10/5/24 Flowering Day 65 Allover day 113 Trichomes mostly cloudy milky i will give her some more days until harvest. Leafs turn pretty nice colors. No more nutrients given except some water if needed. 10/7/24 Potential Bud Rot check passed Since some leafs dry out the last days i wanted to be sure that the lady is doing well on the last couple of days.

Woche 8 fängt leider nicht ganz so gut an. Ein Bud hat angefangen zu schimmeln. Dieser musste entsorgt werden. Die restliche Pflanze sieht aber erstmal ganz gut aus. Hoffen dass es bei dem einen Bud bleibt. Die gute Nachricht ist, die ersten Trichome werden Bernsteinfarbend. Ich hoffe ich kann sie bald ernten, denn es steht viel Regen an und das tut den Buds nicht gut. Der Entfeuchter läuft jetzt 24/7. 😇 Nährstofflösung gibt es nicht mehr. nur noch Wasser mit einem EC von unter 0.2. Das Licht läuft auch nur noch mit 65%.

I have grown RQS a few times but this is my first RQS diary. The seed took 36hrs to pop and sprout in the wet paper towel. It only took another 36hrs to come fully out of the ground and loose it’s shell. I started with the lights 70cm’s from the soil which was giving a LUX💡reading of 25,000lux💡.Once the seedling 🌱 got to 5cm’s I raised the light by 5cm again to keep the distance at 70cm’s maintaining a reading of 25,000Lux💡 at the top of the seedling 🌱. On previous grows I started with the light at 80cm’s but I was getting stretching. I find if I start at 70cm’s and don’t raise the light after a day or two that the seedling 🌱 can get light burn. HUMIDITY: As you can see in photos I have milk bottle tops full of water next to the seedling. I’ve been this for a while now. I have my seedling next to a plant only a few weeks away from harvest so I need to keep the overall humidity low. I might be crazy and wasting my time but it makes sense to me. I leave these bottle tops near the seedling and over the space of a day the water evaporates off and then I refill them again with water (PH’d water). I reckon if the water is evaporating off so close to the seedling that it must be creating some extra humidity around the seedling 🌱. For the record I don’t think the earth 🌍 is flat. *I’m using RQS nutrients for this grow. I am recording the nutrients as 0.5ml as there is not a tablet option so what I mean by 0.5 is half of one tablet per 2ltrs of water. 🦍Day 3: Watered around the edges of the seedling 🌱 just to dampen the soil a bit 🦍Day 5: Dampened soil again. Looking good so far. 🦍Day 7: Gave very light watering. Happy with the height of the seedling 🌱. The light distance seems to have worked well.

Got a big drink as soon as I realized it. She's looking good other than that. Got a weird leaf mutation. Hope I get some more... I like different or strange. Makes life interesting. 3/13/2024 - Day 15 Flower: Ran into some issues after the last watering. The newest leaves have some severe curling going on, and I've had a few leaves with some minor brown spotting. I'm not 100% sure what caused it, but narrowed it down to either TeaCo Super Tea, Recharge, or the foliar spray I did with Dr. Zymes Eliminator. I did the foliar at lights out, but maybe there was still some residue when the light came back on. Either way, I'm taking it easy on this watering. Gave them 4 gallons of 6.5 ph water mixed with Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Coconut Powder, and a half dose of Rootwise Bio-Catalyst and Yah-Whey. The curling does not seem ro be getting worse, so hopefully they will grow out of this. Also, they have started to slow on rhe stretching, which is good, because they are getting close to the light. 3/14/2023 - Day 16 Flower: So I've been looking at some of the more deformed leaves and I'm pretty sure the leaf curl and brown is from the Dr. Zymes. The leaves with issues appear to have a slight glossy residue to them. I'm guessing when the Dr. Zymes dried on the leaves, it had a reaction when the light came back on. Now that I'm into week 3 of flower, I plan to cut out any foliar sprays, so hopefully I'm right an the issue won't get worse. I had some seeds that I sprouted and forgot to use yesterday, so I made a 2 gallon Sprouted Seed Tea (SST) and added some Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Rootwise Bio-Phos, and a half dose of Fermented Comfrey Extract and Fermented Peach Extract. 3/16/2023 - Day 18 Flower: plants are looking good. Flowers are starting to develop and I'm already seeing the beginning of some tricomes. Stretch appears to be just about done, so hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here. The curling from last week has not gotten any worse. 3/17/2023 - Day 19 Flower: watered about 6 gallons of worm tea I brewed for about 24 hours. Added some Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, BuildASoil BuildABloom, and Rootwise Bio-Catalyst. Also, did some minor defoliation of some of the larger fan leaves blocking lower bud sights. Still need to do more, but I plan to spread it out over a few days. 3/18/2023 - Day 20 Flower: Cleaned them all up real good. Took off all the large fan leaves, except for the top two, and cut off basically anything on the lower half of the plant. May have gone a little higher than I would have liked, now that I'm seeing it done, but too late now. Normally, i only like to take off about 1/3, but i guess we will see what happens when the bottom half is stripped. Always learning around here, haha. Hopefully I should have very little popcorn buds.

Overal I’m very happy. The weight’s looking insane. Obviously imma update you after drying and curing. Can’t say to much at this point, apart from the fact that everything is looking very nice!

Lamp is at 80% and 40 cm distance. Added some potassium sulfate and they seemed to bounce back but now they want calcium and I’m pretty sure the potassium I put in is antagonistic to calcium. I might harvest early to prevent any trichome degradation due to photosynthesis being halted, trichomes are looking milky too.

Ice Bomb grew well under the Unit Farm UF4000, and UF2000 that was added in flowering. She was 1 of 5 in a group grow under the lights. She got nice and frosty. Smells like strawberries 🍓 to me anyway. She is suppose to be a good medical cannabis so curious to the smoke report when I get there. These girls are doing well still. Responded well to their training and recovered from their topping. All is well but haven't watered in a week. They just don't need it!

Chopped tonight so not weighed them yet will do tomorrow if I can. Ended up with 290g for 5 plants But 5 same seeds and 5 different pheno's. Judging by the looks the heaviest weight is from the one I topped . Already weighed one plant got 28g dry weight. Got 4 more babies chopped tonight

Week 9 Update – Pushing Limits 🌿 Everything is running as it should, but AN#3 is completely maxed out—there’s no more room left in the tent. One thing is clear, though: the difference in stem thickness between BioBizz#1 and AN#4 is striking, likely due to Rhino Skin. AN#4 is also developing a gorgeous layer of frost as expected. ❄️ BioBizz#1 – BT35 The CalMag issue is fully under control now—she’s getting 140/40 and shows no visible deficiencies anymore. Overall, she’s in great shape! AN#4 – BT35 There’s a minor calcium deficiency visible on one leaf, but at this stage, it’s not a concern. Advanced Nutrients CalMag Xtra is doing its job well at 1ml/L. EC: 2.4 pH: 6.5 Drain: pH 6.1 (EC not measurable due to organic soil). AN#3 – BT31 She’s lagging slightly behind the others, though she should be further along. This is due to suboptimal conditions—she’s far too close to the light, and there’s nothing I can do about it. Supercropping is nearing its limits, but thankfully, vertical growth has almost stopped! EC: 2.4 pH: 6.5 Drain: pH 6.1 (EC not measurable due to organic soil).
