Week 5 it is then. I had hoped on a 4 week veg period as I have been so used to autoflowers that this has become my normal. I had also forgot how much I enjoy training the ladies to work better with the l.e.d coverage and limitations of my grow room height. The HST is goi g really well with the Bruce responding with so.e nice fattening limbs and great potential mainstays. The idea is to fool the plant into thinking that each growing tip is the main-stem ( merristem) This will ensure an even distribution of all the available resources. As they progress towards flowering flip , i am trying to get each tip to the pots edge. This will allow me to tie them down to the edges and when the stretch period begins , they will grow vertically to create a ring of main buds. This allows airflow around each bud, which lessens the risk of mould and also allows lots of available light to reach the whole lengths. I did snap one limb of rhe Bruce bit it was the f.i.m so it won't be a huge loss of it doesn't repair in Time. The candy rain is doing a great job of catching up now with only 4 tips to train and plenty of light, I am hoping she catches up this week to be flipped to flower. Both of the Jealousy girls are really healthy and happy. again they are being trained fairly aggressive and are handling all I am throwing at them with twists and bends. No issues with anything so far so fingers crossed that I can flip them next update and begin the real fun of seeing the training pay off. Be safe and well Growmies. Defoliate day today

Day 14 VEG: A good week of settling in and heading outwards to the pots edges this week. No stress , just a nice, relaxed , adjusting to the world they will inhabit for the next 10 weeks or so. They are nearly all on their 5th nodes now so will possibly begin to play with the 5th growth nodes this week to break the apical dominance ( focus of energy on the main stem and bud) . I do like how neat and tidy autos can grow naturally but they can also get leggy and waste a lot of grow room vertical space that is always at a premium for me in my cramped , awkward space. I plan to now use 3 different methods on the Amnesia haze to compare side-by-side as we grow. Will hopefully answer some questions about the methods and which produces better results. One will be topped , one f.i.mmed and the last one trained over horizontal at the 5th node but uncut. The last method is better suited to a wider pot than the ones I am using but will be worth a try !. They are currently happy and healthy with no signs of any genetic issues but the #2 is in a more compacted soil which has resulted in an odd rectangular shape to her overall footprint. Her middle leaf points are retarded on all of her fan leaves so far and it will be interesting to see how she progresses too. The Girl scout cookies are also nice and healthy looking so far with no concerns at all. I plan to defoliation one of these ladies at intervals and stripped her right back during flowering while the other one is kept intact with a light defol as it grows to avoid light blocking only. Again this could answer a few queries regarding autoflowers and defoliation for a few of us. I hope to make this an interesting and informative run and welcome any comments , advice/questions or general chatter as we go along. I chose topping of Amnesia haze #2 as she looks like her nodes will be quite far apart compared to the other 2 and her lower growth was nowhere near as bushy as her 2 sisters either. This topping should stop her pushing the height of the lights up for her lankinness. #3 is going to be pulled over on her 5th node once it is long enough to pin down to 90° . Girl scout cookies have been cleaned of their 1st and 2nd nodes so i can focus the attention on the 5 remaining mains as they grow out more.. watch this space.lol .

Training methods include the several weeks I missed. As of this week no training. Morning Glory- 35.5” Tall Mexican Haze (in-ground)-40” Tall Mexican Haze- 33” Tall Love Drunk- 25” Tall Ackbar OG- 26.5” Tall Crazy Glue- 38” Tall The nutrients used are from a once a week ordeal. Normally it’s just tap water. I still need to update the info on the other two Love Drunks as well as the Fruity Pebbles.

I wished that I could've done things a little different but the end result was fiiire! Taste like Peaches when you give it a nice 4 week cure. Wish that I could've yielded more. But experience will overcome all my flaws. But it will only get better.

9.Vegetationswoche, nun 50 cm hoch und 85 cm breit. Bis 15.3.hoffe ich auf 60 cm Höhe und dann wird auf 12/12 umgestellt. Musste nun schon das 5.Mal entlauben, das wächst wie Unkraut. Seit 3 Tagen benutze ich den WaterTrim, Osmose Wasser.

week intel: its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

Week three in flower 🤪 bud candy definitely getting great results from it. Highly recommend this product! Upped PH and dropped 10 degrees when light off.

She is coming along nicely. She had good growth this week. The root has made its way into the reservoir now. So she will begin to start drinking more water/nutes real soon. I did turn off my flower light setting and now it is only running the veg lighting. So you can tell in the pics that’s it’s very blue compared to last week and the purple/pink colour. I noticed when I made that change the leaves doubled in size in just a day. I probably should have made that change a while ago.

What can I say this was my largest single yield harvest to date - The BlackBerry OG from Emerald Triangle Seeds are worth growing and just be prepared to have a load of bud to trim, there are other strains that are east to trim than this one, it was laced with sugar leaves and took a while to trim up,, it was in the dry tent for 15 days, honestly I was worried and should have trusted my instinct and left it in longer, this may have made it easier to clean.. If you do not buy this stran and give it a try you are missing out!

It was a pleasure to grow logendary strain such as Franco's Lemon Cheese.. sticky buds and grat aroma is what i love.. effect is so strong and euphoric.. i reccommend this strain to everyone.
