Comment connaître approximativement le moment d'une récolte en vue d'un rinçage ? Ou tout simplement si la plante est rincé de tout excédant d'engrais quand procédé à la récolte ? La meilleure façon de juger de la maturité des plantes est de regarder les glandes de résine, également appelées trichomes. En utilisant un microscope idéalement avec un grossissement de 100x, vous pouvez facilement déterminer l'état des glandes en résine et éviter d'avoir à deviner. Les trichomes passent par 3 étapes différentes: 1. TRANSPARENT Les trichomes transparents ne contiennent que des cannabinoïdes précurseurs qui ne sont pas psychoactifs. La récolte à ce stade ne vous donnera pas un produit très puissant. 2. MILKY Les glandes en résine laiteuse contiennent du THC entièrement mûr. Pour obtenir des têtes aussi puissantes que possible, vous devez vous rapprocher le plus possible des trichomes 100% laiteux. Notez qu'il est impossible d'obtenir 100% de trichomes laiteux, car de nouvelles glandes de résine sont produites en continu. De même, même après la récolte, les trichomes continueront de se développer. 3. AMBRE Les glandes résineuses de couleur ambre indiquent que le THC a été converti en CBN, une forme dégradée de THC. Cela signifie que votre produit a perdu une grande partie de sa puissance. Le CBN n'est souhaitable dans aucune culture, car ses effets sont plus narcotiques qu'une véritable élévation. Surprised by how well the water is wicked to the medium from the water bottle, it took a long time, but wick works as intended. I was unsure how much if any nutrient would be transferred via wick but the high salt content altered pH at certain parts. Right before the symptoms arose I decided to supercrop the stem top to bottom on one plant, shortly thereafter the burning happened from the same plant from running 8.0 pH, and nutrient uptake ground to a halt on the plant that was dealing with stress. She doesn't seem happy. Remedied with aluminum sulfate, things seem to be coming back to normal. I need to be more careful with salts. I need MOAR knowledge. How many weeks shall we veg? Going to take a while to fill that canopy with just two plants, should probably start topping now but I'll wait until pH problem Is remedied first, a couple more days hopefully 🙏. I defoliated maybe 6 bigger leaves that had burned yellow on one plant, as it comes back to optimal range, this will be a good opportunity to observe the subtle differences that early defoliation can make. Added a pound of tourmaline powder and biochar, both increase soil urease and invertase activities. *2025 Didn't charge the biochar skewing my ph drastically. Urease is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of urea into CO2 and NH3 and is a key component in the nitrogen cycle in soils. Invertase (d-fructofuranosidfructohydrolase, EC 3.2.1.26) is the enzyme that capable both break down α-1,4-glycosidic linkage between d-glucose and d-fructose of sucrose and transferring αβ-D-O-fructofuranoside residue to an acceptor substrate (Toledo et al., 2019). Since tourmaline is widely distributed in the natural environment and has many excellent physical and chemical properties including radiating far infrared energy, permanently releasing negative ions, producing an electrostatic field, releasing rare microelements, and stimulating the growth and metabolism of microorganisms and plants, tourmaline had been conducted to alleviate potential environmental pollution. Buds everywhere 😍 That clone is growing exactly as expected! Each stem managed to access to the light and create some dense rouded buds, she's gonna be a productive one for sure!!

23.08.24: I've done considerable defoliation. Also, FBP1 and FBP3 have grown all over the place. The stems are also relatively weaker as they've grown so much. (Photos above). Being as the plants were looking a bit delicate, I added some string and tied the side branches lightly to keep them a bit more compact. Additionally, FBP2 has a considerable amount of buds on the main cola. So I've added a plant stake, and I just tied string around the stake and the main stalk. The humidity has been able to stay under 53%. That's with 3 dehumidifiers. So I'm pretty sure that's about as good as it will probably be. I've had to lower the watering frequency on FBP3, as I overwatered only this plant. and also added too much Nitrogen in. As a result all the leaves are looking droopy. I'm really not sure how this will pan out, as they all still look like they're weeks away from harvest. Anyway, I'll update throughout the week. 25.8.24: I was tending to the garden a majority of the day, and realised that a branch had broken on FBP2. I acted quickly to insert plant stakes, to provide the heavily laden branches additional support. See photos above. The branch was bent or snapped, but still in one piece. I used duct tape to carefully put it back together. Before making a stake for it. Silica, apparently wasn't quite enough to get the FBP2 through the whole way. The flowers are very heavy and dense. I have also given the plants water yesterday with concentrations of the following nutrients, per plant. ● 9ltr of dechlorinated tap water with 6ml of cal-mag, 3ml of Ecothrive Flourish, 6ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster. I have also added cinnamon top dress after watering, as I have noticed some fungus gnats. I checked the trichomes through one of my loupes yesterday too, and nearly all are still glass like in appearance, with some cloudy here and there. I'm definitely going to have some time left on these girls. I did check the PH if my soil on all plants as I was concerned about nutrient lock out on FBP3. All pots tested out at 7.0 Ph exactly, before and after watering. Thanks for reading my diary 😊

They’re loving the heat, even if I am not. They’ve grown substantially within a week. I have been rotating the stem around the stem clockwise to train its strength. Anything else you guys suggest I should consider? Please shoot your advice my way.

Started this week off strong. Decided to switch out the extra Grow Big for extra Tiger Bloom since it’s a lower concentration on N and higher P. New growth is a good color and no tip burning. Raised the lights and turned them up to 100% for the rest of flower. Sour Kush is starting to stink up the tent! NCH is looking like she wants to finish soon, but buds haven’t fattened up and trichomes are still a mixture of clear/milky. Feed pH 6.2, EC 1.8. Water pH 6.3, EC 0.8.

Defoliated this week. Ladies are filling back in nicely. Tons of bud sites. Very happy with this batch so far! Nutrients every watering this week. These girls will now get one watering of just ph water, then the next watering will be the last watering with nitrogen. After that, we kick the bloom phase into overdrive. They will get micro, bloom, and advanced big bud. Every watering, for the rest of their lives. Grow-5ml Micro- 5ml Bloom- 5ml Recharge once a week.. These two chemdawg plants are absolutely hammers. Super heavy duty plants. And going into flower nicely. Very much looking forward to the outcome. I look for them to be heavy yielders.

Bonjour à tous Comme vous pouvez le voir , RAS pour cette semaine , seulement deux gros arrosage , cela fais 4 jours qu'il fait plus ou moins 50 degrés dans la serre mais avec un bon sceau d'eau dans un coin , cela ne leurs poses aucun problème !!! Je suis toujours en près floraisons.... Pour l'instant c'est vraiment léger le passage en floraison Hormis la "Black Domina 0" et oui, le retour... Elle se porte très bien mais étant isolé ailleurs je ne peux pas la prendre en photo entière... Niveau engrais , Peau de banane à tout vas et Marc de café , je tiens à signaler qu'en cette fin de semaine dernière un important arrosage avait était fais avec du fumier de vache , cet engrais est naturel , gratuit et très riche en nutriment !!!! Je pense arrêter de fournir de l'azote pour la semaine prochaine afin de forcé "un peu" le passage en floraison Bon week-end !!!!!!
