This week is going well, steady bud growth and development. Thc looks great and plants one of the girls looks about a month from finishing. Lowered light intensity I have no more space to place the light further away! Plants stressed quite a bit got foxtailing on some of the buds and leaf "canoeing" let's see now how she reacts with less light.

I was flushing all the plants since August 9. You can see in the videos with de microscope ( I really try my best, but it was pretty difficult) the trichomes looks cloudy and some of them looks amber. Maybe in the videos you can't see it because my hand was really shaky. August 17: all the plants were in dark. August 18: i cleaned all the plants, buds, leafs, everything..., spraying water to remove the rests of potasic soap. Today august 18, during the nigth, i'm going to harvest all the ladies. In the past 3 days i didn't watering the plants and the smell was stronger. August 19: Before dry -Critical Kush: 150g -Red dwarf: 60g -Syrup (2 plants): 270g -Lemon (4 plants): 570g

Really hot. Using more water. About 2 gallons a day each pot. Watering daily. Summer peak hits in the next month, then comes the wind down to the season...from September to Croptober. I don't see as much stretching as I see buds coming in right now, which is really exciting. Wind: I usually experience strong winds for the end of August and start of September. This means that I am taking the canopy down and letting the sun hit the plants with all its force for the remainder of the season. More water means fatter nugs. Nutrients: Day 105 - 21 August 2024 - Added 1 cup Bud Candy and 1/2 cup Overdrive from AN, then added 2 gallons of water in a large watering can. I let that sit for 2-3 hours, then I add it equally to the four pots. I'm alternating this and kelp meal biweekly from Down to Earth (every 2 weeks). This recipe is gentle and it works for me. Thank you to all following the grow. Straight up... each plant looks a little different - my guess it's because of all the crosses behind the genetics. Basically looks a little Malawi, a little tropicanny, a little cookie, and sour orangey for sure. I don't care for a stable line where all the plants look homogenous (basically the same, I may have messed up the description) - I just want something that will have a good end product and these plants all look fine to me. Now I just have to be vigilant so that the caterpillars don't destroy all the flowers. It's a bit nerve wrecking, but I'm committed to not using pesticides or insecticides - organic or not. I'm also considering washing the herb at harvest--that's got me a little nervous also because it gets really humid around harvest time, but all the testimonials and videos I've researched all seem to agree that it does not affect the end quality in terms of effect since THC is basically water resistant, not water soluble or something--i'm thinking water hash in my head to comprehend the science a little better. That's it. Just a few more weeks to go. About 8.

We are officially in full bloom. The have been enjoying 6-7 hours of sun light per day for about 4 days now, then brought back in under the cobs. The girls are all exploding with growth and stacking what I expect to be huge buds.

You can see them produce more and more resin every day thanks to the cold weather its really easy to keep a pretty dry environment. Can’t wait to do my final defo next week! Until then stay green!

They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! This is one tasty looking girl the buds are so dam frosty and smell just like berries ..I'm in love with the smell when I open the growroom all I can smell is this one plant she dominates the nose ... She hadn't had one bad day and I'm excited for what the future brings...

We are now in week 7 (today MAY 13 2024 DAY 53) going into week 8 getting ready to turn off our veg stage and turn the flower on! We have introduced the next stage of nutrition for the plant ( Fox Farm Big Bloom next we start adding Tiger Bloom) we plan on doing our flower flip between May 16th and 17th and we are looking forward to a 8 to 10 week flower time frame for this strain. We are slowly introducing videos for our gross this will be the first strain and grow Journal of ours where we will be introducing a time-lapse video of the flower stage. This is my current plant running for the Growers Gauntlet 2024. If you have not checked it out I definitely would there's some amazing Growers and they're doing their thing. Day 92. Yellowing not spreading , girls drink and pray all journey long, so conclusion - molasses was the issue. Still watering with ph 6.2-6.4 lower than my beloved 6.5. Hopefully i will feed them 2-3 times more and then flush. Only one Cheese left without brown pistils so i am max 4 weeks away from harvest by all look. Was thinking to do defoliation session , but i trimed them so hard on first during flower, plus bugs, later sulphur deficiency, so they are not fit in my mind for any stress. Skunks looks more mature, lower buds still packing on both strains. One Skunk (lowest amount of big colas) is one of fast runners, all in crystals already, looks like Christmas tree after good snow ;)) Happy Growing !!!

11/9: I fed them today. Started tapering off the One. Stopped giving Beastie Bloomz and started them on Cha Ching, plus the normal doses of silica, signal, and sweet & sticky.

They getting more thirsty, I have to water every 3 days now instead of once a week. I got a nice 4x4 tent so they can have there own space. Thinking about grabbing some cuttings off them to to keep them going and might start a whole new run with them🔥 to be continued.....🤟🏾

Tripled my feed on week 11 & fed twice a week with 1.25ml of 44-0-0, flipped to flower but my smart plug was being funny and didn’t go off , gave it reset and all sorted so day 2flower today . Sprouting some seeds for SST

Day 79 (First Grow, Flowering Phase): Hey everyone! It's the start of a new week, and we're now on day 79 of our first grow. The flowering phase is progressing beautifully, with the buds getting bigger and frostier day by day. 🌸✨ We've started to see the formation of orange hairs, which is a promising sign of the buds maturing. The plants are looking healthy and vibrant, and the SCROG net is helping to keep everything well-supported and evenly exposed to light. Humidity issues from last week are still being monitored, and we're considering adding a dehumidifier to ensure optimal conditions as we move closer to harvest. 3 weeks :) The girl looks healthy and happy, now I'm looking forward to her rapid growth and she will get bigger :) Everything is going smoothly :) it will be an interesting experience, because this time I probably won't use LST at all, I haven't tried letting her grow naturally :) good luck to everyone
