Haven't updated my grow diary for a little more than two weeks due to a severe back flare up. Yup, bad back strain, which has made it hard to sit, lay, stand for any duration of time. Suffice to say, much has happened since last update. Bucket change and upping nutrient (ppm) levels as I transitioned her to flower. And in that time, she received one defoliation in veg and a recent (and last) defoliation in flower. At this point, I just need to maintain healthy roots, consistent environment, and proper water levels with feedings. She's due another bucket change soon as ppm levels dropping and ph is adjusting upwards every reading. This is good sign from my understanding as a first time DWC grower. As far as feeding, lowered grow big (veg) and upped both tiger bloom and beastie blooms along with a splash of big bloom and cal/mag. Topping off buckets with about 1100+ ppm, which helps maintain ph in bucket at roughly 700-800 ppm. But it's getting harder to maintain those levels in flower, so that's why I believe a bucket change is in order. Here are photos spanning the entire 2-3 week period since last update.

Both my plants are growing quite nicely. They're both getting a few more leaves and getting bigger by the day. Trying out a drip irrigation system for a week or so, see how that goes.

Back 2 are on week 5 day 34 of flowering & front plant Orange sherbet clone is week 8 day 54 & very close to harvest, changed her over & flushing with water & Rezin only. Awaiting delivery of a new 60x microscope lense to view trichomes but the buds look like their just about done. Calyx closed & swollen, amber pistils curling in, they are nice & dense buds.

Smell kind of strawberry champagne And sorbet. Super sweet And fruity.definitely 9 week. In week 5-7 start to put some weight on it but in 7-9 still put more and more 3 layer of trellis and they didn’t make it :))) all of them start to fall down. A little problems in veg cuz I was using organic guanokalong than I switched to mills (the best I think in the European market at least) they to great results. I was using them before, I was growing zkittlez than and same shit fucking great results,I definitely recommended mills full line. Try it and see for your self.I hope that post help you in a way other and you make an idea how that strain develops in flower. Oh yah she stretched till week 4-5 so be aware when you put them in flower. For ipm program I use atlantica full line all of them bio extracts and they make it. I was fighting with trips and you all know how hard is to fight with them. Not even 1 sign of trips after a few weeks of atlantica ipm. Anyway I definitely recommend this strain and I will grow again and again alongside with others for sure.

previous watering was fed with liquid nutrients, my temperatures are not low so the nutrients come slowly with some intervals giving only water without much runoff occurring a mixture of soil and mycorrhizae for better performance i know i needed calcium and magnesium good the problem was money, i will continue with epsom salt the option i have direct sulfur in the soil has helped me hear a visible change. water ph 6.2 solution temperature 20 ° - 0.50 g of great white mycorrhiza 2 days earlier were sprayed with water without ppm via leaves - lights off to serve as a cooling shower in the heat is great for stomata . Simple led panel added as main light source 260watts being divided to 3 plants in the fullspectro tent model, did not get much difference in temperatures compared to HPS, is more the same spectro ratio and UV to reach more directly in the trichomes and terpenes. I veg them for 10 weeks. The two on each end are Blue Dream, the back left is Purple Urkle, the back right is Grandaddy Purple, and the one up from in the middle is Wifi OG.

Well, what we feared, became a reality, one of the regular XTrakush plants is a male. This is why I planted two and I'm happy it seems to be only the one. But with the canopy going nice and full it hurt to get it out. Of course, I hoped to have two females but nature went its course. Considered leaving it in, to pollinate the others, or keeping it somewhere, but I do not have the space or light for it. Thus with pain in my gut, I went about getting her out. I notice a nice developed root system, very healthy, which was very hard to get loose. After shaking the soil off I have a rootball the same size as after my whole grow last time. I could lift the whole 57 ltr bag by lifting the plant. Sturdy stem, thick solid branches. This is what I was aiming for and it works. The soil again is proving itself to be a winner. The light this low gives some higher temps as expected, but manageable within ranges. The SP-3000 is performing really well and I cant wait to see the bud development coming weeks. I'm sure it will deliver a great amount of bigger buds looking at all the flower sites and the thick branches that support them. The plants seem to take the light well on only 45 cm. I've started adding the BAC Organic Bloom Nutrition. It is designed to work with the microorganisms I added with the micro life. With this I do a little bit of Calmag, but not so much, since I don't see any evidence of shortages, again proving my soil is dialed in for growing under LED perfectly. The smell is very good. A good weight if I consider that I have made some mistakes with Calmag.

Last week before harvest. I started checking the trichomes and they are looking amazing. Cloudy, milky big mushroom head tricks. Not so much amber yet but I feel that will change pretty quickly with the temp drop. I will keep checking them daily and when I feel there's a good ratio between amber and cloudy I will harvest. I think im going to try the 48 hour darkness method. I've also heard of splitting the stalk and taping it up to stress it out a little bit. If anyone has tried this method and has experience with it let me know down in the comments. Big frosty buds with an incredible powerful aroma. Such beautiful plants all around. Hello. There are 2 rental houses behind our property and I've been concerned in past years about being ripped off. So I thought a baby monitor would give me more of a secure feeling being able to monitor the greenhouse while eating meals and to have it on while I sleep. It has infrared red light for night vision but I don't know how that will affect the plants in the dark if I put right in the grow tent. The plant are growing great and getting heavy already and we still have 5 weeks to go. I found a large bud vertical yesterday when I walked in. So I had to spent a couple of hours tying up the bigger buds. I got 1/2 the table and I will do the other 1/2 today or tomorrow. I sprayed the soil with Spinosad again to get the spores into the soil so they can come in contact any insect larva and latch on and grow. I'm still waiting for the nematodes to arrive. I imagine the Bug Lady is very busy this time of year so it might be a few more weeks before I see them. I haven't seen any powdery mildew in the garden this year so far. These plants are supposed to be mold resistant anyway. We had a hot spell a few weeks ago and a temperature of over 40* C will kill the spores. But it's always good to keep these type of things in the back of your mind so you can be prepared when it happens. Till next week. Chuck.
