Salutations, fellow cultivators and botanical enthusiasts! Welcome to the First Week of Flowering Report for our beloved Jealousy in the Power Buds competition. The journey thus far has been nothing short of spectacular, and now, as we transition into the flowering phase, the excitement is reaching new heights. To kick off this week, I decided to don my horticultural surgeon's hat and perform a series of strategic maneuvers on our green queen. The week began with a daring move – a couple of toppings to encourage a more bushy and compact growth structure. It's like giving Jealousy a little green haircut, shaping her into a voluptuous, floral masterpiece. But that's not all, my friends! A defoliation extravaganza ensued, where I carefully removed some of the larger fan leaves. Now, I can almost hear you asking, "Why on earth would you do that?" Well, it's all about optimizing light penetration and airflow, ensuring that each bud site receives its fair share of sunshine and fresh air. It's like orchestrating a botanical ballet, where every dancer gets their moment in the spotlight. Now, brace yourselves for the grand finale – taking some cuts. I know, I know, typically, we'd ease into these practices, but time is of the essence, and I wanted to put Jealousy's genetics to the ultimate test. The cuts were taken with the precision of a master sculptor, each one destined to become a clone, a green offspring preserving the essence of our marvelous Jealousy. And let's not forget the star of this green show – Jealousy herself. She's embracing these changes with open leaves, responding to the toppings and defoliation like a botanical maestro. It's like watching a symphony unfold, where each note played by nature results in a crescendo of growth and vitality. As we navigate this first week of flowering, let's tip our virtual hats to Zamnesia and Plagron for paving the way for this thrilling Power Buds adventure. Their contributions are the backbone of our horticultural success. A round of applause to the Grow Diaries community – your shared wisdom and green camaraderie elevate our collective knowledge. To my fellow contestants and growers, may your flowering phase be abundant with resinous wonders, and may the fragrance of success linger in your grow rooms. Here's to a week of strategic moves, green transformations, and the anticipation of a blooming spectacle. Stay green, stay inspired, and keep cultivating those dreams! As always, thank you all for stopping by, for the love and for it all. This journey of mine would just not be the same without you guys. The love and support are very much appreciated, and I feel honored and blessed with you all in my life !!! With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself and always do things expecting nothing in return, with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will respond in ways you can’t even dream of . Friendly reminder: all you see here is pure research and for educational purposes only. Genetics - Jelousy @Zamnesia Nutrients @Plagron Light - @viparspectra P2000 Room size - 3x3 - 0,9x0,9

It seems like she needed to be closer to the light so I moved her a closer. She is growing very tall and fast. I water her once every two days or when I see the soil is dry. :)

All quite steady overall. Would really like to have some internal ventilation going on in this cabinet. No nutrient lock in site so far. Mayme time to start adding a bit more nutrients, the leafs are looking a bit discolored and on the yellow side in some spots.

Hello. This is the end of veg and the first week of flowering, starting tonight. Man what a cold spring around here. We had a week of over 21* c through the day. But the last couple of weeks have been cold, barely getting over 13* c through the day. I didn't open the tent till noon because it was raining here. So, these plant will be going into flowering tonight. I'll be lowering my bamboo type of net later this week that will hold up the big BlackMoon buds. Got 2 males to work with this year. Panty Punch and Pinoal Kush (my own cross) These males should make some good seeds this year, they are "FREE" if you want to do a diary on them. I use a 3 dollar international stamp and a Christmas card to get them to you, I just want a diary done in return. The plants inside will be put into flowering a week after the ones in the greenhouse. I know it will take me a week to harvest the ones in the greenhouse. The plants in the greenhouse all got a big drink of rainwater last night and all had their first overflow into the reservoir. I'll be mixing up some flowering nutrient for the next watering. Well, that is the end of the FFFB comic book. Hope you enjoyed it. He's one of my favorite artist. I'll find something else weird to show you next week and for the rest of the diary. Ok. Be Great. Chuck.

Pretty quiet week in the tent. We did a little defoliation during the middle of the week but they are already full little bushes again. We raised the light up a bit to try and get them to stretch from the pots so we can lollipop in a few weeks. Our soil plants are doing very well too, @Foxfarm has really proven to be a great soil and the northen soul strain loves it. The smell inside the tent is definitely strong and they have been drinking alot more water.

11/15 - OK I'm hoping to have this low soil pH issue somewhat under control. Ladies still recovering and still too yellow but time should fix it. Dolomite Lime and higher pH nutrient solution. Going organic so maybe no pH-ing at all? Not sure yet. They are growing again tho. 3 inches last week. Hoping to have them really healthy again in exactly 2 weeks cause that's when I was planning on flipping them.

In this week, i defoliated most of the (very) sick leaves on both plants. Afghan Kush is really bushy, Blueberry not so much, she skinny. Both smell absolutely great. Both continue to sweel and grow. We are now, same as in the BPP diary, in what i call the "mostly boring" state. its nice to see the visual changes in the timelapse, but other than that, not much to do besides water them. Both have discontinued to show any new or lets say worse signs of any deficiencies, there are now some overfeeding signs but i rather have that then them trying to creep by. Watering reduced to 2.2L for each to account for them taking to long to dry out. Roots are STACKED, the soil is almost solid by them. Next grow will be in airpots since i also expect root issues here(ringroots or the like, maybe damage due to overwatering in like week 3/4). Timelapse i will add tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by and see you next week!

Tag 90: Trichome aufgenommen. CureBoxen geschlossen nach 2 Tagen im Weinkühler Next Step: Bouveda 58% , Sauerstoffabsorbierer

NY Diesel Auto Feminised is an auto-flowering version of the celebrated New York City Diesel. It is mostly indica while also displaying some sativa-like cerebral effects to accompany the deep relaxation that it provides. NY Diesel Auto grows to a height of 60 – 100 cm. tall and develops plenty of side-branches that produce nice, dense buds. Growers can harvest yields of yields of around 600 gr/m2 in just 60 - 70 days from germination. This strain can also be grown successfully outdoors due to the hardy ruderalis genetics. The scent is very dank with notes of diesel fuel. THC production is in the region of 14 – 16% while CBD levels are around 2%. The overall effect has an initial cerebral quality leading into bodily relaxation and a sense of wellbeing while not being physically incapacitating 10/5 Dropped two NY Diesel Auto seeds into a shotglass of room temp spring water. Placed the shotglass in a dark warm cupboard. I will be preparing the medium today as well. The plan is 24 hours in the shotglass, 24 hours in a wet paper towel, then straight into 3gal fabric pots that have already been cooking for 2 days. They'll go under 18/6 with RH at 60% to 70%. 10/6 One seed has a tiny tap root and is still floating in the glass. The other seed fell to the bottom but has no taproot. Letting them stay in the shotglass another 12 hours. 10/7 Diesel #2 Half inch tap root and she sank to the bottom of the shotglass finally. I wet the coco-perl with PH 6.35 room temp water with Fish Sh!t in it. Let's grow Diesel #3 without Fish Sh!t for comparison. Diesel #3 She has a miniscule taproot and it's black. Could just be film from the seed case where it cracked. I put her in a damp paper towel and stuck her in the dish washer. We'll check back in 12 hours. 12 hours later, no change. Then I realized I forgot to put it in a zip lock. The paper towel was still wet tho. Put it in a zip lock, will check in the morning. 10/8 We have a taproot on NY Diesel #3. Put some Azos in the drop site and sowed the seed. Half a shot glass of water to seal it in. 18/6, 67% RH, 80°f

I have two fan leaves showing calcium deficiency but everything else looks great so I'm not too worried about it

day 5 flowering, i did some LST with rope they look healthy also transplated one into a 20L pot 2 days before they went into flowering, with soil wich has 3month fertilizer in it see how that turns out. the one in the 12L pot has thicker branches so harder to bend so im not taking too much risks on that one. they stretched a bit every day and start to go into the pre flowering stage in a week or 2 the flowers will start pop up from everywhere O.o see you next week
