Plant decided it wanted to switch to flower so I guess week 4 is officially flower for her. there’s a smell beginning to linger as well hard to describe but very delightful.

Hi guys, some surprises this week. We are now on transition to Flowering period, i have already seen some pre flowers, really smalll. Everything is doing really great , just one plant is with some signals of high fertilization, but nothing critic, its the most small of them. I m watering the plant almost every day, yesterday ( 19/04) i watered with 500ml of water mixed with Bio nova autoflower supermix, and RQS bloom tablets, like 1/8 of tablet per liter. They are drinking a lot now. I will keep every day watering with around 350 - 500 ml per plant, i will vary that according to the plant size and the conditions of the soil. In terms of heat, its doing ok, i added now one more ventilation inside the tent to keep more air moving around the plants. This week, i have also done more LST trainings, really small adjustments, i will do more LST when i start to see big flowers. My plant on the balcony suffered a lot because of my cats ahaha, she is now inside on a window , is recovering but slow growing, she stretched because of lack of light. Today i also decided to switch my main LED 600 W to only red light, only bloom, i was on full spectrum but i will keep for some days on red to give more height to the plant , i also improved the light distance to 70 cm, before was 60 cm. Now the height is around 15 - 20 cm, i want to improve a little the most small ones. Next week, flowering week 😜 I have one doubt , should i defoliate some fan leaves? or that procedure is only on advanced bloom phase ? And should i Keep the Full spectrum, Veg and Bloom LED on, Blue and red. ?

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. This is the continuation of Everyone in the pool. I got locked out of that Diary. So we will continue here. I will add everything slowly, but we will move on. Things have changed.... surprised, I'm not. It's time to move forward for summer. So I don't really know how this will work. But it will work out. So everything looks super happy. Even Groot... *Citrus Farmer girls are going crazy. One has the stalk of a weight lifter. Its huge literally huge. Her sister has some beautiful branching. *Sour Fire Kush is also going crazy. Another body builder also. Her branches could support a house. *Strawberry Lemonade is flowering nicely... she is kind of hiding from me. *Fire OG clones have been moved to flower. *Tahoe Kush is still adjusting to being transplanted and moved to flower. 3 more days and they will start to grow. Sometimes it takes about a week to adjust. They were root bound. I am going to be pissed later that I didn't take clones. *Slurricane mother really needs some trimming, or I just need to chop the shit out of her. She is huge. But I need to keep her and my Fire OG mom on the back burner. They are on the life long veg. So I will be adding my summer trees. I think.... Fuck it everyone is going to be here. *Dominion Skunk is up. Need a girl to Love. I sprouted 4 so I pray we have a beautiful girl. And shhh I'm going to put *Blue Monkey down tonight. I will try to sprout 2 of these Girls. They are feminized. One will be a tree. But dont tell, it's bad luck to talk about them until they are up. So I will soak for 24 hours, and then into root riots. On a heat mat in a seed starter dome. So let's continue where we left off.

Looks like she's getting close! Buds are nicely plump and dense! Plenty of cloudy trichomes. I'm looking for the first amber trichome to harvest. I want this to be uplifting not couch lock.

8/28 beautiful plant with nice nodal stacking. not too much stretching. she stretched outwards more than up. love the structure of this plant. this week fed her with 3 tsp 711 grow and 2 tsp 374 bloom. top dressed and still topping with diatomaceous earth as needed.

Day 78 starting week 2 flower everything looks spot on apart from lower leafs yellowing which is normal will be defoliating leafs which are blocking lights and pruning all lower popcorn sites in the next day or 2 also as i stated on last weeks post my.ph pen maybe playing up because i couldnt get a replacement quick i had some advanced ph perfect nutes so giving that a go

Hello growers and welcome to week 6. I expect Queen Citronella to gain a lot of height this week. I will be doing the measurements shortly, but first I wanted to share some news! Queen Citronella has a new home, she hasn't moved in yet, but I'm working on it today. I will also be rearranging all the other grows and starting some new things off! I am not sure if I have mentioned it anywhere but I am using a 1.2m x 1.2.m x 1.8m tent.. I have just got a 60cm x 60cm x 140cm tent and a 300w LED. Her Majesty I hope will enjoy her new quarters. Day 36: I have lowered the light to 30cm above the tallest plants. Day 37: It is done! Queen Citronella resides in her own palace, while the rest of the plebs squat together in the communal living area. I have reorganised and moved my 4x4, mounting the carbon filter and duct fan properly in the center. Setup a 2 x 2 with a 300w LED and put the lights for both tents on the same timer (for now). I will measure and photograph Her Majesty a little later, including photos of her new home. Day 37: Added media. Height: 31cm. Fertigated 2l. Day 37.5: Alright she is really stretching fast, she grew almost 5cm in a little over 30 hours, A thought has just occurred to me; I could, if I chose to, put the Queen on a flower cycle at this point. Now I did want to do a full grow of clones, however we're talking something like another 2 weeks of veg then 2 weeks for cuttings to root, then I'd want to veg them for a few more weeks, maybe 2, 3 or 4? So that's 6-10 weeks before I start flowering. Then at least ten weeks of flowering, A week to dry, and at least a fortnight to cure. We're talking 20-25 weeks before I get to smoke it, that's six months! I probably wont be able to grow in the summer due to the heat. Now I already have the one cutting which I am hoping will root soon, which I can take forward, but I also have two more seeds. So, regretfully, I think I will change my plans. I will flower queen Citronella, starting on day 43. I still intend to do a full tent of Super Lemon Haze clones, but I think I will postpone that adventure until September. So this is now the final week or final five days of veg, she will spend the bulk of her last week of veg under a different light. We wont get much data on vegging (unless there is a significant change this week) but it'll be a nice trial run flowering with an LED light for the first time. Exciting! I am still waiting for the Epislon F1 seeds from RQS. I set their pot up today, inoculated, fed, and sowed some Dark Opal (Purple) Greek Basil and a liberal sprinkling of chamomile. I am going to germinate all five seeds in jiffy pellets and then put them all in the same 40l Day 38: I have realised Her Majesty was too tall to flower in this little tent so I snapped her neck a bit. I installed a photometer app yesterday and discovered I was blasting Citronella with 75 DLI so I raised to light up until canopy level was 40 DLI. The LED is pretty good. The HPS Dual Spectrum bulb in the main tent must be on its last legs as output was around 40 DLI for optimally positioned plants and 30 least optionally positioned. I could do to buy a new bulb. Identical replacement is about fifteen bucks, best one is about fifty. For that I could get another one of those LEDs which seems like better value. At the moment though I really need the heat. So I am thinking identical replacement. 4 days to flower cycle! Day 38.5: Replaced crappy old Dutch barn reflector with a much nicer angel wing model. Installed a significantly larger carbon filter into the main tent which has significantly increased air flow. The main tent vents into the bottom of Queen Citronella's tent, and from there and unfiltered duct fan in the far top corner exhausts it out. The exhaust pipe goes up the chimney. Why have I reorganised and moved the tents again so soon is because I was wasting power heating the little tent with the LED light, but the main tent has excess heat. Well this setup is working a treat. Citronella is sitting in a balmy 23-24 degree wind tunnel. Check out the little video of the changes. Day 39: I think her majesty likes her new quarters. It's going to be weird seeing her square in a few more days. We are 2 days into a "dry spell" I'm simulating for all my plants. Day 40: Dry spell ended. Fertigated 6l. Day 41: Fertigated 3l. Citronella's penultimate day of veg, she is going 12/12 from lights out after next. Photos taken 10:00 9/2/23. Current lights out is Citronella's last 6 hour night! Day 42: Start: Have performed pre-flower LST, HST, and defoliation. 24 hours to flower cycle. Day 42: End: photographed immediately before first 12h night. End of week summary: Huge week for Citronella. I think this LED light is pretty good. Change of plans regarding the grow and preparing her for flower. Let's see how she does.

Our Zamnesia photoperiod plants have also started their journey into the magical flowering period, this is the first week. ---- The general environmental conditions are good, the heat has increased a bit again but for the first weeks of flowering it is not a big problem, let's remember to never exceed 27 degrees centigrade in the last 4 weeks to avoid jeopardizing the quality of the flowers. If necessary, open the growbox but never let it exceed 27-30 degrees where 30 is already a lot. The good thing is that as soon as the lights are turned off the change is already visible a bit and as autumn progresses we will also improve. The humidity is fluctuating but we try to control it with two dehumidifiers when necessary, pushing both possibly not into the growbox but directly into the room. (I dehumidify the room and the air in the growbox should also be dehumidified) - — Our two Runtz have an obvious characteristic, like their F1 and normal autoflowering sisters they are hungry, so hungry I want fertilizers for flowering like assatanate and if you don't give them you can see the signs, but I know them and I know how to keep them under --- Technique chosen both plants grow straight --- Feeding Program - The fertilizers are always Plagron and I am following the table that I generated on the site depending on the substrate chosen. Create your card and follow it, never be presumptuous my friend as I have been in the past, follow the card and look at the plants, not all need the same amount of fertilizer. Hey Guys, this week my girls are showing a great sign of happiness, I cant see any deficiencies or over feeding problem! Leaves are very healthy and strong! I think Im getting a good results from 3 of them. Although it is my first grow and some experienced ppl and ppl on the internet said not to do all of the trainings, but im very glad that i did so... my girls are autos but im guessing i’ll get a good yield after all.
