Been wanting to try out this auto ghost og from original sensible seeds for a while and finally got the opportunity to get one wet. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

Pbb has been chopped! Saw a decent amount of amber trichomes and the calyxes were quite swollen also she has been fading beautifully for quite some time now. Went into the dark for 48hours then I trimmed any dead leaves off and a few larger easy to reach leaves. She’s hanging in a dark tent now with a fan blowing at the bottom of the tent. Ducting to my flower tent to keep it from stagnating. Frost is starting to fade and swelling quite well. Afghani is getting a much more complex smell not as sweet as before still looks like looks like at least 2 weeks for her. They have all just been getting water for a while now.

What's up Growmies🤟🏽. Week # 8 is in the books🙌🏾 Hello week #9💪🏾 I went a little overboard on pictures this week, they are so happy and healthy that I got carried away. I know we are supposed to post pictures with the lights off, however it's something about the contrast it gives with the lights on that makes it look sexy to me😁. I have had to tie the stalks of both White LSD plants due to heavy sagging. I'm noticing with this strain the stalks seem to topple over even though the buds are far from fully developed. A trellis net probably would be ideal however I hate them. They are easy to put on but very difficult to take off come harvest. I use garden wire and string them as if they are puppets being controlled by the puppet master🤪. I continue my feeding schedule with the recommended "bloom" concoction using general hydroponics Flora series trio. I give them 1 liter every 3 days. I have them on a 2 to 2 cycle (feed them twice with nutes and then twice with plan water) I keep the p.h. around 6.1 to 6.6. Temps and humidity are in the perfect range I'm enjoying it while it last because spring and summer in VA makes it difficult to keep the humidity in check. All in all everything is going well for me and my ladies. I hope the same for all of you. Defoliated today at day 21, I think I vegged a little too long as they got a lot bigger than anticipated. Now I know how this strain stretches I can judge my veg time a lot better next round.

We are almost there! Second ripening week and after this i will get with AN final flash. I'm giving half the power to the lights for an hour in the morning and one in the evening, a kind of sunrise and sunset, removed the heater from the tank so as to simulate the arrival of the autumn cold, the tops have a purple color. everything seems to flow thanks for your visit here buddies wish you the best 💚🌱🤜🏼🤛🏼 Finally i've taked some smartphone camera pics only smartphone flashlight and grow lights off. She has started her bloom. She is growing so well. This week I took off all her tie downs. Then 2 days later decided to tie her back down. She has had steady tension on her branches. So when I released her, she tightened back up. With the ties on, there is little reason for defoliation, as of now. She gained height, but nothing crazy. All her main top branches have always been pulled down to be side branches. Everything else was let to grow that came up the center. Really the side branches are the top of the canopy. Surprised I have not broke a branch. 8/26 2 gallons Fed 8 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 15 MLS Tiger bloom and Foxfarm Open sesame 1/2 teaspoon. 8/30 Gallon and a half of tea. Cow and worm poop. Every year I'm going to grow a photo in a different shape. This year I just wanted to see how many tops I could make. Looking forward to next year's design. However not as much as I want to see what this voluptuous beauty produces. Voluptuous seems to be very fitting for her. Love this plant, she has been very fun to grow. She also thought me a lot.

There we go, it‘s week #10 with Skunk #1 and these beautiful pictures. The EC is at 2.0 and the ph at 5.8... let’s see them still growing in the last 2 weeks. Njoy! Day 64: New pictures online! EC is going up every day just like ph. Problem today is the heat! The water in the tank has exceeded 25°C and the temperature is not going to be cooler in the next week. That is why I added Purolyt. To prevent the water in the tank from getting algae and other sh*t. 😎 Day 65: Maybe it was too much Purolyt yesterday or the plants just give away all the leafes that are not in the light. Have to check tomorrow with lights off if something went wrong. Put 10liter pure water into the tank and ph'ed down. Day 66: I know the water in the tank is too warm with 26° C. I will have to solve this problem. (I think I will use icecubes or something like that) But the flowers look pretty good. They stand the heat better than we do.(35° C outside in the city!) Day 67: Still problems with the water temperature in the tank. Put an ice pack inside to get the temp down. Won't be helping long but for a moment. Day 69: Still problems with the hot summer. Heat is up to 31,2° C but the plants seem to like it. Water temp went down to 24.4° C after refilling 10l pure water. After that I checked the EC which is at 1.86 and ph'ed down to 5.6 Planning to harvest soon, maybe in one week, what do you guys think? The white spots in the blossoms are burned blossoms that contains no thc or cbd. It looks like an albino flower to me. 😌 I can't avoid them because the tent is too low.

Another round of topping. Tied her all back to spread out for LST. Going to flip to flower next week. Used the Kushman technique and Supercropped all her stems every inch on the way up, without bending. Gives her muscles to flex <3

She's filling out nicely and is definitely due for a haircut...she has about 1 more week of stretch and in week 3 we like to do a heavy defoliation (and remove the ties). she's currently sharing the flower tent with (and is 10 days behind)our mystery strain... thanks for reading friends 🐱❤️
