy although it's very easy to use just one component as a base and a few optional additives it doens't give me the results i expect so i made the switch to Hy-pro Hydro Part A+B and within a day or 3 the plants have a fuller green color and the development of the plant overall is very noticeable and the stem is getting steurdier and thicker.
As for the lights they are still hanging on the same height as i started and i gave it a little more power the plants are stretching towards the light just like i wanted and when i made the switch to 12-12 i will gradually move the light lower untill it's about 30-35 cm above tha canopy and i may or may not take out met scrog netting i haven't decided yet.
That is all for this week
Hope you all are doing good stay healty and keep it green
Cheers,
Nibameca
Hi fellow growers,
another week and a half has passed so this diary update is a bit over due.
As i said in my last update that i was growing on 24 hours of light and thinking about switching them to 18-6, right after writing last weeks diary i made the switch to 18-6 and left it for the past week and a half and that made a huge difference in growth the plants where nice and bushy from the 24 hours of light and they are now stretching towards the light just like we want to see yesterday i made the switch to 12-12 so the next update will be in flowering fase.
The day before i made the switch to 18-6 we topped the plants and did a little defoliation but that is hardley noticable in the pictures i added because the new fan leaves developed quick and now they are nice and bushy again, enough leaf surface to take in a lot of light.
I think i will be taking out my scrog net somewhere in the next week or so to train them a little but no full on scrog.
lighting is now on full power 330 watts full spectrum but is still hanging on 50 cm above the canopy.
I give them a little more water every day they get half a liter with hy-pro nutes and rootbastic (the amount added is in the nutes section above)
That is all for now.
Cheers,
Nibameca
Sup y'all,
Another week with the bubblegun grow, we start to see the first signs of flowering which makes us very happy.
I did a lot of defoliation just before i shot the pictures so that a lot of the precious light can penetrate deep into the canopy so that the lower leaves get some light to.
Overall untill this point the grow is going great you can still see which one of the plants had a minor defect but they came along very nice that makes me happy.
No changes in the nutrients are made and the light is still hanging pretty high i strart lowering it somehere this week
That is pretty much what i can say right now
I hope you are all having an awesome week
Cheers,
Nibameca
Hello fellow growers,
I haven't realized that is has been 2 weeks already so going into week 7 with the amazing bubblegun.
There are quite some changes when you compare the pictures from two weeks ago it looks like there wasn't any defoliation done at all the tent is packed with big leaves and happy plants with the defect are still a little behind and are not as full as the others and the leaves look a bit weird but we will see what the fututre brings.
No scrog netting this time but the next time i will use it again cause i like the way that it effects the plants growth.
i lowered the lighting by about 20 cm's and i will do some defoliation in the following week
no changes in the nutrients but starting next week im going to add Epic Blast the flower booster from hy-pro
That is all for this update
talk next week
Cheers,
Nibameca
Time goed fast and this plant is growing beautifull buds that grow bigger day by day and i can't wait for this one to be done.
four days ago i started adding the flower booster to the mix to get the buds nice and thick
the development of the flowers is going great we have one plant with a very long stem and that one is turning into a big main cola pretty fast and the smaller nuggets are developing really nice
although not all the plants look that good the flowers that they produce are perfect and i thing this is going to be my best yield from under this light i can't wait to find out i grew Spliff seeds in the past and got a great yield of those plants and it looks very promising
besides adding the booster to the mix i did some defoliation last week this was the last time untill harvest to not overstress the plant
That is all for now
check out the pictures and the video
Cheers,
Nibameca
Another week gone and we have another problem... Trips god damn..
took all the plants out yesterday and sprayed them with neem oil so i hope that it fixes the problem because we are reaching the end of the grow this is a big freaking royal pain in the ass and i wish i didn't have to deal with it but what you gonna do check out the pictures you can see the destroyed leaves
no further changes in the nutrients but we have slightly high humidity but that is an easy fix just keep the door open
so the only struggle now are the trips any advice is very welcome
Talk next week cheers,
Nibameca
Hi fellow cannabis fans,
today i wanted to take some pictures of my horrible looking plants that survived the devestating attack of the trips but instead i figured it was time to start harvesting a little early i planned it for friday but decided to do it this tuesday, so earlier this evening i cut down all the ladies and started trimming the buds.
Next weeks update will be a little later but that will be the harvest upload with all the numbers.
During trimming i noticed that there where a lot of small but compact buds hope that i will reach my weight goal but we will see next week.
Added to this diary are some of the pictures i took a week ago and a few just before harvesting the sad bunch, all destroyed leaves and discoloration and a few bud shots.
Better pictures will be added in the harvest update next week
Cheers guys
Nibameca
the grow went very smoothly and was easy the only problem i got where the trips that f*cked up the last phase of the grow and i think that it would have been a higher yield if it wasn't for the trips that ate my leaves.
The weight on the scales was good but could be better we got 3 pretty big colas but most of the yield consists of little buds and nuggets but that is not a problem
