*Week 4 Flower 09/24* Both Mimosa girls appear to be running fine with Mimosa (1) running a little behind but is catching up accordingly. Small oversight in early growth resulted in a minor stunt but she is improving dramatically. Water Feed has increased by half a gallon ( 1gallon clean - .5 gallon nute feed) *Week 4 Flower 09/28 - Mid week update* Both plants are flowering accordingly - Mimosa (1) is a bit taller then Mimosa (2) Buds are becoming dense and covered in trichomes. No deficiencies - No areas of concern - Potassium and Phosphate feeds continue *Week 5 Flower end of week recap - 09/30* Both Mimosa's are flowering nicely - Budsites covered in frosty trichomes. Mimosa (2) looks shorter but that is because her COLA was tied down to expose bottom budsites.

Well I almost lost her to the root root. Thought I got rid of it and then I got some clear snotty shit. I saw that and I cut the roots. I tried peroxide, bleach, hygrozyme, Daily Rez changes. The last few weeks were a real rollercoaster ride that's for sure

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. 1st Week of Vegetation, one of the Indicas (Hollands Hope) is early than others. Because of the weather and the cold, I preferred to put the seedlings under a 200W CFL bulb.

10 weeks total time from popping out of the rockwool. Started 12-12 from seed and introduced nutrients week 4. I had a grow tent next to this one housing 4 plants fighting root rot. Towards the back end "Pinky" here was fighting it as well. DWC...I'm Fucking done and unless YOU have a chiller and or don't heat your home, I wouldn't recommend it. Next grow...soil. Total Dry Weight pulled...less than 21 grams. I couldn't believe the shrinkage when it came to hanging and drying. I'm glad that experience is out of the way...NEXT.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 2 weeks into flower, and the stretch is winding down. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I will start to add a PK booster this week. I also will be switching to light from V1 to F1 sometime this week, and also integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 90% in the V1 cycle and will be transitioning to the F1 cycle later this week. Overall, the plants seem very happy and healthy. The temperature and humidity is significantly dropping so that helps keeping the tent cool and not overly humid. This is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. He was maybe 6 months old. The lady who had him was not allowed pets in her apartment. So she kept him in a little closet to hid him. Then she knew nothing about dog nutrition, and was feeding him different foods on the daily. So I aquired him due to the ability to provide better and get him out of a closet. He lived in 3 different areas. In his first couple years he lived in a populated area. Loves everyone, but scared many, you ask why. Well being a pit bull he would run at you like he was attacking, only threat was when he would jump up, and basically try to drown you in saliva. He loved attention. Then he spent about 6 years in the country on 24 acres. So he had lots of room to run, and explore. Then the last couple years we were back in a populated area. At this time he was older, and less active, but every bit a love bug. His favorite time had to be in bed next to me while I slept to cuddle. He would burrow, and squirm for 20 minutes with joy being in bed. Was a amazing pit bull. Never harmed anyone. Just wanted love. So as he aged being purebred he suffered from hip dysplasia in last about 3 months his left hip popped out. Rendering his leg useless. Cost of this surgery is very pricey, and stressful to the pet. During his last year he had lost his hearing, and had tumors developing that I did have the dr clean up when they ruptured. I was unable to afford his hip surgery. So he was still mobile on 3 legs for several months. Then on 4-2-21 his other leg had given out. Causing him lots of pain, and ending any happiness I seen in him. He was unable to go out, and stand on his own to go. Was messing in the house really bad. At this point his quality of life was not much but misery. So I took him to the vet to be euthanized, and end his suffering. What makes it harder is to know his mind was still there just his body was broken. Plus he knew what was going on, I believe when we got to the dr. Office. I will always remember him, and how he was my best friend that never judged. Would give his life to protect me and only want unconditional love in return. Plus a few treats. Thanks again for kind words, and support. Your pets are family, and remember to treat them as such .

Sorry for late update friends been in Jamaica for 10 days 😀 So plants look amaizin gonna flip them tomorrow i think its time any opinions guys.

SUNDAY 4/21: I fed them about 1/3 gallon each today. Switched to Beastie Bloomz and increased terpinator. I inspected them for nanners and found one.. Will take some photos tomorrow- MONDAY: Life got in the way and I didn't have much time for the garden. TUESDAY: I rearranged and took some photos today. I've still got Candy Canes in both tents. One big one and one small one in the big tent, and 2 small ones in the little tent. WEDNESDAY: Took some photos and a video. WIll water tomorrow- THURSDAY: I watered with about 1/3 gallon and included some terpinator, calimagic, and beastie bloomz. The biggest one is finally starting to put on the pistils. She'll be the slowest CC I've grown to date, but also possibly the biggest yielder. The other 3 didn't do much stretching, but I did a bunch of training on them to get some separation and better light penetration into the lower flowers FRIDAY: I did some more training on them today and I made some improvements to my fresh air a/c intake in the tent that dropped the temp a couple of degrees, and the new dehumidifier is keeping the RH right where I want it..45-50%.👌 This allows the evap cooler to be more effective at cooling as well...above 50% RH and it's basically just a fan..
