Nothing to exciting this week, plants are doing well. Little bit of stretching going on and starting to smell more and more now. The newer growth is a bit lighter in shades of green then the old stuff. I think this is from me dividing the flowering nutrients into 4 weeks vs all at once as they tend to get a bit of N tox when I give it all at once so this seems to be doing better. Clones are same old, just waiting for the weather to get nice. Found out that when I use Insect Frass as a fertilizer it's also adding in chitin "a protein found in bugs, crustaceans and fungi" to the soil, when that stuff breaks down it makes chitosan and that can help boost defences against pests and virus in the plant. There are plant additives out their that are pure chitosan in varying concentrations and they use this to make the buds extra frosty. To much can harm the plant though. I also found out I needed to water them a bit more then normal not that the stretch is happening. so they got 6L this week each vs the regular 4L but it was split up in 3 days. In the first bit they got all the additives i normally do and the other bit was just PH'd water, didn't want to over load em. D71: She seems to have grown a bit in the last day and the pistils are for sure looking more orange than white. Now I´ll keep an eye on the thricomes, still clear yet with little cloudy, using the microscope. This one, unlike her unfortunate sister, I intend to let develop to full maturity. No watering yet as she still has some. D72: Everyday I´m checking for rot, and it wasn´t today. D73: Watered 2L with 1,5ml of cal-mag trying to resolve a possible iron deficiency. D74: The pistils are all orange already but the thrics are yet mostly cloudy. She seems very close to harvest tho. D75: Found a little set of leaves from a larf that were starting to want to rot and blocking airflow so I just cut them off. Humidity is high ( and I´m having trouble and no budget to control it ) and her thricomes aren´t developing in the pace the pistils are starting to turn orange. Otherwise, the buds are incredibly beautiful, with nice purple colors on the sugar leaves and some calyxes and a big big amount of thricomes everywhere! D76: Well, today when I arrived at home and went to see the tent I noticed mold on her. The thricomes were about 20-25% clear unfortunately but I had to chop her, I can´t control the high humidity at the lights off period and it would only get worse and I would lose much more buds. The overall size was ok, very big buds – which I lost at least 25% of them -, mostly medium buds, both very beautiful and dense, and a huuuge amount of larfs that were hidden in the middle, but I can´t blame that on anyone else except myself. The smell is incredible tho, looking forward to smoke her. In the next weeks I´ll be updating with the harvest week and strain review. Thank you for reading, stay safe and peace ✌️

Hello, the plants are doing well. They are in the last week before harvest. There was good defoliation. I can't wait to see them reach their full potential.

everything is fine, the rains have stopped and it seems that the plants are quite mature, I think I will harvest them next week. It has been 2 weeks without watering with fertilizer, making the washing of roots as natural as possible. They have developed a very beautiful purple color in just 2 weeks, because of the stress caused by the cold. I have also found some worm and some rotten bud but usually it is holding very well. I found a leaf of a very powerful pink color, much more than I had ever seen, and that color is not repeated throughout the plant, I leave some photos. chekit

Greetings one and all, welcome back to my garden. Another week and STACKING is the operative word. I’m seeing some more potential in the last few weeks for this San Francisco sourdough. I’ve gone in a couple times, removing larf and umbrella leaves to get that extra bit of light through the plant. Impressive results thus far from the Shogun Nutrients range. She seems to be thriving, showing no symptoms or negative signs since day one. I should have added PATIENCE to the list of operative words…

With no doubt these plants have not produced much more quantity and density of buds due to the 2 serious mistakes I've made (those who have read the weeks will know what I mean). However, I can say that I am happy with the production obtained given the mistakes made. Between the 2 plants, the one that has produced more and generated the most dense buds has been the Gorilla with the Man-lining technique applied, it has also loosed a bit less weight drying than the non man-lining one. In comparison with the Money Makers with which they have grown the result is the same. Both Gorillas have each produced more than any of the Moneys comparing them 1 to 1. Also buds are a bit dense than the moneys, but none of them is really desde at all. *****ESPAÑOL***** Sin duda estas plantas no han producido mucha mas cantidad y densidad de cogollos debido a los 2 graves errores que he cometido (quien se haya leído las semanas sabrá a que me refiero). No obstante, puedo decir que estoy contento con la producción obtenida dados los errores cometidos. Entre las 2 plantas, la que más a producido y ha generado cogollos más densos ha sido la Gorilla con la técnica de Man-lining aplicada, y también ha perdido un poquito menos de peso en el secado que la otra. En comparación con las Money Maker junto a las que han crecido el resultado es el mismo. Las Gorillas han producido cada una más que cualquiera de las Moneys comparándolas 1 a 1. Así mismo, los cogollos de las Gorillas presentan un pelín más densidad que el de las Moneys, aunque realmente ninguna de las 4 plantas ha generado cogollos densos del todo.

All 3 autos are mid flowering, all of them are in day 63 from seed. Cant wait to see them trichomes forming very very soon😄. No issues so far except of overwatering, all this plants are monstrous in size so i am guessing the roots have gone crazy in them 5 gallon pots. Fed them PK boost compost tea using bananas since they are organic but beware if your tent has no good air-circulation and top layer soil is all wet all the time then you are inviting them fungus gnats. Use banana at ur own risk. Best to cover them teas because the queen gnats will lay them larvae in the water so when you water the plants, the larvae hatch on depending on how moist your soil is.

Nov 16th: Day 52. SPIDER MITES! Chopped a leaf that was inside the plant getting no light and little airflow. Noticed a couple little dots on the leaf so checked the back with my loupe and seen spider mites and eggs... RECOVERY ATTEMPT: Lowering room temperature and increasing humidity slightly to around 45%. For the last few days it's been at 40% all the time due to the 0 degree weather outside! Keeping track of how many mites I find on each plant everyday to make sure they're going away.

This week was bright and warm. The fan leaves started to turn purple, I added a bit of Bio-Grow to help it last until the harvest. The trichomes are cloudy overall. Next week will be the harvest 😎

Saying rhat this girl had a rough start she really is impressing me. Bare in mind this has NEVER been topped or trained and just look at the shape of her a real woman. She is getting bulkier by the day and those little buttons are starting to stack. Let's goooooo Update Day 40, she is getting maaaaaasive.🤣🤣She has had to be moved to take centre stage, the guava can shine in the background now. What a plant this is, ill be buying alot more of these seeds. Bar removing a couple of leaves blocking sites she hasn't been trained, topped or anything. What a plant fast buds have on their hands here 👏 👏

Day 25 - accidentally snapped a main branch. Taped her up; She's only holding on by a thread! Day 28 - The broken branch is still alive! :) Watering with 1 gallon of de-chlorinated tap water every 4 days!

Con 9 dias , pasados unos días de la última poda volví a quitar algunas hojas, poquitas. Sobre todo fui quitando de los apicales así los retraso un poco mientras las ramas bajeras siguen creciendo. Esta semana que empezará la floración he añadido un tercer calefactor y así no baje tanto la temperatura por la noche. Como podéis ver en las semanas anteriores hubieron unas mínimas muy mínimas. También se quito el humidificador. Con 11 dias a uno ya le entraron ganas de podar, de ir vaciando pero habrá que esperar unos dias más por precaución, por posibilidad de estrés, esperaré a que los cogollos estén más definidos y las pantas dejen de crecer al ritmo que lo hacen en preflora. Se habla de 21 dias pero veremos si me coincide en el riego y ganas, puede ser un poco antes o poco después según variedades. Esta vez el Delta9 en el riego.
