Days 33-35 Both ladies have been transplanted and moved into the Veg tent! If you look in the video you can see the setup. Both are in 10.5"x10.5" square nursery pots approx 3Gal each. Both were put into happy frog soil using azos and recharge during transplant. I have them under an optic 8+ with a cob as supplemental lighting Day 37: A light defoliation day today, especially for #1. I removed all the mature fan leaves that were blocking any bud sites or nodes at all. Essentially leaving the top 2 mature leaves in tact. I honestly did not want to do this! It was heart wrenching to mutilate such a beautiful naturally growing plant 🤷‍♂️ practicality wins in the end tho. I removed the 2 oldest lowest fan leaves from #2 as well. More for sanitation reasons. They werent8blocking anything but the uh were dragging in the dirt and starting to fade anyhow. I actually kept 1 leaf. My 1st time ever doing this. The leaf is so neat, overlapping itself. *transplant update day 37* In my very green opinion they look to be struggling a bit with the transplant. I like to wet my medium prior to placing the rootball in, sometimes it's great and the roots chase it. Sometimes they get a little water logged and it takes a week b4 watering. I'm thinking it's the latter in this scenario. Day 38; #1's top fan leaves are rolling in again. I figured it was heat but the surface area doesn't get above 78° which from what I've read is fine. Maybe it's a strain issue? Looks very imdica, ma uh be is accustomed to a cooler climate? Day 39: I lowered #1 about a foot further from the light. She is still all curled up tho. It isn't heat. I watered them at transplant per my usual routine. 2 other plants stranded extremely bad and these 2 are acting goofy. I probably over did it that day Day 42 and 43 In day 42 CMOG #1 needed some water. It's her 1st drink since transplant. #2 on the other hand is drinking a bit less. I also took 2 upper fan leaves off #1(I hate doing it, but gotta promote those bud sites!! Day 43nothing really to report. I videotaped myself plucking a couple lower fan leaves. I'm raising the fan a bit more above #2 to keep wind stress down. Day 44: 🚨⛈️Emergency!!⛈️🚨 Power is out! My light cycle is as follows: on at 6pm off at 12pm. Its 2:45am right now and the power has gone out. Which was wierd because it went out b4 the storm hit! It was fricken midday when the outtage happen!! My poor Chocolate Mint OG 😖 keeping humididty down is gonna be hard and my grow is very far from and natural light source even if they were on the same cycle as nature 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ if ur reading this say a quick prayer! Hello and welcome to start of week 10! The buds are getting really big now. I asume they will stop growing after this week and then we‘ll be entering the maturing phase. I didn‘t like how Nr.3 was growing in the middle. It had too many leaves and too few buds. So I‘m trying something new and defoliated her one last time today so the buds could get a little bigger. Let‘s hope it didn‘t cause any harm. Nr.1 and especially Nr. 2 are doing amazing. They smell sweet and fruity and look gorgeous. No purple colour yet. I will only be posting once a week since there isn‘t much happening in terms of groth. Just bud developement. Happy sunday to all 👍🏻🍀

We had some days of hanging leaves after placing them in new pots, probably root stress. After some days they recovered and now they are doing well in their new homes 🌱✨ I topped them on the weekend, let’s see how they’ll react 🧙‍♂️

Started the first top dressing of Gaia Green All Purpose and Power Bloom at a 50/50 ratio of 1tbsp/gal each.

Hello! 32 sprouts feel great! In 2 weeks I will choose the 16 best plants. and transfer them to flowering mode. The fight for a place in the grow tent begins! Only the strongest will remain!

I noticed that the whole right side of the tent had basically collapsed, so harvest was upon us. Using hedge clippers I cut away large chunks of the plant: THis thing is huge. Put some celophane over the cut ends and taped them, had to load them into the tent for drying at a couple of different levels so that it is stacked. Will update once I have dried and cured.

Dry weight = 324 gr

After germinating on a wet paper towel inside a hanging plastic baggie for 48 hours, all 6 seeds have opened up. The 3 ZHEETOS (=ZKITTLES X CHEESE) and the 3 BADAZZ-CHEESE (=BADAZZ-KUSH X CHEESE) seeds, which I received directly from Milo from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS have a 100% germination result, I love it. The seeds are then carefully (with gloves on and a tweezer) transplanted into small pots (0,25 liter) filled with PLAGRON Grow-Mix. You can see how its done in the video and pics above. I fill the pot with soil and water it a little bit. Then I make a small hole with a finger in the center of the soil. I take the seed off the wet paper towel with a tweezer and put it onto the side-wall of the small hole. I position it right at the edge with the white tap-root pointing down and the seed-shell laying on the edge of the hole. Then i push the soil from the other side-wall towards the seed, so it is enclosed with soil from all sides and the top of the seed shell still peaks out of the soil. This way the seedling does not have to fight its way to the surface, but can grow out right away. Within 24 hours I can see the small seedlings rise and push out of the soil. Some with the seed-shells still on them other without the seed-shell, depending if they were able to shed them in the soil already. The first ones to rise are ZHEETOS #1 and #2 together with BADAZZ-CHEESE #1 and #2, both #3-plants are one day later out of the soil. During week 1 I only gave them little water (0,1 liter per plant every 2nd day) and on day 7 I add BIONOVA ROOTS to the water (0,5 ml/l) to enhance the growth of the roots of the seedlings. After a few days all 6 seedlings have surfaced and then shed their seed shells and unfolded their Cotyledons (=first round leaf). They grow quick and healthy in the first week inside my GrowforLife-Coset and start to develop the first sets of real leaves. This closet is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL and MOST SILENT stealth-grow-cabinet EVER! (check them out: www.growforlife.com ) I loved my first round in it and cant wait for this one. The plants LOVE the spectrum and light-intensity of the two 50 watts SANlight-LED modules built into the closet. The 100 watts of light are plenty for the small grow-surface (45x45cm) of the closet. This round I will try the whole line of BIONOVA nutrients from the Netherlands, since I have only heard good things about them.

Welcome to week 5 of my grow diary. The growth boost has continued. The Sugar Royal in combination with the strong Sativa strain is causing the plant to grow extremely well. This week, I removed a few more leaves so that all shoots get an equal amount of sun. Since I increased the watering to 4 liters, I have less confidence in my support construction for the pot. The weight simply became too high and I didn't want it to break and the plant to fall into the depths. The new place is now on the bench, which will hopefully keep the snails from eating the plant. Now that I have reduced the Epsom salts, the curling of the leaves has decreased and the leaf color has also become lighter. In addition, pre-flowering has begun. See you next week!

Great stuff, all the seeds are up. One still has it's helmet on, but it'll grow out of it soon. The Carl #2 seed seems to be a mutant of some kind as it has way too many cotyledons. Gave smaller amounts of water while they were seeds, gonna slowly increase to normal now that they've all popped up. I'm gonna start with a very light feeding of bloom ferts to promote rooting, and then use no nutes for the first couple weeks. The plan for these plants will be to try and create as much lateral growth as possible while the weather gets nice outside, then I'll transfer one of the best phenos and one of the not as good phenos to 25gal pots and stick em in the sun. I'm gonna be trying to do pest control with a combination of predator insects and deterrent plants. The main goal of the outdoor grow is to test and develop my IPM skills while trying to grow the biggest plants possible. -2/6/2021 Been a solid week so far, the growth has been fairly vigorous as of last night; it would seem that the root mass finally reached an acceptable size. -2/7/2021 Watered with a bit of bloom nutes and some VeloKelp, shot a timelapse.

I am dropping FBT2403 today to germinate. The seed was lightly scuffed, and dropping in s glass of water. Cover up and placed in the grow room for the warmth. In 24 to 48 hours when she sprouts her tap root. I will place it directly into the Rockwool. She will be in a 5 gallon DWC in Agrogardens nutrition. She will be growing under a Medic grow mini Sun-2 320 watt light.
