Day 21 of flower & things are looking good. This weeks been filled with just watering and defoliating. I trimmed off most of the bottom leaves that weren’t getting any light/wasting nutrients. I didn’t do much though because they’re so pretty & I don’t want to take away from their natural beauty. I love these girls. They’ve been super chill & easy to work with. I’m looking forward to seeing how much they grow this next week.

Going into flowering is always a special moment and we prepare to do it at our best to make the plant understand that it is time to become a woman and speed up the start of the formation of buds. We start with 24 hours of darkness this to give a strong break and sign of change to the plant that understands the change of time and prepares to go into flowering. Our Black Runtz was worked with a topping x16 buds but unfortunately I got stupid one day and after having vaporized something strong while doing a defoliation, I also cut a branch, our x16 buds became like this x14, story of a bullshit done. I hate doing bullshit and I expose them to public shame to remind myself not to do it again any normal human being would have hidden the fact. But we are not here to comb the dolls so we always tell the truth. It happens and the plant will be super beautiful anyway. Another thing that gives the plant the signal to start flowering are flowering stimulators, we friends at Plagron use Power Buds. The start of the flowering program includes the same additives as the vegetative phase Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Now the basic fertilizer is Alga Bloom specific for flowering. The smell has really picked up! The buds don't seem to be getting any longer/more connected, but they are def getting denser... I'm guessing another couple weeks before harvest.

Den Ladies geht es ganz gut. Sie werden immer hungriger. Das Wachstum läuft gut, ich hoffe das geht so noch in diesem Tempo 1-2 Wochen weiter. Interessant ist, dass die Blackberry und Purple Lemonade eher aussehen wie eine Sativa, und der Hybrid Orange Sherbert bei dem am meisten Sativa drin ist, aussieht wie eine Indica ! Wir werden sehen…. Die Blackberry und Purple Lemonade sind von der Entwicklung ca. 1,5 Wochen voraus. Das Klima ist nach wie vor optimal, sie mögen das Blütelicht wie gesagt sehr gerne. What a run this was, harvested at day 70 of 12/12. Pheno #1 was the iciest from the start and hasn’t disappointed ever since. Amazing and beautifully stacked buds with and insane amount of trichomes! She looks truly amazing, very exotic bud structure too! The smells are out of this world with artificial cherry, cookies and gas terps. Can’t wait for her to be dried and cured for the final smoke test!
