The Bruce Banners are responding perfectly to topping and LST, maintaining strong leaf turgor and dynamically expanding their lateral branching in the 25L pots.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Ciao a tutti! Sono veramente senza parole per la quantità di terpeni e tricomi, mai avuti risultati simili. Devo dire che la linea advanced nutrients sta facendo tutto il suo dovere, non ho mai sentito un profumo così, si sente anche fuori di casa. Ho defogliato ancora tra una rete e l'altra andando a eliminare tutte le foglie che erano inutili, per evitare rischi muffa (visto anche l'umidificatore acceso) e per far sì che aria e luce non abbiano impedimenti a circolare liberamente. Penso che manchino 3 settimane, dalla prossima inizierò con l'overdrive per far sì che la pianta inizi a scaricare tutto quello che ha. Sono veramente soddisfatto, senza parole. La prossima volta metterò solo più due vasi e due strain, per ridurre il consumo di acqua e fertilizzanti, ho visto che ce la posso fare tranquillamente e più o meno nelle stesse tempistiche, visto l'eccessivo allungamento avuto questa volta. Una nota di merito allo strain, la barney's non delude mai ma la mimosa evo è veramente top, lo scorso anno ho fatto quella normale stavolta per orange punch e devo dire che è lo strain migliore che ho messo finora. Bene, continuerò a rifarmi gli occhi, a settimana prossima! 🤣 🍀😎💪🏼🔝

Greeeeeat week! Dynomyco has truly helped these Girlies get off to an amazing start and gave them the force to gain thick stems and more branches! It could also be the addition of Co2 in the grow area! I also give them a diluted foliar feed of formulex as they go through the day as I have a very low humidity for that week but I can bring it up now as I don’t need it so low in my home! Was drying other plants basically! I’ve decided to top these girls too as they run down the centre I can train them! It’s going to be an exciting week! Zamnesia strains once again proving to be a top hit 🤘🏽💚 I’m also running their collab strain with ripper seeds of amnesia punch!

day 15 of blooming... streching is on full force and getting bigger by the day.... tent is filling up nicely. at the end of the week 3 will do a defoliation for a better airflow and light exposure.

Lots of work this week on keeping up on training this week, buts it’s going well! I split a fork when tying her down but the duct tape fix worked great and she didn’t exhibit any stress from it surprisingly :) Each day I tighten the bindings and then defoliate about every other or 3rd day. I keep doing 2 feeds to 1 yucca flush. She now uses 3 gallons to get my saturation and 20% runoff, about every 3 days. When I yucca flush I also foliar feed her to keep things flowing, roughly 1/8-1/4 strength of my food dosage. Foliar feed mix is yucca, kelp, fulvic acid, 1-0-0 Calmag+, and a 14-0-0 ominA. And I fed that every day for 3 days until I watered her again :) Interestingly, 3 days in a row just barely began to give her N toxicity by causing a slight clawing of the mature fan leaves, but no burn in the tip, and day 4 she was flat out again :) so it was right at the edge of useable nutrients IMO. The netting is coming along nicely, lots of weaving going on, refilling the center and spreading the mains out to the corners of the tent. Tried 2 different cloning techniques, one placing them into the peat pellets from Walmart with rooting powder, and the other is a Tupperware container filled with a PH’d weak nutrient solution, and sticking the stalks through the lid into the water. Both techniques have produced roots, peat took longer but are stronger specimens. Tupperware seemed to shock them less but roots are tiny little nodules. 01-15 : Just a few weeks away from harvest. They are almost ripen, and smell is so strong! Checking trichromes from now on, hope i'll get a good harvest! Happy growing! 01-17 : 52 days after 12-12.

First day went as expected. I put the paper towel in a small see-thru plastic container and put it on the table. With a bit of water and the seeds in side, the germination has now started! Day 2 no progression, moved the tray into my furnace room (pitch black and warm) Day 3 major progression. I got them out and started to prep the jiffy pellets. Shortly after I transferred the roughly half inch tarp roots with seeds into the jiffy pellets, root down, seed up, slightly covered with dirt. I soaked them in water (like a beginner i overwatered heavily knowing what I know now). I placed them back in the tray and put them at a window for light. (Note) the plan was to do outdoor so no light or tent was ordered at this point. Day 4-7 not much progression seeing as the clouds and rain showed up...

Grand Daddy Purple auto is doing well. She has stretched a little more, and looks like she is debating about going into bulking soon. She does have a little nute burn that has been there since at least last week. Still looking really good. She is starting to develop a smell, but I can't pinpoint it yet to what exactly. It's kinda faint at the moment. Everything is looking good. Day 65, 17th of November 2020 Happiness! Streching has stopped creating my buds. (Seems to be doing it). I am waiting for the red colour to be appeared.... hopefully soon she rewards me with that too. Looking strong and nice I am happy. Only thing to do is to wait ✋ Some lollipopping (defoliation) has been done and also removed all the old LST's as the plant remains in shape from now. Fertilization is still the same like before happens every 2nd day with the ratio and mix above. The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

Day 39 of flowering. Started raining a lot here, so is a little difficult to put fertilizer on them because the soil is always wet. Gave them ascophyllum nodosum 0,75ml/l.
