The buds are about 50% denser than my main auto crop. A bowl of wet auto bud might weigh 200 g but the same volume of Hash Bud is 300 g. There are a minimal number of leaves and trimming is the easiest ever. This should be considered a strong commercial plant because it ticks all the boxes: robust, cold tolerant, potent, fast, big, and easy cloning and processing. I’m looking forward to making hash in a few weeks.

Week 5: Preflower Transition & Canopy Management Update: June 21, 2025 (Day 38) The plants have officially entered preflower although it doesn't look very spectacular. But this will surely change my guys. Significant LST efforts continue to maintain an even canopy - all shoots are systematically positioned around the pots and secured with electrical wire for optimal light exposure. Strain Progress: Forbidden Runtz Maintains its dominant position as the largest plant. Shows the most advanced preflower development with numerous white pistils emerging. Its vigorous growth pattern suggests exceptional genetic expression compared to the others. Green Crack Remains the smallest plant with delayed preflower signs. However, its recent growth acceleration is notable. Given its later transition into preflower, it may still achieve substantial size. The anticipated mango aroma from previous grows remains a key point of interest. Bruce Banner Exhibiting impressive vertical stretch. All new growth has been immediately trained horizontally to promote additional cola development. Its reputation for large size keeps expectations high regarding its potential to rival Forbidden Runtz. Environmental Management: - Greenhouse temperatures monitored daily - Plants moved outside when temperatures exceed 30°C - Continued pest vigilance in enclosed environment Next Phase Focus: 1. End of a great autoflower grow with the Royal Gorilla Auto by Royal Queen Seeds. They were fun to grow, very easy to grow plants that never complained. The smell of the final flower is great, reminds me of green apples. A very well balanced strain with great effects, can recommend the Gorillas for sure. At the beginning of the diary it were 4 plants but I put one outside as soon as they started flowering, so one is actually still outside growing, will be ready in a week. So the total harvest was from 3 plants.

Everything is going great except the RQS is twice the size of the the Cherry Cola lol. Ended up setting the one plant up and raising the light some.

Starting into Week 5 Flower, week 11 total Mandarin Cookies definitely has an extremely strong orange citrus smell! Trichomes are coming in very nicely! MC’s are still ahead of the SK’s... however the SK on the left is catching up, with the one on the right having some budlets starting to form. 3 - Madarin Cookies are two in back and one in center; 2 - Silver Kush are two up front; 2 gallons water/nutes per 5 plants, alternating with plain water (just calmag, malassis, Ph. 6.4) every other day. Ph.6.4 (1.5 C.F.) Fox Farm Ocean Forest, mixed with (1.5 C.F.) garden soil, fills (5) 5 galllon fabric pots perfectly. (50/50 mix.) The new version of Spider Farmer SF-4000 is an awesome light, for anyone wondering. Can’t say enough good things about this light! Way less heat that any HPS/MH I’ve used. My big curiosity is about the final weight per watts used at finish for the Spider Farmer... UPDATE Week 5, Day 6: I did notice some heat stress on only a few of the taller branches (they were about 6” from the light). I did move the light a little further up about 4” to get some distance, and added an extra fan. Hope this helps the leaf curling! Question: have you ever driven past a house and can instantly tell they just harvested?? Ha! I just did that on my way home, and thought I was smelling my house from a long distance away.
