Day 28 flowering: Hi all. The mango girls are continuing to swell with lots of fresh pistils and looking nice and crispy too. They are all beginning to smell so sweet of the mango that they take their name from. A real subtle smell that I haven't had before in a strain . The 3 older plants have been stripped out a littlenand some of their big fans removed for airflow but I did not go too aggressive on them as I did not want to slow them down too much They are not too tall and would easily train even lower for a stealth grow. The buds themselves are a nice thickness and show some promise to join up in the coming weeks for mini donkey dicks.( sorry for the term but easiest verbal to visual cue.lol) I initially thought the node spacing on a few was a little wide but seeing how they are forming , this is less of a concern. the #4 at her day 21 is looking ok but her pot had feed pellets used as the nutes and she may be too overfed. I will use just water for her future feeds now. I am very impressed with how easy these are growing and with very little effort needed from me now beside waterings. I am hoping by keeping so much of the leaf intact that it doesn't stop the development within the deeper canopy. There are some really nicely forming buds in there so airflow is a vital concern now they can only get even fatter from here lol be safe and well.

Nice to get the first month of flowering done! I believe these females will take just over another month, last 2 weeks of additives..

Not a lot to update the seedlings have came up out the soil at this point they are still to small to tell any visible differences. I started all the seeds from all 10 packs and and I put 26 of them in soil I now have about 20 of them left I still have atleast one left if every strain. I just kept the 20 plants that all started off at the same time it’s so much easier when there is not some plants behind from the rip. In a few days I will pick out the best one from each of the 10 strains and toss the rest so sad there is a plant count here.

I decided to use LST on Californian snow and no touchies ( maybe a little ) on West Coast OG. Californian Snow is bigger. They both look healthy but i am a bit worried about leaf colours ( is visible on videos), thinking of nutrient overdose.

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!

3 Nori Cakes still there. who continue to grow 😀 This week I start cutting a few lower branches from each plant. This way more energy should be available for the upper branches. For this culture, I would like to let each plant grow with a main bud without "topping". I would like the tent to be filled and look like a Sog in flowering. Good week

After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.

Really starting to frost up and beautiful smells ranging from sweet earth to danky dank. Struggling 2 keep humidity down and had 2 cut a small amount of mold from Finnish frost:( added trays of moisture crystals 2 combat but need a dehumidifier.

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Plants look great and fresh, auto one looks pretty good, lots of smelly buds, very good for an auto. Other two from RQS starts flowering pretty nice.

Semana 6: Engorde Precoz Las Auto Pablo Escobar dejan atrás el estirón y enfocan toda su energía en engordar cogollos. Los cálices se inflan con ritmo, los pistilos empiezan a cambiar de tono, y el olor se hace más denso. El verde sigue intenso, la planta está en su mejor forma. Riegos ajustados, clima estable y luz bien repartida permiten una floración sólida, sin estrés ni sorpresas. Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

La humedad anda entre 60/70% la temperatura está entre 23/26 grados , y como siempre el ph , ya que es de lo más importante,está en 5,8/6,0. . AgroBeta: 0,8 ml x L Growth black line , vía radicular. 0,2 ml x L Tucán , vía radicular. 0,15 ml x L Flash Root , vía radicular. 0,05 ml x L Gold Joker, vía radicular. . Espero que os guste , para mi hasta ahora las que mejor ritmo están llevando, buenos humos 💨💨💨.

E qui invece commentiamo il raccolto! Le cime si presentano belle piene e gonfie sono durissime! Sono a 23 giorni dal raccolto sono circa due settimane che sto facendo la concia ora è secca bene e ho iniziato ad assaggiarla! L’odore è il gusto si stanno ancora facendo sicuramente tra una settimana sarà meglio ma è molto dolce! Lo sballo e molto forte principalmente corporeo ti incolla al divano fatichi a parlare consigliata di sera se vuoi farti una bella dormita! Tutta via se riesci a non addormentarti diventa molto creativa e chiacchierina!
