The veg garden is green and thriving with perky growth! --- Okay! Need to transplant two of these girls! --- After bit of self-debating (and quite a few bowls), I’ve finally decided on the ones! --- Going to transplant Gorilla Goat #1 along with the original Garlic Budder #1 --- Decided to the transplant the Gorilla Goat #1 for the loudness and overall lemon chem gas terp profile. --- As for the Garlic Budder phenos, going with the purple pheno. For a while, was planning on transplanting the #2 pheno, but after a 5-month cure, the unique and smooth smoke of the #1 pheno was the ultimate reason for switch. --- Ca-Caw! Always pheno hunting! This is why we grow! --- Okay, anyways! - [18:22]: Time to transplant! --- Both 7-gallon pots have been pre-amended and ready for more roots! --- Alright let's go cutty! --- Placed both of the spare Heady OG clones in the propagation tray. - [18:25]: Gently removed the solo cups from both fabric pots (on the right side of the tent) leaving perfect holes. ------ Sprinkled 1/16tsp of Great White, --- Dusted the sides of both holes. --- Also sprinkled a bit around the top soil. --- Great! Time to transplant! --- It’s been two days since both have been watered. --- To loosen and unstick the rootball from the cup, I gently squeezed the sides before pressing the bottom upwards. --- Once fully loosened, I simply Vulcan-gripped the base of the plant and flipped her upside down. - [18:33]: Gorilla Goat #1 dropped straight out of her cup! --- Hmm. Not as rooted as I would hope, but roots look white and healthy! --- The original Garlic Budder #1 pheno easily slipped out of her cup! --- Similar the Gorilla Goat, she could have more roots, but that’s okay. Roots look healthy and that is all that matters! --- Did not break up the rootballs. --- Gently flipped and placed each clone carefully into the pre-inoculated holes. --- Pressed and evened out the top soil for both phenos. - [18:39]: Transplant done! --- Gorilla Goat #1 was transplanted into the back right quadrant. --- Garlic Budder OG#1 was transplanted into the front right quadrant. --- To prevent transplant shock and to help even out the soil moisture, going to give 2 cups of wetting solution each. --- Also adding in a few extra microbes. - [18:55]: Filled a pitcher with 6 cups of RO water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/32tsp of Recharge ------ Added 1/32tsp of Stash Blend ------ Added 1/8tsp of Horticultural Aloe ------ Added 1/8tsp of Horticultural Coconut ------ Added 1/8tsp of Mycrobe Complete ------ Added 1/2tsp of WDG3000 Extra Strength BTI --- Mixed the solution and poured 2 cups straight into a pump sprayer. --- Misted Gorilla Goat #1's straw mulch with the wetting solution (back right quadrant). --- Took my time and tried to go evenly. - [19:15]: Repeated this process for the original Garlic Budder #1 pheno (front right quadrant). --- Using the remaining 2 cups of the wetting solution, misted the straw mulch for both Heady OG (front left quadrant) and TKO (back left quadrant) mothers. --- Ca-Caw!! Done with the transplant! Grow strong my veg queens! - [19:22]: As for the remaining veg clones, --- Decided to try to preserve the genetics in solo cups and basic clonal cycling techniques. --- Plan to take new cuttings in a few weeks or so and will begin the rooting process once more. --- Curing has really changed the way I currently hunt phenos and I really don’t want to lose another keeper pheno (recently regret not keeping a cutting of Garlic Budder #4). --- Oh! Also finally decided to fully give tissue culture a go! --- Another huge shout out to Laur and her independently ran business, Plants-In-Jars! --- If successful, learning tissue culture will be a huge ganja journey milestone by providing a sustainable way to preserve and maintain a diverse genetic library. --- Through continuous subculturing and micro propagation, I should be able to maintain unrooted explant cuttings forever. --- Then when needed, theses cuttings can be rooted and conditioned back into a clonal state and back into solo-cups for transplanting. --- Of course, I have absolutely no idea what I am doing, so developing a successful cannabis tissue culture protocol is going to be fun and full of failure, err, I mean, learning experiences! --- What can possibility go wrong right!? --- While learning (which will most likely take a bit), will continue to maintain the vegging mothers and solo cup clones. --- The ganja journey continues! The Canna Crumbly cocoa biscuits are always a delicious opportunity to fill up on energy. They are easy to prepare!   Ingredients: 30g Bitter Cocoa 300g flour 200g butter 100g sugar 5 eggs 1 bar of milk chocolate with whole hazelnuts HOW TO PREPARE THE CHOCOLATE BISCUITS 1. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes, cool them and shell them.  2. Blend the egg yolks and set aside.  3. Mix the butter in a bowl with the sugar, add the flour and egg yolks, mix, then add to the mixture a bar of milk chocolate with whole hazelnuts previously blended into small pieces (I used the knife for a coarse mince) 4. Add the cocoa to half of the mixture and let them rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.  5. At this point, roll out the pastry to about half a centimetre, then create the variegation between the two doughs (here you can have fun), once the biscuits have been formed, arrange them on a baking tray with baking paper and bake everything for 12-15 minutes at 170 degrees. IMPORTANT: I put double the recommended dosage for the butter, thinking I was an expert smoker, but, next time I will follow the doses because I slept 12 hours, the edibles have a prodigious effect but you need to calibrate well otherwise you risk going to sleep at 8 pm!😇💤

Was a pretty smooth week for most the girls. Showing some steady growth. I topped all of the plants around day 12 other than the slurricane 7. Ph got a little high since the nutrient level was too low to buffer it at the beginning of the week. Slurricane 7 and sugar cane are the ones that took some damage. I think they will be ok though. I upped the nutrients to 1/4 tsp per gallon and the ph has held stable since then. Should be able to start some training the middle of next week and looks like we might be going 2 more weeks on veg before flipping them to flower depending on how this upcoming week goes. Guess you will have to show up next week to find out...

So here we go! Another start to something special and another grow off! Always fun. Anyways we have two Pablo's that both popped up through the soil and are on their way. I'm very Interested in seeing how well these genetics perform. They definitely came a long way from overseas so let's see how well the foreign competition is 😉. If their on GD I'm sure they're fire.

Lot of growth this week. Pie piss is stretchy but I like her look. Velvet cream is the butter leaf looking one. I don’t understand this yet. Is it going to be ok? It has grown fine but it’s has always not really looked like cannabis. Feedback would be wonderful! Orange Creampop was given back to me by my friend. So I have chopped her down 1/3 and topped her. She was meant for outdoors but I’m going to flower her now. Hope she survives the trauma. Small orange Creampop is old and weird. But it’s an experiment now with her. Thanks for viewing!

Week Day 1-2 Alot of lollipopping / Defoliation. Plant is Blooming nicely Day 3-4 Recovering from the Defoliation. Day 5-6 Defoliation bud sites from blocking leaves.

Week 3 the ladies had an exceptional growth spurt. The nodes on each lady are starting to become more defined with every passing day. I kept the feeding relatively the same however towards the end of week 3 I slightly increased the big to 1.5 tsp per gallon and the grow big to 1 tsp per gallon. I wanted to keep it simple with feedings until they get another week of growth than I’ll incorporate the tiger bloom in a small dose and also start some LST. Today is the final day of week 3 so I decided to Carefully top the girls. I didn’t completely take the top off cause I didn’t want to completely stress them out. I think they should be fine considering I waited day 19-20 to do it. The bigger girl(#1) of the 2 is really starting to spread out. Her leafs are touching the top of the pot. The smaller girl is not to far behind her. I’m curious to see once they start to go Into flower if this size difference will stay the same or change. There isn’t any smells coming from these girls yet but I did a gentle stem rub and I’m getting a tropical musty citrus smell 🍍🔥😍. I have to admit it has been such a pleasure to finally get to experience fast bud genetics. The last time I got a chance to experience a Pineapple Express high was in 2008. Let’s just say the dispensary I got it from was always out. So this grow is going to be a treat once I complete this grow. Would like to thank each and everyone of you for viewing my diary. I used a bounty paper towel inside of a 6x4 glass storage container cut to match size. Sprayed distilled water generously over, then gently placed seeds evenly apart from each other. Placed a second paper towel and sprayed again with distilled water. Sprayed inside lid and closed for 48 hours prior to opening. Left raised above ground floor on cardboard box directly in front of heat intake duct. Temp and humidity were around 75-80F and 60-70%humidity. after a successful beginning, I then planted each seed using latex gloves into 4 different pots ; 1-5gallon happy frog only, 1- 5gallon pot happy frog with clay pebbles, 1-3 gallon pot happy frog only and 1-3gallon happy frog and clay pebbles. I covered each seed with a cut up 2litre clear soda bottle with small holes poked on the tops. I sprayed down the soil and the plastic containers. I left them covered until I noticed the cotyledon leaves then I removed the plastic covers, increased circulating fan speed and added a bag of exhale co2. Watered daily 2-3 times by misting with spray. (Distilled water in humidifier and used in feeding)
