So despite many obstacles and hurdles, we are on the last week of flowering hopefully the heat stays down for the next few days, and I can get some color into these nugs the sativa Room may need a few more weeks no big deal. This is typical of sativa leaning strains. this will give me a bit of a stagger in between harvest so I don’t have to do all the work in one day which is a good thing .

Day 60 – Dancing with Nature What a joy this lady is turning out to be! She continues to thrive under the unpredictable UK skies — basking in sunlight one moment, then embracing gentle showers and cloud cover the next. Today marks her 60th day, and she’s standing proud at around 80cm, now fully settled into her flowering phase. In celebration, I gently sprinkled three teaspoons of Plagron Bat Guano over the soil — a natural phosphorus-rich kick to support vigorous flower development and promote dense bud formation in the coming weeks. It’s a subtle but effective way to stimulate her floral energy without disrupting the soil’s microbial harmony. Visually, she’s starting to reveal her potential. Bud sites are forming nicely, with promising pistil clusters at every top. The deep green foliage, wide open to catch every ray of sunlight, signals balanced nutrition, strong roots, and a resilient phenotype. No signs of stress from fluctuating weather or wind exposure, which speaks volumes about the Fast Buds genetics powering this grow. This grow has been all about minimal input — just clean, pH-balanced tap water and a homemade super soil blend. No tents, no artificial lights, no pampering. Just trust in the soil, the sun, and the strain. The fact that she’s developing so gracefully shows that outdoor growing in the UK is not only possible — it’s rewarding. Let’s see how she responds to the bat guano boost in the next few days. I have a good feeling she’ll thank me with thicker, more resinous blooms soon. 🌿

Day 51, 4th of November 2020: The 3rd day since the lamp switched to be 12/12... I raised up the nutrition intake as it can be seen above only the BioBizz family 2ml/l and removed some LST because the plant remains in shape or just set a bit but nothing significant.... She looks really bushy good genetics and strech is on the way..... 😅 Nothing really to report there is crazy 2-3 weeks from now ;) ;)

Roots looking good, plant looking good but look close and you can see a nute deficiency coming. most likely because my lazy ass did not change the water yet so i got some pH problems. but i wasn't paying attention to this yet haha

Apricot got got the chop last night! That’s why I’m late on my diaries,I knew she’d be ready! But man,she was an amazing plant to grow. There towards the end she started throwing new pistols but I think that’s just due to going a little too long cause i was wanting amber tricombs. They’re all fully cloudy with slight amber,can’t wait to see how she dries and cures🔥🔥

Last week of veg, flipping today, let the flowering begin, started some LST on 68, unfortunately snapped LSD 1 but taped up, continued on more plants on 69.

As mentioned before, I was traveling and let the plants do their own thing. This turned out to be the perfect test for a living soil grow. The only manual intervention was a friend adjusting the grow lights, something that can easily be automated in the future as well. The plants look absolutely fantastic. In the pictures and videos provided, they’ve already been trimmed a bit. My mistake for not documenting the true “sea of green” when I first opened the tent after three weeks. The biggest leaves were larger than my hand, it was ridiculous. I’ve honestly never seen anything like that in an indoor grow before. I’m back now and will continue with weekly updates. The next step is installing the SCROG net and switching the light schedule to 12/12. They’re more than ready to go into flower. Aside from using a bit of root juice at the very beginning, I haven’t added any fertilizer at all and the results speak for themselves. I can highly recommend everyone to try Brotanics living soil especially for beginners, lazy people or as add in for professional organic grower

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. I enjoyed this plant a lot, its grew well and loved how it was shorter and fatter. I wonder if it was at the dame distance from the plant if It could have done even more. Had some issues with the yellowing that was happening on the other plant in this tent. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and it may have hurt the yields a bit. The top best looking buds looked and smelled amazing even the lower buds where doing well not so larfy like the other plant. There was crazy strong smells with this plant, sour berries and hints of lemon, it was a best smelling plant I have grown to date. This would be a great plant to grow for beginners, cant take a lot of stress and still produces quite well and even on lower wattage leds it was good. It was not the most crystally looking plant, not like the maltezerz but still had some finger hash buildup but a small amount. I feel this plant would be a winner for a rosin press. I don't plan on growing this strain out again despite me liking a lot of qualities about it. I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. Only some of the lower growth is larfy, will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 4.57oz or 129.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷ 129.6g = 2.60 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 129.6g = 0.28c/g It cost 28c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. if u wanna skip details just read the CAP LETTERS day 29 - januari 2 waterleaves from under the stems got cut off, also trimmed the lowest branches because the leaves were getting too big the soil plant has gotten no trim or cuts at all day 31 the ph of the res was 5.3 i changed water , roots look brown, not rotten or slimy just brown. day 32 the hydro plant gets healthy growth after the water change. ph is still too low (5.5) im waiting for my *PH up* i ordered online. never tought i would need it lol. she goes well on 5.5 but not enough calmag is absorbed like it does on 6.2 The pictures of day 32 display the difference is very big in the stems, the soil plant only got topped while the hydro plant had already a litle trim on the lowest branches and the branches above (in the midle of the bush where i topped them) so she got more stress and still is bigger then the soil. day 33 i got no ph up (for now yikes) sooooo i took 8 liters out of the res and replaced it with pure rainwater and 170 ppm calmag in it without nutrients to keep the acid level a bit higher. it worked as u can see in the final pictures the plant gets new growth a bit faster. ph up should be here by end of the week. day 35: plant start to stretch finnally, while i was doing LST later in the evening one of the top stems just snapped off completely OOOPS 😆. theres still a lot of branching going on and a nice bush she will recover very fast from this loss as i summoned the Cannabis Gods into my room as the planets lined up and perfected my PH up to 6 by adding the purest rainwater from the universe the roots cleaned themselves back to pearlwhite and started absorbing the nutes faster then ever. in all silence i knew this was my destiny and the stems grew so fast i could hear them grow. the whole experience was too much as i collapsed to the ground and stood up left the room and knew... i would never see these ph and calmag problems ever again and went down the stairs with my new powers THE PLANTS BOTH GOT GERMINATED ON SAME DATE. BOTH GOT TOPPED ON SAME NODE. I WAS FORCED TO TRIM 4 BRANCHES OF THE HYDROPLANT BECAUS IS WAS BLOCKING TOO MUCH LIGHT I ALSO CUT OFF THE 4 BIGGEST WATERLEAVES ON THE MAIN STEM. THE SOILPLANT DID NOT NEED ANY TRIMS AS SHE IS NOT GROWING AT AN INSANE SPEED, HOWEVER THE SOIL PLANT LOOKS HEALTHIER AND BIGGER BECAUSE THE FANLEAVES ARE STILL THERE. IF U WATCH THE STEMS IN THE PICTURES OF DAY 32 U CAN CLEARLY SEE THE HYDRO IS WAY BIGGER. I NEED TO CORRECT MY PH SO SHE ABSORBS MORE CALCIUM MAGNESIUM FOR EXPLOSIVE GROWTH.

Start of week 6 and she is 2 days into flower. Gave them a good feed. Ppm are at 970's.the extra 2 light have done a good job at filling in for side lights. Just sprouted HSO: PURPLE TRAINWRECK. Super stoked....The Barnes farm vanilla kush didn't germinate Evan after 5 days and some finess so....dud...the Banana has become a bush of a plant, bud sites everywhere.

What an easy grow! Might just stick to the organics from now on. Grew with ease just needed better watering practices and would’ve been a perfect grow. First time trying the vcure and honestly not bad! A few tweaks and tricks I’ve learned and she’s bulletproof. Happy growing!

15 dias a 12/12h. Iniciamos la semana mostrando claros simptomas de floración. Por lo que hace a la araña roja comentar que no ví ni una en un par de foliolos o hojas que estube mirando pero si ví que habian quedado huevos o larbas pegadas en los nervios del foliolo. Esta semana nueva fumigada y esta vez cambiando de producto. Son ya varios cultivos utilizando lo mismo y es muy posible que a las arañas no les haga ni cosquillas, por lo de la inmunidad. Una pequeña poda de los segundos nudos y para más adelante una última de bajos y chupópteros y así dejarlas ya tranquilas el resto del cultivo. Como puede observarse esta semana han vuelto hacer una buena estirada, entiendo que al ser 9 en tan poco espacio todas miran de competir por cual recibe más luz creciendo como locas. De esta solo puedo esperar que salgan unos bonitos cohetes. A final de semana estarian en 80 ctms las más altas y 65 ctms las más peques.

Starting to see some purple on some of the leaves and I smell them every time I open up the tent . Just giving them regular ph water now and waiting for the harvest. Older leaves are also fading yellow .
