The week ran smooth, girls keep on growing well, my soil is becoming a bit compact, i usually use clay pellets mixed but this time i when straight with the soilless mixture, 50% Mosses and 50%p Perlite, with no organic correction so is inert, a pro is that you don’t see bugs such as gnats, till now. For the moment @B4RNS gave a nice idea on how to improve the aeration by using a knitting needle, to poke the soil, and that was easy to do, with minimal damage. Is a regular plastic pointy stick. Had putted up the lamp to around 40cm from the canopy. EC continues at 3.1, and added overdrive to the feed, lowered the B-52. Cal mag more diluted 1ml/l one time a week only. STRESS KILLER COMMENT. All good and easy, super strong, getting nice and fat, and this week she started to produce some trichomes, yummy! Smell is very citrus oriented, and enjoyable, super fruity with a touch of acid. Would like to super crop the top but as she is doing her thing very nice decided to keep that way as the NL also has a upper canopy and the lamp is one wouldn’t t do much.

A little bit of defoliation in order for the side branches to reach better light. I usually don't go in to a heavy deforestation I just occasionally remove some of the big fan leaves in order to have better light penetration. So far the roots are going great not even a slight sign of bacteria or problems in the root zone. We have nice white roots and so far is all going great. Ill probably move them in a separate buckets in week 4. I'm not sure that I'll even have 4 weeks of vegetation becose some of them are starting to show the gender signs, so probably it will be like 3 weeks veg at maximum. It turned out that my clip fan was blowing the humidifier mist toward my flowers. I notisec that only two of the plants have this types of burbs and those are the once right next to the fan. I have changed the fan position and the dehumidifier positions and now I hope all will be fine. I have defoliated a little bit of big fan leaves and I hope in the end of the next week I'll have time to move the RDWC buckets becose I'm a little bit busy does days. I have lower the PPFD becose it seems that this is a bit to much for the flowers.

I fell everything goes slower since I changed into 12/12 period, I guess it's more a patience problem.. I can see how 3-4 of them are showing the 1st pistils and start showing my future flowers There is a humidity of an 80% during the nights so I guess I need to regulate that soon Looking forward to see all the girls pre-flowering , I don't know if I need to some more defoliation since I don't feel very confident with it My plan now its to try and bring as much future flowers to the top and let em get as much light as they can ( i made a net out of some yellow cord I had around) So far I'm very happy, keep growing!!

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of veg. Sure are growing now. The roots are liking the compost they found. Got my hydro system up and running in here. Last year I had some small tips on the hydro leads and was giving 15 minutes of solution per day. I've got different, new tips this year, a lot more open. The landscapers call them 1/2 circle. I had been watering with rainwater and having the runoff run back to the reservoir. Good thing I checked it, it was; 7 ph and 1800 ppm. Adjusted it to 6.2 ph and 1200 ppm. I can give the same amount of solution in 2 minutes now, so my 15 gallon reservoir will last a week. It's not quite enough liquid to have them fully watered, so I feel with my fingers and when dry enough I give a gallon or two of water until it runs out and back into the reservoir (the green hose is tray drainage back to the reservoir). The plants loved it last year and I'll do the same thing. Got the plants spreading out now. I can see the mainlines spreading under the rungs of the table. I got some bamboo from Canadian Tire and filled the space between tables. I might get some more and make something to hold the budding branches up (like the soccer net but with bamboo). Made the first video of this year. You can get a feeling of how it is in here. 😃 I'll try to make one a week to keep you updated. I think that's everything for this week. Alright Growmies!! So this Purple Ice Water is a bag seed I got from an amazing strain i had and was lucky enough to find hidden gem inside one if the beautiful nugs!! I think I have a photo in my Google photos I'll look for a picture of the flower the seed came from!! Anyway, I was going to enter the 16oz solo cup challenge but I didn't realize time was running out and so i had already planted the seed by then and of course she popped and I grow attached to them when that happens so here we are!! Not to mention, this is my first indoor grow and so I'm not thinking or planning as I should be and so guess what problem I ran into next...well my tent was now in flower so lights were kn 12/12...so 3 days into the new seed I planted, i need more hours of light for her and so you'll see my solution in the photo or video..my lady thought it was hilarious when she walked into the bathroom to get ready in the morning and a baby cannabis plant was handing from the light fixture lmao!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 this is only temporary fix and she is only hanging up there for a few hours then I place her back into the tent to give her that much needed light!! I could always do the window trick but hey this was too fun!! 1st week is going amazing, as it can go lmao!! Between day 5 and 6 I added some rain water. It rained for almost 3 days straight here in Arizona so it was nice to be able to capture some rain water for my girls for once! Those days are few and far between unfortunately!!

I'm going to need to transplant this gal! Already roots poking out the bottom so I'm prepared to get her in a bigger pot soon! Probably this week.-- update, she's loving Life in a larger pot! Smells incredible already 👍

A step back recently: Started a final flush (2 days in), and decided to start feeding her again - thanks to some great GD input! 250 ppm at re-start and will work my way to 500ppm? She's still rockin' along - like nothing happened. She topped out at 350 ppm without tanking PH, so she is stable here. PH is now swinging down fairly quickly last 12 hours. Drained off 1/3 of reservoir and get reservoir down to 250PPM. 5 days later, major PH swings down again. Mixed another fresh reservoir. I am using Zero Water 5 gallon system, and just realized the PPM coming out was 100, and PH at 3! If I am at 100 today, that means these filters have been shot for a while, maybe since start of my PH issue. There is also interesting information about when zero water filters reach their expectancy. They put out fishy smell and otherwise. I will be watching my filters more often and taking more notes since this ZeroWater 5 gal system is really the way to go if you are only growing a plant or two. Filters are a bit spendy but when you take time, gas, convenience etc. its a no brainer (if the water coming out is zero:) - I get about 15 gallons per filter (175ppm from tap). Day 70. It’s been about a day since new res change. Steady Eddie at 250 ppm and 6.2. I’ll let her drink the bucket down a good ways if things remain stable with a drift down. I doubt it though, 5 gallon is fine for 12” autos but at 2’ she really needed 8 gal. Time to up the R&D on the cabinet! Also checked Zero Water again and filter is now putting out 200ppm of 3.0 water. New filters installed! Hope she finishes soon, the top of her canopy slowly getting cooked over the last 10 days. 8" of light distance is too little. PPFD 2000+ at the top, but leaf temps are in the upper 70's. Gotta hit a decent DLI on these lower buds - without nuking the top nugs, right?! As the week concludes, she’s in a fresh bath, at 250ppm @ 6.0 and running stable again. New water filters installed so zero water variable removed. Last serving of half+ teaspoon of GH dry KB ripening, and will reduce ppm by 25/day until I reach 10-15%. 1-2 day flush, if at all.

Week 15....day 106. She's just going to get plain pH 6.0 water for the next few days. I know she wouldn't yield a lot but this plant taught me a lot so I'm satisfied with that. I'm sure from here out you guys will see better yields and quality from me. Day 108.... nothing much has changed but some of her old leaves are getting yellow and brown. Her buds are looking better every day. Day 109... Nothing changed. Day 111.....this plant still looks healthy because my ppm was at 1000. Gave her a couple of flushes and bought it down to about 200. I'll chop her down at the end of this week. Day 112.....last day for this girl, trichomes are looking good, she's not big but I'm loving it. I trimmed most of the big leaves down, I'll chop her down tomorrow and put her in my diy dryer. Very sticky buds, my fingers were sticking together even the clippers were sticking too. 10-05-2021: I am counting today as day One for Veg. Planning to hold them on 18/6 till the 20th of may (ten days) and then switch. Not sure if I will stress them a bit or not, time will tell. Yesterday was hot (26˚C) here so all values have shifted a bit. Won't be a problem as soon as they are on 12/12. Do you notice the lines (air/water) changing position on heat :) Didn't even notice that at first. Also pretty sure I need a more powerful chiller at the moment but will first make an attempt to replace the gas. 13-05-2021: Today I will be replacing my chiller. It doesn't keep up and the temperature of 28˚C is a bit too much. For the rest.. All great 15-05-2021: Added some paper sheets to reduce heat. Seem to work so today I'll go to hardware store and buy something to make a more permanent solution.... I have added some reflective foil to cover the boxes

Nährstoffe: (ich konnte irgendwie nicht unter 1ml gehen) Biobizz Calmag: 0,5ml/L Hesi SuperVit: 1 Tropfen auf 4,5 L Wasser Ich bin mir mittlerweile echt sicher, dass die Anzuchterde den Sämlingen absolut nicht gutgetan und den Grow am Anfang extrem ausgebremst hat. Davon sieht man zum Glück nichts mehr – in der letzten Woche haben sie sich richtig kräftig entwickelt! Mit dem Training warte ich erst noch, um etwas Zeit aufzuholen, bevor ich die Pflanzen weiter beanspruche.

Probably can't really call it SoG, but at least they are more ore less on level. Had a plant that was ready for harvest, and I'm going away for four days, so they got some pruning, a little top soil and water with nutes. I was going all organic, but they are getting quite big so I gave them some advanced nutes BigBud. It's always thrilling to leave them, and four days is long water wise.... But they usually enjoy their time alone. As long as lights, and air is on point... First run without any nutes issues and they look happy 😁
