The plants are coming along nicely for the most part. I have been finding bud rot in big mama... not much but I'm a little bit worried. I've been cutting it out when I find it. The trichomes are cloudy with sparse amber. The wind has been a concern the past week or so. I shared a video which kind of gives an idea of what we are dealing with. We are looking at harvest two weeks out - max. Maybe sooner. FFT2 is significantly behind the other varieties... fattening up more slowly.

DAY 65: Whelp, 8 weeks of shaming, abuse, experimentation, more shaming, and neglect-- the Lucky Charms plant is a f***ing female! Absolutely in-shock. I was so happy to learn she's a girl, but at the same moment was filled with so much regret, for how much better I could have treated this plant/how much larger I could have grown it. Just wow. So I took a clone cutting. It was a little small, but hopefully she takes because this plant is more resilient than a cockroach!! The White Widow plant is steady bushin' in the veg area with the little ones. I really love how short and stocky I've managed to get this plant through all the LST. Its starting to feel. like a bonsai tree. It has certainly earned its adulthood after the catastrophe it endured in Week-5. DAY 68: The re-potting of the Lucky Charms stunted its growth as expected, but its got a long way to stretch, so it should be able to utilize most of the new space. Itching to repot the White Widow. She's ready. Im just short on medium and space at the moment :/

Big Momma has finally been transplanted, this is the mother plant of our East Coast Punchers and you can safely assume that she is a house favourite! I (TOH) have claimed her as my own, I was more than happy when I found a pile of boards that could be made into a single plant bed. I love repurposing and reusing, as you can see C.C. put together a small square bed that is tall enough to keep the dog from watering her himself… The bottom of the bed started with a piece of cardboard (brings the worms) followed by a good amount of soil from previous fabric pots (gotta reuse), the worm castings along with the fish shit was added and the top half of the bed was Stepwell Super Soil. A good dusting of myco4 was added to inoculate the roots, the bottom of the infinity pot was removed and she was placed on top. We had quite a good rain last night with a bit of a gust so she was braced by bamboo before bed, she has dropped about 3 inches so more soil will be added to top her up. Now the fun can begin, I look forward to grooming her into shape and the therapy she is sure to provide will be priceless for me because a busy mind is best kept busy! 💚✌️

1/16 - got the first topping done for the mainline. Cleaned up the rest of the shoots below. Excited to do a proper mainline for the first time!! Going for 8 tops 1/21 - pretty sure I overfed her! She will be getting phed water next feeding. She's coming along though! I may not cut her for another week to let her fully recover and start thriving again 1/23 - not topping her just yet, she is still developing that 3rd node on the 2 mains so I will shop her in a few days and clean up some of the lower stuff. Today is the end of the eleventh week for the plants. There were storms all week and with the fact that they spent almost the whole week under stress (they were also under heat stress a couple of days before), I am certainly satisfied with the progress. On Tuesday, they were watered for the last time, with clean water, then it rained, and the next day it rained all day, since then they have not been watered, as soon as the soil dries I will feed them. Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. I had fun with this barneys gorilla zkittlez, although it seems like it was ready around 7 weeks, its as if the plant has been in the early stages of self seeding when I've harvested on day 54~ of flower.. Can't think any other reason why this would've happened Anyway overall the bud is 95% amazing, just a slight sadness at the miniscule seeds forming close to the stems in the centre of some buds that takes away from the taste a little

Sep 6: Tropicana Cookies FF is doing great. Maybe not as much flower maturation last week as I expected but we’re just starting week 8 of flowering. So likely the end of September which is fine for the late start on this plant. Sep 7: decided on a final top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom. Seems they need a bit more P. Sep 12: don't take flash pics unless you follow it up with a far red (730 nm) light to put the plant solidly into dark mode. Still using the far red light every night at dusk timed based in Civil Teilight as listed in timeanddate.com. Now at about 8:30 and when flowering started it was at about 10:00.

Questa settimana é andata volando la cime sono.divemtate il doppio dopo una sola applicazione di pk 13/14 (ovviamente ridotto ad un mezzo) e tutti gli alzi prodotti hanno fatto in loro ora il.peoblema e che sembri non maturi mai ho un lumagny100x per vedere i tricomi ma sono sempre bianco latte non c'è modo di vederne uno mezzo ambrato! Quindi non inizierò ancora il lavaggio anche perché i pistilli sono ancora per la maggior parte bianchi....forse mi è capitato il fenotipo forte e non dimentichiamoci che in un mezzo di un mainline si spezzo per metà e che cazz*o guardate ora come si e rigenerata e ha riposizionato la sua energia sul resto dei lati .....una pianta stupenda FORTISSIMA BRAVI RAGAZZI DI FUST BUDS!! E A VOI GRAZIE MILLE PER ESSERE PASSATI DA QUI, LASCIATE UN MI PIACE SE LE FOTO VI PIACCIONO!
