Ok this is my Full guide with pictures on how to setup a Deep Water Culture grow, items you will need for this grow - Firstly a TENT or ROOM i use a tent REMEMBER stuff you buy NUTRIENTS off eBay and Amazon could be decanted (watered down) , or cheap chinese fakes (Ph Meters, PPM meters) you should really buy these things from you local hydroponics store,as they are guaranteed , i ve dropped a few into the bucket and they are fked,its been a sunday night with a bank holiday monday and i m fked, 1) Ph Down - makes the ph of water LOWER - this is VERY STRONG SHIT , wear gloves and googles if you are messing with it, i drop a bit into my main reservoir Ph 6.9 ( maybe 10ml per 200L) 2) Ph up - makes the Ph go higher - also STRONG SHIT -only needed in Emergencies 3) Ph meter 4) PPM Meter or EC meter 5) 20L Bucket + moulded lid netpot 6) Air Pump ,air hose 3m ,air stone x2, 7) Pebbles to fill to top of netpot, 8) ROOT IT cubes , i use these and ONLY these, by that brand,i know why,and so im telling you, 9) Seeds - I prefer Fast_Buds ,autos ready in 10 weeks of 18/6 - top quality 10) Nutrients, I use Canna as they are the easiest, they have a way of filling the one side , if you take the top off you can squeeze into the measuring side - I would also recommend Advanced Nutrients,but they are more expensive - so you will need 1L Canna Aqua Vega A+B ( it comes as two parts that you cannot mix together , when you put this into the water you MUST stir it well before putting each one in seperately otherwise you will get salts formed and crystals floating around,10 ml per 10L week 1-2 ,15ml per 10L week 3, 20ml per 10L in week 4) 1L Canna Aqua Flores A+B (as above) 25ml per 10L week 5, 30ml per 10L week 6 ,30 ml per 10L week 7 , 25ml per 10L week 8,15ml per 10L week 9, 0 per 10L week 10 250 ml Canna Rhizotonic (roots love this use this from start 20 ml per 10L and cut down after 4 weeks to 5ml per 10L up until week 9 250 ml Canna Cannazym ( breaks down dead roots, enzyme of some sort) 15ml per 10L from week 3 through to week 9 250 ml CannaBoost - (quite expensive but worth it, DWC will show you why) 15ml per 10L week 3 to 4 , 25ml per 10L week 5-9 250 ml Canna PK 13/14 (bud booster) this is optional because you only add it once,personally i add 15 ml per 10L in week 7 so its stays in for 10 days I leave my water for at least 24 hrs before using it, in a big old olive container i bought , i think its 225 L i might be wrong, but it was cheap , solid and had a top :) I check my water levels ,my PH and PPM daily 11) Jubilee clips x3 - to secure the fan ,filter and outlet.( 5 clips if using air cooled hood ) 12) Fans - i have 2 little fans and 1 big one = think about it, outside there is always good air flow - 13) Extractor fan -mine is 6 inch 14) Carbon Filter - mine is 6 inch im not overly impressed with any brand. 15) Ducting- 5m of 6 inch easy enough,well for me... 16) Ballast - LUMATEK -i found this one amazing and switchable. 17) Lightbulb -600w HPS ALL THE WAY but i would use 1000w HPS if i could keep the heat down, they both fit in same fitting 18) Air hood - i have a MAGNUM superXXXL it has screw in holders for glass , they are quite tight 19) Timer for lights , must be good quality , I do 17 hrs on 7 off as it's more natural 20) Syringes for measuring accurately 21) Bucket to mix solutions THE GOLDEN RULE - you can always put in but never take out - never put in too much or undiluted into the reservoir unless you really know what you are doing, less is better than too much . Ppm v EC - you may well buy an EC meter instead of ppm meter there is an easy way to convert between the two ~ 1.0 ec = 500 ppm EC multiply by 1000 then divide by 2 to get ppm This diary will start shortly but as so many people ask me how to setup HERE YOU GO :)

Hi Growmies, She is developing nicely and still in her flower stretch, she also became a bit thirstier than before. The rootball is still growing at d looking pretty healthy, only a bit of staining from the Rhizotonic. The feeding regimen has not changed since last week. The ppfd at the canopy is in the 600 range at the moment. Thanks for stepping by and hope to see you next week.

Hello:) this week was kind of confusing, they showed me light signs of deficiencies, so I added a bit of bactrex and orgatrex and then 3 days later they show me signs of overfertilization… So that‘s 3/3 grows so far for me that I used too much fertilizer… It‘s still looking great overall:) I‘d guess we‘re done in about a month!

Have not gotten final weight for it yet, still drying *******update - Gimpy produced 52g****** Dec 29th - More Nutes - Add a small amount of bloom to watering today to maybe help encourage the bud to fill out. Any thoughts?? Jan 1st - End of Week 10 - Cheetos and Disco seem to be developing still - Maybe another week before I Harvest them, unsure why they are so far behind

🌱 Week 3 | Purple Haze Photo | Folder 6B | A Different Personality Emerges Although Purple Haze 6B shares the same genetics, environment, nutrition, and cultivation method as her sister, she is already beginning to express her own unique growth pattern. This is precisely why each phenotype in Project Blue receives its own individual diary. Every plant has a story worth documenting, and comparing them side by side allows us to appreciate the subtle differences that make growing from seed such an exciting experience. Like every plant in this project, Purple Haze 6B is being cultivated using the 12/12 From Seed technique. From germination onward, the plants receive a flowering photoperiod, encouraging compact growth while allowing each phenotype to naturally develop its own architecture before flowering fully takes over. It’s an unconventional approach, but one that consistently produces healthy, manageable plants while showcasing each phenotype’s individuality. During this third week the plant settled comfortably into her new container and responded with a noticeable burst of vegetative growth. Looking back at the first photographs and comparing them to the final images of the week, the improvement is impressive. The canopy has expanded considerably, secondary branches are becoming increasingly active, and the plant is building the framework that will eventually support her flowers. Growing Environment As with every diary in this project, environmental stability remains one of the highest priorities. Throughout the week the conditions remained consistent: * Temperature: 27°C (lights on) * Night Temperature: 25°C * Relative Humidity: 55% * Root Zone Temperature: 21°C * Nutrient Solution Temperature: 20°C * pH: 6.0 * EC: 1.3 * CO₂: approximately 666 ppm * Photoperiod: 12 Hours On / 12 Hours Off * Average PPFD: 600–700 Keeping these parameters stable allows the plants to focus their energy on producing healthy roots, vigorous stems, and continuous vegetative growth rather than constantly adapting to environmental changes. Feeding Program Purple Haze 6B continues receiving the complete Plagron Terra feeding schedule: * Terra Grow — 1.8 ml/L * Power Roots — 1 ml/L * Pure Zym — 1 ml/L * Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L At this stage I’m not chasing explosive growth. My objective is to establish an exceptionally healthy root system, maintain balanced nutrition, and encourage strong structural development before flowering begins in earnest. Healthy foundations almost always produce healthier harvests. A Bushier Growth Pattern One characteristic that immediately stands out in this phenotype is her naturally bushy structure. Rather than stretching vertically, she appears determined to produce numerous secondary shoots from every node. The lateral branches are developing rapidly and are already beginning to compete with the main stem for dominance, creating what should become a beautifully even canopy in the weeks ahead. The fan leaves remain broad and healthy, showing excellent turgor with a rich green colour that suggests the feeding program is well balanced. New growth emerges bright green before gradually darkening as each leaf matures—a normal sign of vigorous development. The stem is thickening steadily and every new internode is adding more potential flowering sites. Gentle Canopy Management As with the rest of the Project Blue plants, no aggressive training has been necessary. Instead, I’ve continued using simple leaf tucking throughout the week. Rather than removing healthy foliage, I gently reposition the larger fan leaves beneath neighboring branches, allowing more light to reach the developing side shoots hidden below. This simple technique offers several advantages: * Improves light penetration. * Encourages stronger lateral branch development. * Maintains maximum photosynthetic capacity. * Eliminates unnecessary recovery time associated with defoliation. At this stage every healthy fan leaf is an energy factory. My philosophy is to preserve as many of them as possible while simply helping the plant organize its own canopy. Sometimes the simplest techniques deliver the best long-term results. Looking Forward Purple Haze 6B is developing into a wonderfully compact, vigorous phenotype with excellent branching and impressive canopy density. Every day she seems to produce another layer of healthy growth, and the structure she’s building now should provide an outstanding foundation for flowering. It will be fascinating to compare her with Purple Haze 6A over the coming weeks. Although they started from the same seed line and have received identical treatment, they’re already beginning to reveal their individual personalities—one slightly more symmetrical, the other naturally bushier and eager to fill every available space. Those subtle differences are one of the greatest joys of phenotype hunting, and documenting each one separately ensures that none of those unique traits are lost along the journey. Seeing new bud development.

Le ragazze sono da oggi a 14h di luce e tra qualche giorno andranno a 12/12, ieri ho prelevato un clone dalla Purple Lemonade e uno dalla Gorilla Cookies, oltre a 2 cloni dalla mia pianta senza nome che sarà una grande sorpresa in tutti i sensi! Che sia maschio, femmina, o una mezza specie! A noi piacciono le sorprese fatte bene 😌

Bonjour à tous les padawans et maîtres jedis Stretch 14 centimètres Jour 43 arrosage avec 50 centilitres d'eau ph6.3 à laquelle j'ajoute 0.4 gramme par litre d'eau de feeding powder hybrids greenhouse Jour 45 transplant dans un pot de 11 litres. Je constate que les racine sont magnifiques mais au moment du transplant je constate aussi que le premier nœud est très faible je décide donc de le supprimer car il prend l'énergie de la plante et n'offrira pas un bon rendement J'arrose ensuite avec 2 litres d'eau ph6.3 à laquelle j'ajoute 0.4 grammes de feeding powder hybrids greenhouse par litre d'eau Jour 48 la plante a vite récupéré de son transplant en pot de 11 litres je pèse mon pot il est toujours lourd j'attend donc encore avant de l'arroser à nouveau

Im just happy I did some crazy stuff on this gorilla girl after having the accident with the main trunk thank God it healed and created other colas but since she was so bushy I went and defoliate her some more, she got bushy again but left her like that didnt fck with her no more until I had to for specific REASONS but before that I also went and literally stab two of her branches, you will see duct tape covering those, reason I did that was to force her to produce more flower thru those branches believing that HEALING redirects vitamins from living soil when feed in a schedule with the right nutes, she gets healed real fast plus she got real bud on those two branches that were stabbed. IT was literally something to force her produce more bud and yes indeed it worked those bud suites right now are fully loades on tips are very dense thc yellowish and then white hairs and the main trunk has white hairs good size fattening up and yielding some more but still not so many yellow dark amber hairs like in those branches that were stabbed lol I called that SiriuzShot lol Hey guys whats up its just about getting creative, look at how green my leaves are and the nice nice bud is coming up We at mid bloom right now brothers just switched schedule to 18/6 Flowering girls need resting time added fan for extra air flow and hopefully adds density to buds??? OK, im doing an update now becouse my breakup cake is going tranny!!(hermie) I already have noiticed she was not growing as strong .. but u can blame that on anything , especially when growing outdoor.. but this morning i saw that she was g(r)oing 'bananas'!😢 I have put her aside from the rest (in the back of garden) but think gonna have to terminate her asap!..(and i will, right after this post👍) The weed she will give will be filled with seeds and those seeds will be hermies too, so wothless.. and if i dont throw her away quick she can infect the rest. Good week. Lots of rain, OG shot up 6" to a whopping 68". Everybody happy and well hydrated. I used to have a perspective on how big these will get but now I have no idea whatsoever, lol. I know they'll fill out during flower but will they just keep going up indefinitely? Thanks for looking Happy Growing!

Day 51, 4th of November 2020: The 3rd day since the lamp switched to be 12/12... I raised up the nutrition intake as it can be seen above only the BioBizz family 2ml/l and removed some LST because the plant remains in shape or just set a bit but nothing significant.... She looks cool and strech is on the way..... Nicely bent 😅 Nothing really to report there is crazy 2-3 weeks from now ;) Let's hope the best ;)
