Week 6 starts 12/31/21 but I happened to notice a weird leaf the night before. The Northern Light X Blueberry auto is very dark green and has sharp downturned tips. Which starts down the rabbit hole of google search to see the cause. I decide that is is Nitrogen toxicity caused by underwatering. At this time I was not really paying attention to when I feed them just whenever the pots were light. I watered them I later realize that while it may have started with underwatering it was so many other problems at once. I forgot to check the ppm or ph going in one day last week so I checked them going out. The run off was 2700ppm and I forgot to look up what that meant. I also doubled the strength of the nutes. 1/2 Saturday I flushed all the plants with 5 gallons of fresh water each that read 6.43 ph & 51ppm. I have Fox farm sledge hammer but for some reason I decided to use just water. The run off was consistently 6.2ph and I rinsed until the ppm was about 450 on NB. 250 ppm on Gorilla Glue and Pineapple express. I then decided that since it was nitrogen toxicity from underwatering that I should not starve the plant so I gave her week 1 of flower nutrients from the Foxfarm feeding schedule at 1/2 strength. I did not use Calmag since it's nitrogen was 2 and I didn't add the boomerang because that has nitrogen as a 1 and I thought since this plant has nitrogen toxicity I should skip the extra 3 nitrogen for now. I set each plant up on blocks so air could totally circulate to dry out the pots. Turned the fans on and waited. 1/6 There has been almost no growth since the flush. NB started off at a little over 9 inches and if I stretch her she is 10 at most.

Still going very light on defoliation as I feel like the big fan leaves are still doing their job to boost photosynthesis and feed the buds. She is starting to turn purple already!!! I’m going to allow night temps to continue to drop below 10 degrees C at night, hoping for an amazing color show at harvest!

so far its looking healthy and bushy! did some slight bending on branches in order to get more light thru to the bottom budsites. i can’t quite pin down her terpene profile yet, i’m getting pine, citrus and possibly fuel but its not strong

3 weeks down and into the fourth! This girl has started exploding in the last few days. I've now started to tuck the bigger leaves under the new growth as much as I can. The Gorilla Cookies definitely is the healthiest girl in the tent. As for environment, today I've turned the ventilation fan on 24hrs with no breaks. I started getting paranoid that hour on hour off is not doing them any favors and I'm just gonna have to suck it up and bare the brunt of the power bill. This will also drastically reduce the RH, which I'm not totally sure of the effects it will have on the girls. Low RH has got to be better than RH too high, right? 🤷‍♂️

6.13 F73 - Started chopping and pre-washing late Thursday into the early Friday morning. Three buckets - 1) 1/2c lemon juice, 1/2c Baking Soda 2) water 3) water - seems to have worked really well, buds are very clean and the the water definitely had a bunch of fiber and dust. They drip dried for an hour or so before being moved into the dry tent which has been between 60-70F and 50-60rh Took down most of the ScrOG Passion Berry and Deadstar from drying and froze. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. So far I’ve had a strain of diesel & candy kush sprout & the ww was not successful in the coco coir as it’s been quite dry & overcast outdoors lately so I decided to take an indoor approach which has been more successful & pest free. I put another candy kush & turbo diesel seed in a glass of water & already got the seed of candy k to split open so I’ve moved it into to a moist paper towel in a zip bag &’ll plant it in coco coir once the root is nice n long enough to transfer into a pot. Also I’m smh 🤦‍♂️🏽 because I’ve had more success with a $24 grow light bulb from homedepot but none whatsoever with my $160 viper spectra 1500 grow light for the vegetative cycle🤷‍♂️🏾. Can someone tell me what’s the best brightness range & distance from 5%-100% when using the viper spectra 1500 for all stages? Because I’m ready to resell it on Amazon at this point.

Day 50 since seed touched soil. From now on all is in stable position. Twins always will be in center, looks sad a bit, was needing watering maybe yesterday before lights off, missed few hours for not making them droopy. 5 liters went in, want good run off and saturation. Later today will install second level of scrog. Reposition all shoots, some are lost, i almost regret instaling scrog, lost control of even height a bit, but canopy is very dense, branches went fatter during that week, i am happy . Mars TSL2000 is on 80% will increase to 90% at the end of this week. Day 53. Second level of scrog almost eaten, will have to make third, plus heavy clearing awaits next week ... Day 54. Think tomorrow is watering day. Girls need good clearing, bottom canopy been canibalised heavily, lack off air shows a lot. Will do third level of scrog together with watering. Day 55. Twins are thirsty !!! They are very sensitive , yesterday all good, pot still heavy for a day and today they look like this, pot light ;))) will recover in few hours. Watered, did light cleaning before, only bottoms and shoots with 0 chance to make it ... Watering exposed new roots, plant occupies top up lair fast ! Happy Growing !!!
