So 5 weeks into flower. All well no issues. Happy lady's starting pk and boost today. Make them fatten up. They smell amazing and are starting to get lots of tricomes. Not bad for a 1st on a low budget.. Iv found out that if my temps drop a little at nyt. Does not really affect this stain of og. Which I was very worried about.. Happy growing peeps..

💚 Amnesia Haze Auto by Zamnesia – Pheno B Week 7 | Small Pot, Big Dreams Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! One of the reasons I love growing multiple phenotypes is because every now and then a plant completely rewrites the expectations we had for her. Pheno B is doing exactly that. From the beginning she has been the more compact sister. Shorter. Slightly slower to flower. More reserved in the way she expressed her genetics. But this week... She's making a statement. Looking at her today, it's becoming increasingly difficult to believe she's growing in just 11 litres of soil. Sometimes the plants teach us lessons we weren't planning to learn. And I think this lady is about to teach me one. 🌱 The 12/12 From Seed Adventure If you're joining this diary for the first time, welcome! Every plant in this room has been grown under a 12 hours on / 12 hours off light schedule from the day the seeds germinated. There is no traditional vegetative period. Instead, each phenotype is allowed to express its natural architecture almost immediately, making it much easier to compare stretch, flowering speed, branch development, internodal spacing and overall efficiency. The goal isn't simply producing flowers. It's learning how genetics behave when every environmental variable remains identical. Same room. Same lights. Same nutrients. Same watering. Same environmental conditions. Only the genetics are telling the story. And every week they continue proving just how different sisters can become. 🌿 Why Only an 11 Litre Pot? This run also includes another little experiment. Normally, I prefer giving plants considerably more root volume when growing in soil. So naturally... My curiosity got the better of me. I decided to grow this phenotype in an 11 litre pot, fully expecting the smaller root zone to become the limiting factor later in flower. Instead... She's proving me wrong. The entire plant looks vigorous. Healthy. Balanced. Strong. Which reminds us of something very important. When we're feeding with bottled nutrients, even in soil, we're essentially supplying everything the plant needs directly through the irrigation. The roots still matter enormously. But bigger roots don't automatically guarantee bigger flowers. Genetics. Nutrition. Environment. Root health. Everything works together. This little experiment is becoming a perfect reminder that sometimes there are more variables involved than simple pot size. And honestly... I couldn't be happier about being proven wrong. 🌸 Flower Development Begins Accelerating This week the transition is unmistakable. Stretch is beginning to slow while flower production accelerates across the entire plant. Every growing tip is now producing clusters of bright white pistils. The calyxes are beginning to stack. The future colas are becoming easy to identify. Instead of long empty stems, the branches are now filling with flowering sites that promise to connect beautifully over the coming weeks. One thing I particularly enjoy is how symmetrical everything feels. The branches are evenly spaced. The internodes are short without becoming overcrowded. The central cola remains dominant while every side branch receives plenty of light. It's the kind of structure growers hope for because it naturally lends itself to dense, uniform flower production. Nature really did most of the work here. 🍃 Healthy Leaves Tell Their Own Story One of the easiest ways to judge how comfortable a plant feels is simply by looking at her leaves. This week they're saying everything I hoped to see. Rich green colour. Excellent turgor. No deficiencies. No toxicity. No unnecessary curling. No signs of stress despite the warmer summer temperatures. They're acting exactly as they should: Tiny solar panels converting light into the energy that will eventually become flowers. Sometimes growers become too eager to remove healthy foliage. Personally, I prefer letting the plant decide what she still needs. A little leaf tucking whenever necessary has been more than enough to keep every developing bud site exposed while allowing the canopy to remain full of energy-producing leaves. Sometimes patience is still the best form of training. 💧 Feeding for the Bulking Phase With flowering now fully underway, nutrition continues shifting toward supporting heavy flower production while maintaining healthy metabolism throughout the canopy. This week's feeding program includes: • Plagron Terra Bloom — 2 ml/L • Plagron Power Buds — 1 ml/L • Plagron Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L • Plagron Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Plagron Green Sensation — 1 ml/L • pH adjustment using Plagron pH Plus and Lemon Kick The EC has now increased to 1.95, providing plenty of available nutrition while still allowing the plant to feed comfortably. Green Sensation continues playing an increasingly important role. Rather than acting as a simple PK booster, it supports nutrient uptake, flower development, resin production and overall plant vitality during the weeks when the plant's energy demands increase dramatically. So far... She's absolutely loving it. 💡 Welcoming Lumiflora Under-Canopy Lighting This week also marks another exciting milestone. I've introduced Lumiflora under-canopy lighting into the room. Most growers focus almost exclusively on illuminating the top of the canopy. But once plants begin developing dense flower sites, the lower and inner branches often receive significantly less usable light. That's where under-canopy lighting becomes incredibly interesting. Rather than replacing the main fixture, it complements it. By delivering additional light underneath the canopy, the goal is to improve photosynthesis in areas that would normally spend most of the day in shadow. What am I expecting? • Better lower flower development. • More consistent bud density throughout the plant. • Improved light penetration into the middle of the canopy. • More efficient use of every flowering site. Will it perform miracles? Of course not. Good genetics, healthy roots and proper nutrition will always remain the foundation of a successful grow. But if Lumiflora helps those lower flowers mature closer to the quality of the top colas, it'll become another valuable tool in the garden. I'm genuinely excited to watch the results unfold over the coming weeks. 🌡️ Environmental Conditions Once again, consistency continues doing the heavy lifting. Current grow room conditions: • Week 7 Flower • Height: 130 cm • Light schedule: 12/12 • Day temperature: 29°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 60% • pH: 5.8 • EC: 1.95 mS/cm • Root zone temperature: 21°C • Nutrient solution temperature: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 639 ppm Stable environments allow genetics to express themselves without constantly fighting environmental stress. That's exactly the kind of consistency every grower should aim for. 📸 This Week's Gallery Looking through this week's photographs, it's hard not to smile. The full-plant portraits show a beautifully proportioned structure with impressive symmetry from top to bottom. The macro shots reveal fresh calyxes stacking around every flowering site, while countless bright white pistils continue reaching toward the light. One image that really stands out is the central cola. She's beginning to establish herself with confidence, surrounded by perfectly spaced secondary branches that already hint at a very satisfying canopy later in flower. The foliage remains vibrant and healthy, creating a beautiful contrast against the dark Zamnesia backdrop. Sometimes photographs capture more than appearance. They capture momentum. And that's exactly what these pictures show. This plant has found her rhythm. 🔮 Looking Ahead The coming weeks should become incredibly exciting. Stretch will gradually come to an end. The calyxes will begin swelling. Flower stacking should accelerate across every branch. Resin production will slowly begin increasing. And with the addition of the Lumiflora under-canopy lighting, it'll be fascinating to compare how the lower flowers develop alongside the upper canopy. The little 11 litre pot that initially felt like a questionable decision... May end up becoming one of the biggest surprises of this entire project. Plant start in the flowering midweek

Day 43 Flower (Day 85) Today is the first day of week seven of flower, and this is supposed to be the last week of flower for this fast strain, but I doubt that either of the girls will be done this week. That being said, it's pretty much a waiting game at this point since we're on the home stretch. The right girl should be done soon-ish, but the left girl will probably take a few more weeks. I just got my second Corona vaccine shot a couple of days ago, and as soon as it is entirely up and running, I'm off on vacation. After 1.5 years of this pandemic crap, I'm SO ready to go traveling again. To prepare for my travels, I installed a drip irrigation system in the left girl's tent. It's a simple system with a 10-liter water bag, some hose, and a few drip emitters, but once dialed in, it should be enough to provide the left girl with water for around a week. The system was a piece of cake to install, and I wrapped the water bag with some white mylar to avoid the water getting heated and also to reflect the light better. It's a bit ghetto still, but I'll make it prettier once I see that the system works as intended. I installed the system now already to give me time to dial it in. I'm hoping that the right girl will be done before I travel, but if she isn't, then I'll hook her up to the automated drip irrigation system that I use for our tomatoes. Come hell or high water. I'm going on that vacation, dammit! Lastly, I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. Day 44 Flower (Day 86) I think those extra photons from the new light are starting to work their magic in the left tent, and the left girl is slowly starting to fatten up. In the right tent, everything is just cruising along and I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.6 water today. Day 45 Flower (Day 87) The drip irrigation system in the left tent is working out great so far. Only been a couple of days though but yeah, so far so good. The right girl is packing on some weight into her buds and some of the thinner branches are starting to fall over. I've ordered some plant yoyos for support but they won't arrive until next week so I'll make do until then. Lastly, I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.3 water. Day 46 Flower (Day 88) Not much is happening on a day-by-day basis this late in flower. I hope those plant yoyos get here asap as the right girl is struggling to keep some of her branches up under the weight of the buds. I want to go in and tuck some fan leaves in her canopy to allow better light penetration. Still, I can only tuck a couple without starting to knock over branches as other branches precariously support them. (Note to self: use a second scrog next photo grow to give support after the stretch.) I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water, and that was all for today. Day 47 Flower (Day 89) Woooo! The yoyos arrived today even though they weren't due until next week. It was a breeze to put up; attach the yoyo at the roof of the tent with a zip tie, pull down the hook and attach it to the branch, done. I ended up using only three since the other branches are standing quite well once those three worst offenders are supported. A fourth branch could also use support, but the branch is way in the back, and I can't get to it without getting my arms and hands all covered in resin as just about everything in the tent is super sticky now. The buds on the right girl are very resinous and have a strong smell. I should bring out the microscope soon and start to check the trichomes to see where she's at. I also gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.6 water. The left girl is just hanging out in her tent, doing her thing, and slowly fattening up. The drip system is working great so far. After four days, the water bag is about half empty, so it looks promising that it will last a week. I've been monitoring the soil humidity, and it has slowly been dropping these four days, but the drop is so slow that it is next to negligible. Day 48 Flower (Day 90) Today, the left girl's soil humidity did a small drop, but it is still in a great range. I guess it is because as the water in the bag gets less, the water pressure is reduced, resulting in the water flowing more slowly out of the drip emitters. Not a huge deal, though, as it is now five days since the last time I hand-watered the left girl, so this irrigation system will work just fine when I go on vacation for a few days. I filled up another 3 liters of pH 6.1 water in the bag, and I'll keep an eye on it to see if the soil humidity increases. Speaking of watering, I treated myself today to a new, better pH pen. As a living soil grower, I don't use any nutes, so I thought I might as well make sure I have a quality pH pen to make sure the water is on point. My old Dr. Meter pen has served me just fine, but this bluelab pen is a lot faster, and it has a backlit display which makes it easier to use in low light situations. A friend of mine recently started growing, so I'll gift my old pen to him as well as my old tiny, drying tent, and the ViparSpectra P600 light as I don't need that now when I have a much more powerful light for the small tent. The right girl got 3 liters of pH 6.1 water as I haven't hooked up the automated drip irrigation system to her yet but will do that in the next few days as I suspect that she won't be finished either before vacation. Lastly, I started to brew some compost tea to give the girls one final boost of microbes and nutrients. I used a similar recipe as previously: worm castings, rock dust, biochar, lime, bentonite, neem meal, kelp meal, and molasses. I upped the castings and neem, though and I'll leave this tea brewing for 24 hours and feed it to the girls tomorrow. Day 49 Flower (Day 91) The last day of the seventh week of flower, and all is well in the tents. According to the breeder, this week is supposed to be the final week of flower, but none of my girls are near ready. I took out the microscope today and checked the trichomes on the right girl, and I would guess she has at least another week, if not two, to go as her trichomes are still clear. I might even end up running her longer as I'm looking for a decent amount of amber this harvest. This strain is supposed to be a heavy, almost narcotic Indica, and I'm aiming to make her as potent as possible. A "last-smoke-of-the-night" kind of smoke. Lately, there has been a noticeable cannabis smell in my lung room, and last night I tracked down the cause. It turned out that there was a leak between the carbon filter and the fan, so the fan blew out partly unfiltered air. Nothing that some duct tape couldn't fix, and this morning the smell was gone. The right girl is sticky af and has a strong smell. Initially, there's a strong citrus fragrance with hints of lime and grapefruit, but once those terps have started to evaporate, there's an underlying fragrance of pine. The left girl has even longer to go, and it wouldn't surprise me if she takes another month. We made some guacamole last night, but a couple of the avocados had gone bad, so I put them on my pots. My loss is my worms' gain. All I did today was to feed the compost tea I started yesterday to the girls. Each one got 3 liters of unfiltered tea at pH 6.7.

Week 3 of flower

Only water

Started this week off strong. Decided to switch out the extra Grow Big for extra Tiger Bloom since it’s a lower concentration on N and higher P. New growth is a good color and no tip burning. Raised the lights and turned them up to 100% for the rest of flower. Sour Kush is starting to stink up the tent! NCH is looking like she wants to finish soon, but buds haven’t fattened up and trichomes are still a mixture of clear/milky. Feed pH 6.2, EC 1.8. Water pH 6.3, EC 0.8.

Day 50 since seed touched soil. From now on all is in stable position. Joe always will be in left corner, under fan, he was lowest, so it was smart to put him under. Plants dont grow well next to fan. 5 liters went in, want good run off and saturation. Later today will install second level of scrog. Reposition all shoots, some are lost, i almost regret instaling scrog, lost control of even height a bit, but canopy is very dense, branches went fatter during that week, i am happy . Mars TSL2000 is on 80% will increase to 90% at the end of this week. Day 53. Second level of scrog almost eaten, will have to make third, plus heavy clearing awaits next week ... Day 54. Think tomorrow is watering day. Girls need good clearing, bottom canopy been canibalised heavily, lack off air shows a lot. Will do third level of scrog together with watering. Day 55. Watered Joe, he is lowest, but looks nice. Think all deficiencies behind. Made light clearing, only bottom shoots which has 0 chance to make it, took part of LST down. Watering exposed roots - plant is occupying new lair , good sign ;) Happy Growing !!!

Week 4 Happy New Year everyone! Got an explosion of growth between the previous week and now. She must like that top dressing I did last week... closer to 2 weeks ago actually now that I think of it. Any who... she's branching out nicely and I'm just trynna train an even-ish canopy before flipping to flower. She's already showing signs that she's ready. I wanna take a few clones from her in about 2 weeks and let her rock a while longer to recover before we flip the lights so until then, our routine is train, water, and top dress every 2 weeks. HI community ! 8 week color goes well. With the help of a variety of fungicides, I try to slow down the growth of plants to light. By nutrition, all excellent plants drink 4 liters of solution all the time.
