I really enjoy growing and this strain is one I've spent a lot of time on. This is my largest harvest of Gelato Cake and it was only 1 plant, I have harvested 5 at once and just equaled what this one plant did. I feel really good about it thanks to the GD community for the support and diaries to learn from

So this week I topped all my sensi seeds also have started introducing cal mag I’m feeding each plant around 500 ml every other day just before lights go out still running 18/6 light system two desk fans blowing air around! Two humidifiers as struggling to keep ph at 50! Not sure if I should buy a oil filled radiator as night time temperature is still around 15 degrees when lights and fans turn off! Not sure if I should be adding more nutrients? Some lst work on plants as some leafs are getting huge! Not sure if I should cut them?

Sour diesel is such a beautiful plant, with a robust structure and strong lime flavor.. full of terps.. the main bud looks a big rock.. might be the biggest main bud I ever had.. super frosty and definitely a genetic I will want to grow again.. can’t wait to harvest this baby.. I’m gonna flush it very soon, probably next watering.. plant is definitely going to the last weeks/days.. let’s go

The breeder says day 45 is the day for harvesting.. when I reached that day I started looking closely the trichomes to see when best day to harvest.. usually I wait till more less 10%amber.. however I found a bud rot in one of the other plant on my tent so I decided to chop it down on same day afraid of spreading it to Apple blossom. If that had not happened I would wait maybe 2-3 days more.

Every 5± days from week 5 I suppose I get rid of below leaves and big fan leaves,which don't let the light get to the bottom buds,as was recommended in comments. They react good on that kind of stress and the bottom buds started developing too. Despite the high temperature( 28-30 degrees) they keep on growing and forming buds,happily.

In the very first week I kept the light so far so the it create a early grow on the structure but for me its not so good so I prepare a transplant for The next week.

Se instala segunda malla para ayudar con el espigamiento y a partir de aquí se bajan las luces y se sigue contemplando la hermosa floración!!

They are growing strong and nugs are large enough to need support. They are ganna be getting plan water then next few weeks till they finish up.

9th Week Report 12/12/19 - 19/12/19 In photos CMXL is on the left and LSD on the right 12/12/19 Unfortunately humidity at 80% and since is too high from next week I will try to give them more aeration. Hope there won't be mold. Changed solution and raised its strength to 90% and unlikely the last change I didn't added a small quantity (0.5/L) of "grow" nutrient as both are in full flowering 13/12/19 CMXL got a bigger defoliation and now you can see even more bud sites! 😁 Just waiting for her ;) Looking to LSD I guess next week we probably will be ready to harvest. As you can see she almost has no more space, CMXL is giant (and beautiful) and she is starting to cover LSD, but hopefully LSD will be harvested soon and consequently CMXL will have all the space she needs. CMXL was defoliated every couple of days, the quantity of leaves that were removed during every defoliation session is more or less like in the photo uploaded. However it looks like CMXL is not anymore stretching and just fattening up, so from the next week will get light defoliation just when needed (if she will cover everything again like last week probably will get one more last stronger defoliation). Weekly update on these lovely ladies. This week has been fun to watch the flowers form and swell. They definitely are starting to smell, as soon as you open the tent it hits you like a ton of bricks. I'll be doing my final dedoliation this week taking off some of the bigger fan leafs allowing more light to the lower flower sites. All in all Happy Growing

Off to the start of week 6 !! These ladies are vegging just fine and they are gaining alot of side branching !! I'm very excited to be start giving the LST training but for now its time to let them recover from the topping ! I've increase the water per feeding to 1/2 L they don't seem to mind I've also invested into a watering can to make my life easier as well as softer water delivery for the root system :) preventing damages . I find Lagertha to be abit shorter but shes growing! Other then that stay tuned ladies and gents the shows just starting !
