AdoksBackyard Seeds popped 1 day after being put in wet paper towels. Much faster germination times composites to the seeds ordered from seedsman. Plan is to put 6 small plants so we can have a variety in our 4x4 veg tent before moving into our flower tent. Starting with a weak "80"w(~15) blurple for the seeds to sprout under before moving them to the tmlapy "2000"w (~300)

AdoksBackyard Pretty satisfied with the seeds so far. All seedlings are in solo cups on a heat mat and a dome. Good humidity being maintained and seeing impressive performance from the all gas (all of them really) compaired to last attempt. Going to move from 24/0 to 18/6 when moving to 2 gallons. Only used the 15w lights until first sprout then moved to the tmlapy

AdoksBackyard Plants seem to growing well. Did an experiment and only gave the front row of plants the water with the nutrients in it to see the difference. Plants are nearly double the size. Also gave all the plants a supplemental foliar feeding of soluble seaweed powder. Going to be giving all the plants the nutrient water going forward. Still planning to transplant to a 2 gallon and switch the lights to 18/6 once the leaves on all the plants reach the edge of the cup.

AdoksBackyard Woke up on Wednesday(3/31) and the plants looked horrible. Half of the bottom leaves were crispy and some plants were wilting hard. I suspect the nutrients in conjuction with the foliar spray was too much for the little ladies. I gave them a good spray of water and they seem to have bounced back. Transplanted into 2 gallon smart pots with a 2/3 ratio of soil to perlite. Half the plants went into happy frog and half went into ocean forest as a little experiment.

AdoksBackyard Transplant week! Plants were a little shocked from transplant but towards the end of the week they perked up. Supplemental foliar spray (A light mix of emerald goddess and king cola from emerald harvest) twice this week and regular water is sprayed on the leaves twice a day. Keeping the humidity up in the tent is difficult but there are plans to pick up a humidifier soon.

AdoksBackyard A lot of growth this week! Glad to see the plants finally doing well and growing as they should. Topped two of the plants, supercropped two, and left two alone(will be moving two outdoors). Will try to include more pics of the plants under natural light going forward.

AdoksBackyard The affects of the high stress training was super evident this week! Granted the two that were topped were hit the hardest early on by the seaweed foliar spray mishap but it's pretty clear which were topped vs supercropped vs nothing( the all gas). We're planning on keeping the plants in 2 gallons while our flowering tent finishes up and then transplanting into 10 gallons. The 2 biggest plants ( looking like the all gas and parfeit in the back row) are going to be moved outside. Full strength emerald harvest lineup going forward!

AdoksBackyard Not a lot to update this week, the plants pretty much did what I expected. 2 plants, one of the all gas and one of the raspberries have been moved outdoors. Picked up since mycos to give when transplanting to 10 gallons. Planning on vegging the plants for 4 more weeks since that's when out flowering tent will be ready. Really happy with the genetics so far.

AdoksBackyard Only one pic this week. Plants were transplanted into 10 gallons and the tent was rearranged a bit. All plants are still doing pretty well though the all gas is getting pretty close to the light. 4 weeks to flip.

AdoksBackyard Plants are continuing to grow in the final weeks of veg, planning on flipping in 3 weeks. Canopy is a bit uneven with the all gas but we're hoping the rest of the plants will catch up. Hopefully these four plants will be enough to fill the 4x4 flowering tent. Defoliation coming next week.

AdoksBackyard Another week of growth! Did some defoliation to train the plants a bit this week. Still trying to deal with the extra height on the all gas og. Swapped the light to the ts 3000 to finish up veg since the flower tent just finished up. Going to flip in a week or so.

AdoksBackyard More growth this week. A bit of stress from the light swap is showing on the leaves but ppm and ph seem normal. Plants bounced back quite nicely after defoliation. 1 week till transition.

AdoksBackyard A large lack of photos this week. Plants saw some stress from underwatering though they were able to bounce back quickly. Next week will be transition to flower. Really happy with the formation of the topped plants.

AdoksBackyard Finally into flower. Plants seem to be taking the transition well. Some new growth is already looking good. Planning on doing one or two more sessions of defoliation. Raised the shortest blueberry a couple of inches to make the canopy more even.
AdoksBackyard 7/4 - 7/10
Not a lot of pics but an eventful week, the buds have started to grow consistently with the daily water unfortunately we've also been dealing with a case of thrips, luckily the seaweed foliar and organic insecticidal spray seem to keep them in check. Really liking the cola development.
I think your plants are looking great! I do have a question though. Why have you decided to keep them in the vegetative stage for so long? There’s absolutely nothing wrong with it! I kept my first plant in veg for 10 weeks from seed, but unfortunately the strain I’m growing has a super long 10 week flowering stage as well. The Blueberry Muffin’s flowering stage is only 45 days, so at least you won’t have to wait as long as I have to enjoy your bud. I’m not harvesting my first plant for another 2 weeks, yet I’ve been growing it since the end of January. That strain is DarkStar Kush. I’m also growing this plant (Blueberry Muffin) from an adult clone and started the flowering stage on 5/28/21. I’m going to follow your grow to see how it ends. Best of luck!
@AdoksBackyard,
I’m just glad I was able to relay the information. I’m going to harvest my Blueberry Muffin as soon as I can get her flushed. You can check that diary to see how it goes. Good luck with you ladies!
@The_Good_Twin, thanks for the input! I will be sure to start checking the trichomes on the buds to determine when to start flushing. The plants are 38 days into flower but they look like they have a ways to go. Luckily we were planning on a bit of a late harvest for the blueberries anyways but I'll be sure to post the coming harvest!
@AdoksBackyard,
I needed to contact you ASAP!!!! The last message I sent about the flowering time of 45 days being inaccurate was itself inaccurate! My 45 day mark was yesterday, and by site it’s so much different from my first plant I didn’t think it was ready. However, today I took pictures of her trichomes and SHE IS READY FOR HARVEST!!! I wanted to find this message string and reply again to say that I was WRONG!! Please check your own plants to make sure when you should harvest them, because mine is ready now. Please respond back to let me know that you have read this message. I would hate for you to develop an issue based on my earlier misinformation.
