Hi Gromies, well sometimes I can be my own worst enemy seems I defoliated ( actually I'll blame the apprentice Urban grow cat 😺) He defoliated a little to much, it's hard to get good help these days! Anyway she got a bit of light burn directly under light bulb area. A mix of to much defoliation & I also turned light up to super lumen setting & being lazy I hadn't hooked the extraction fan & ducting up to the light ( it's an air cooled light shade) pump air from outside tent through sealed light shade & exhaust it outside. I hooked that up & raised the light around 20 cm & all is good now, some burnt leaves. She is bouncing back & grown more leaves. It may have slowed Bud development a little! I changed light cycle to 12.5 hours of darkness 11.5 hrs on to try & kick her into gear , fool her into thinking the season is coming to an end with shorter daylight hours. I may increase dark period a little more bit by bit, experiment a little, I've read of other growers who give plants less light around week 6 till harvest. She is getting a faint lemony smell. Lollipoped some of the smaller secondary branches, any tips low down not receiving much light & don't look like they will get much bigger, other than that I'm leaving her alone, probably just try & seperate any close growing colas so we don't get any Bud rot. First day of week 7! So, flowering has clearly decided to start and things are looking well. I managed to correct the deficiencies with Sensi CalMag Xtra and she seems to be loving it. I guess we all make mistakes on our first grow but I’m enjoying all of the learning so far. She was in a terrible state a week ago and I thought I was potentially going to lose her. Still, she powered through and here we are. Nothing much to report, I’ll just get some nice shots of bud sites when she fattens up a bit more as we go through. Peace brothers and sisters ✌️ Update 06/07: Took away quite a few leaves which were not providing much value (IMO) and she’s loved it, proper perked up and reaching high for the light. Today I also installed a little mini humidifier and it works a treat, makes it look super cool too 😂👍🏼 - Looking forward to seeing some juicy buds soon.

GENERAL COMMENT. WEEK 5 OF FLOWER. Ok guys, this week ran ok for one girl and less for her sister, so i will go on details individually. RQS STRESS KILLER AUTOMATIC COMMENT. Beautiful girl getting bigger everyday, i’m very satisfied overall, she is fast and have lots of terpenes, and started heavy resin production. Super strong, absolutely no issue at all for now. I’m imagining to start flushing this week or the next will decide this days to come, but this grow will be max 12 weeks. Not reading the runoff on this girl as everything is just amazing. Maybe will backbuild some colas to compare. EC at 2.2, released a lot of N now, but still did a good feeding, it might be the last, or max one more before the flush. Will be flushing with flawless finish in the last week.

Start of the second week of flower. Things are looking great these are from bag seeds so sexing has been well drama in the grow room to say the least. Much bigger then expected that was good and bad ive had one boy so far and one is questionable its in the pics also my punch breath still hasnt shown anything but its a beast and looks promising very female like growth patterns super stinky too she always was since her first set of real leaves she was a skunk

Beide Pflanzen sind gleich hoch. Es zeichnet sich ein durchgängis schönes und gesundes Wachstum ab. Die Pflanze reift nun ihre Blüten aus und es ist eine richtige Trichomexplosion zu erkennen. Das Icing zieht sich bei diesem Pheno stärker durch, dafür ist die Blütenstruktur etwas kleiner. Das Aroma der Pflanze ist etwas chemischer/ skunkiger als bei der anderen. Another great week for this gal, growing nice and healthy shooting out some long green lush leaves thickening the branches, over all she is doing great no issues so far. Although I did find a tiny lil fly hanging around the plants, hopefully this fly didn't lay any eggs... but to stay on the safe side I ended up doing a deep clean inside the tent plus made some natural homemade pesticide and sprayed all plants 2h before lights out. Natural Pesticide Recipe consists in: 1 whole garlic bulb 1 small onion 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder 1 tablespoon of liquid soap Directions: Puree garlic, onion and cayenne pepper powder Let mixture sit for at least one hour Strain Add 1 tablespoon of liquid soap Put mixture in a spray bottle Apply on the top and underside of cannabis leaves

Mein erster Grow neigt sich auf jeden Fall dem Ende zu. Ich denke allerdings, dass ich sie auf jeden Fall noch mindestens zwei Wochen Reifen lassen werde

1/28/24 - Day 83 - Here we are on day 83 and the trichomes are looking good. I bet one week, if not two weeks before I start to flush with water. There are some photos of the Trichomes a couple of weeks ago and then again today. 1/31/24 - Day 86 - The buds are starting to get FAT and grow outward. Tons of new buds coming from the buds. Sounds werid but the buds are growing buds now. The smell is out of this planet strong. Im looking forward to the next couple of weeks!

Finishing up!

Fast Buds new strain CA (still no idea what CA stands for yet). Growing strong and starting to show bud sites now, but the leaves look a little more yellowish than I'd like. I was not checking PH previously and started checking the PH this week. My well water comes out of the tap around 7.3-7.4, which is a bit higher than most recommend. This week I PH'ed down to 6.3 and fed her Recharge only. Hope to see some more green coming back over the next few days.

this week is going really good! I am flushing right now with just plain water. I was supposed to harvest but I decided to give it another watering since the ppm values were the maximum recommended for harvest and I want as less fertilizer in my buds as possible😁 next time I'll water I'll give them 4/5 liters per plant and when the soil is kinda moist and about to dry I will give them 24 hrs of darkness to increase resin and then FINALLY chop everything off! I'm really excited to try them! they smell really amazing.
