Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. That's it, my Tarte Tatin have their hair 😄 Those who suffered HST seem to me to be recovering well so far. however they are still very big, a little too much. Week 15 Day 99 (20/11/2020): Unfortunately did not have time today to take pictures or check them because have been quite busy. Day 100 (21/11/2020): Woow day 100 today, which seems a bit crazy but I think the girls just need another month and they will be ready for harvest. It has been a great grow so far and although 100 days seems like a lot, the girls have definitely come really far. I did notice that the leaves on the top of both of the girls are getting a bit more yellow and less of that deep green colour. After searching what could be the cause for the top leaves turning yellow, it seems that it is because they are too close to the lamp. They have grown super tall so the lamp is currently at its highest so unfortunately there is nothing we can do but hopefully it won’t affect them too negatively. Day 101 (22/11/2020)💧: Measured the pH of the girls today before watering and RHC1 was at 5.76 and RHC2 was at 5.92 which means it needs to be increased slightly. I wonder why it keeps dropping because apparently the BioBizz soil is supposed to maintain the pH pretty well but I guess these are big girls and they must be taking in more nutrients. So I watered them with the usual 1.5ml of BioGrow, 4.5ml of BioBloom, 1.5ml of TopMax. And on top of that I gave RHC1 0.75ml of pH+ to increase the pH by 0.5 points and gave RHC2 0.5ml of pH+ to increase it by roughly 0.3 points which should take them both to 6.2. The buds are definitely fattening up more and the trichomes are looking like lovely purple snow on the buds! Day 102 (23/11/2020): Not that many updates today, but they are doing well after the watering and some of the flowers at the very bottom that always kind of wilt on the day of watering are back up again. I should have thought of cutting them off before maybe... Day 103 (24/11/2020): Girls are looking beautiful, managed to get a close-up picture that shows how red the buds are quite well. I really need to look for my loupe because I want to see those trichomes closer up and see if it’s the trichomes or the actual buds that are red. The buds of the two girls do look quite different from each other though, definitely easy to tell them apart. Day 104 (25/11/2020)💧: Today I watered the girls with 1.5ml of BioGrow, 4.5ml of BioBloom and 1.5ml of TopMax . The lower leaves and buds of girl #1 are definitely not strong enough to hold themselves up just before the watering. I think also because the buds are taking up the most nutrients and towards the end of the 2 days it is not enough for the lower stems. So not sure what to do about these but I guess I can cut them off if they do not recover tomorrow. Day 105 (26/11/2020): Took some lovely videos of the girls today 😍 they are growing so big they should be ready in just a few more weeks I think.

In the end I can say that I am satisfied with both the yield and the taste of Mimosa. It will definitely satisfy my daily needs :). I wrote earlier but I will repeat the basic information: 81 days from when it sprouted until it was harvested. 3 weeks of vegetation. 7 weeks of flowering. 14 days drying. 123 g total yield. 2 Mimosas grown. They have both grown taller than 110cm making them one of the taller strains I have grown so far. All ten or so weeks passed without any problems, the only thing I was not very happy when I saw in which direction Mimosa # 1 is developing. After 14 days of drying in a grow box in the dark, I did the final trimming, weighed the dried flowers several times to keep my Mimosa # 1 and Mimosa # 2 from mixing, although it can be immediately recognized by the structure of the dried flowers. I then put them back in the jars and put moisture fighters in them that will regulate the moisture during curing in the jars. And here we are at the end, it’s obvious given the amount of text I’m enjoying Mimosa’s smokes as I write this latest report. She put on so much weight the last week, i gave her ripen for 10 days now. So its time to start with pure rainwater, i didnt fluh the plant so she can still take up whats left in the medium, just rainwater from here i spot a few ambers on the top colas also a bit foxtailing on some because of the light intensity they got a bit too close. The light got also dimmed during this week from 480watts to 370. The trichomes i cant spot too good because the scope is x60 its such a pain to look good. I think in another week she will be ready, so with no more nutrients just rainwater untill runoff every day, she drinks a lot still like 2.5liters per day, the humidity is between 56-66% when the lights are on, with lights off it goes in the 70’s so i let the dehumidifier on the first 4 hours after lights go off, why only 4 hours u might ask? Because its summer and with the dehumidifier on its goes up to 30celcius Thanks for stopping by U can always leave a comment how u control your humidity because for me this is insanly hard to figure out its almost always in the 70’s

Day 69: As you can see, lucky the buds gone bigger but because of these intense feeding to fix the grow, they start to get nutrient burns. So for the new week i might only give water until the end with maybe some Regulator, enzymen, humic-blast... They also don't drink fast anymore. Another indicator that they having a hard time taking all the nutrients and that they are at their end of their stage. Some smaller plants, that finished growing and flowering faster, are already done and will get cut down in the comming days. These plants are some Gorilla's and some are cherry cola's. As you see, some have been foxtailing because i had to raise the lamps everytime. I personally don't like fox tail buds but i know some people that love them, pure flower to smoke. I really liked to make those photos in the dark, It shows many flowers and thc.

I harvested 226 grams of dried and trimmed bud plus a bunch of trim and popcorn buds that I didn’t weigh. Definitely had it's ups and downs with my pet rabbit eating one of my plants in the first few weeks :( One of my girls also didn't make it to the end, I must of overfed her at one point and the stress was too much. This amount of buds though will keep me and my friends happy for a long time though! Thank you to all those that helped with making my first grow a success! I certainly learned a lot & can't wait to do it all again - for now I've been enjoying smoking the buds and making edibles :D It took me a few hours to trim all the buds. I didn't measure the wet weight of the plant as I hung the whole thing up to dry as soon as the lights came off. The roots were plentiful and healthy. Even my girlfriend tried smoking with me for the first time ever and she loved it!!!

This week looks great so far. All the plants seem to take there leaf stripping in stride and have pushed out more frost. The bud sites are exploding with white hairs and the smell is starting to take over. There is definitely orange citrus coming from pheno #3. The #1 pheno leans towards its fathers side and has a mild pine under tone but a very sticky almost sap like stem rub. Everything has been cruising along this week. environment is in check and the plants know it. I will start adding a few bud shots in the upcoming weeks to get a better look at the pheno types.

Her second week in flower and she’s doing great. Waiting for the stretch, she’s so short and bushy! Lol. She’s a fantastic plant and brings me joy for sure.
