📆 Week 12, 7-12 July 2024 Harvest 8 July - Turned light power down to 25%. Changed nutrient solution to RO water to begin flush. 11 July - Harvest 12 July - Begin curing time. 📑 Harvest time! She is ripe, danky, sticky, full of resin, solid, and I am pleasently suprised at the yield. This is not your ordinary Auto Afghan variety. She produces heavy buds and a lot of them. This is also the first auto I have grown using DWC in 12 weeks without manipulation - 18 hours straight from start to finish. I pushed her to the limit. Now she will hang in the closet at 50-55% RH and 70 degrees F, for about 7-10 days curing. Then she will trimmed and put into one quart glass mason jars, with 62% Boveda TurpShield and burped until 62% RH is maintained. The full potency potential and terp profile will be reached in about 30-45 days. 📆 19 July 2024 The Smoq Report: After 7 days of hanging, she was ready to cut. I trim and shape each individual bud, removing unwanted leaf and stem. It’s a process but worth it if you smoke bud. Her potency is evident. It will take the experienced smoker to a satisfying high and keep you there for a good hour or more before you want another hit. The smell and taste is of a typical Afghan. I was expecting a heavier yield, but in the end I guess we all hope for a little more! I don't remember how much exactly it came out on the scale... But it was about 200g from the plant (+, -)... It stands out with its smell and taste. it is unique in every way and it is my top 3 in my ranking...

I mixed 320ml Organic Coop Poop 2-4-3, 160ml Espoma blood meal 12-0-0, and 480ml Gaia glacial rock dust per 32 gallon pot. The above listed nutrients, with the exception of ferrous sulfate, will be dry amendments premixed per gallon of soil. On day 3 I top dressed with ferrous sulfate monohydrate at the rate of 2.5ml/gallon of soil as listen in nutrients section. I didn't fill these pots above halfway with soil in the case we had heavy consistent rain. Half a pot dries faster than a whole one. I will be filling these pots completely as soon as these get more height and the rain lessens. Day 1 we had heavy dew and it was mostly cloudy. Day 2 we had a heavy dew in the morning. That afternoon we had cooler temps and intermittent rain that continued overnight. Day 3 was overcast with thunderstorms and rain that evening and night. Day 4 we had a rain shower late morning, but the sun came out mid day. Day 5 early morning 2-3 a.m. we had very heavy thunderstorm. The rest of the day was sunny and cool. Day 6 forecast was 5% rain that became 100% thunderstorm. There was heavy rain and wind on day 6 for about a hour from 9.30 a.m to 10.30 a.m., then a second round later that afternoon. Day 7 turned out very good. Lots of sunshine and a light breeze that'll help dry out that soil a bit. These soaking wet conditions we experienced this week are something cannabis seedlings survive with difficulty. I've found fastbuds genetics withstands these conditions consistently where other brands have total failure. We had a very successful week considering all of the difficulty with the weather. Fastbuds genetics have consistently withstood the harsh outdoor environment here in the Ozarks. These girls are pushing two inches and are thriving.

Cool strain to grow, if I grew it again it would be in a 5 or 7 gal smart pot. Was hoping the smell woukd be more in your face and it could be better after the cure but as of now it's like a 7/10 what I was hoping for. I had some high humidity at points when I switched tents so maybe that's why. Overall impressive by seedsman I've had good results with their genetics.

Flowering continues, not seeing trichomes darken or get cloudy yet. Bought a small dehumidifier and fit it inside the tent which helped manage the RH. Started removing some fan leaves every other day to give maximum light exposure to the buds. Also changed the watering schedule from to every other day instead of every two days.

To the well water I added the following Dutch Pro nutrients: Grow 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g (I'll be switching to the "Bloom" next feed), Multi Total @ 7.6 ml/g, Take Root @ 3.8 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 850ppm nutrient solution. After adding the nutrients and checking the EC, I ph'd the solution to 6.0 @ 74℉. 12/1- Today after doing some HST (twisting and bending branches), I went ahead and watered/fed her with 0.25g of well water with a base ppm of 100 that I allowed the excess to drain to waste. To the well water I added the following Dutch Pro nutrients: Bloom 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g each, Multi Total @ 7.6 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 900ppm nutrient solution. I'm now watering until runoff daily with 0.25g of well water with a base ppm of 100 to which I added the following Dutch Pro nutrients: Bloom 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g each, Multi Total @ 7.6 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 900ppm nutrient solution. Buenas, esta semana las plantas fueron defoliadas solo para mejorar la ventilación ya que e presentado problemas de temperaturas durante el ciclo diurno dado que en me encuentro en verano, se regó con 6 litros en total dividido en dos días de riego siendo el primero con ph de 5.8 y ec de 900ppm y el segundo con ph de 6.2 y 1200 ppm de ec.
