This week, there was so much rain in the area. The plants had issues with pest too, but I used Neem-Oil against the bugs and hopefully, the weather and the pest situation will get vetter next week. These Phenos came out very strong all the way around. Buds glisten beautifully in the light from enhanced trichome production especially on Pheno 3. The colors range from lime green to red hairs contrasting beautifully as well. I would def. grow this potent pungent strain again.

After a questionable start, she's up and going, so the grow off is official! I have plugged in some organic items into a Pro Mix HP base to get this lady out of the blocks organically and get that root system spread out through the nursery pot. I fed some wicking cord through the drainage holes to make a sip system, basically bottom watering to deepen the root system development. I layered the soil into the pot so the available nutrients increase as the roots descend. I added a little mycorrhizae in the soil where the seed was placed to get things cooking and used Recharge adjusted to 6.0 pH to buffer my amended starter mix. Now that she's showing a little more vigor, I'm adding a little Kelp, CalMag+, and MegaCrop for her to sip on... A little organo-salt treatment that will make sure she's got all she needs available to allowing her to really blow up!

No more LST...beastie bloomz 1/2 teaspoon and maybe 1 teaspoon each next week....don't see a big difference yet...happy with the growth so far! My biggest plant is finally stretching up towards the light..soon I’ll be able to lollipop her and focus on the top canopy!

Ich werde sie noch eine Woche oder zwei wachsen lassen & werde dann warscheinlich die Uhr zur Blüte umstellen Ich habe am 01.10 wieder enhancer benutzt & zwar die 1g die auf 2 Liter Erde vorgegeben sind als Oberflächendüngung aufgetragen & nach gegossen :) Ich weis leider nicht genau wie viel ich giese aber ich mache sie jeden Tag so voll das sie gut schwer ist & am nächsten morgen ist sie dann aber schon wieder leicht :) Bis nächste Woche

I started germination of 4 Gelat.Og beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Some background information on my experience with Gelat.Og. I've grown this one out several times and I'm just absolutely in love with these genetics. One of the best terp pallets I've came across. Extremely creamy and rich aroma with a kush kick... majestic! She packs amazing bud structure and is a real branchy hauler. She packs a pretty large stretch, about 200% on average. Plus she has a bit longer of a flower time for a indica dominant... in my experience about 11 weeks. She gets a strong demand for more phosphorus mid flower. A good spike with the pk booster and shes happy as Larry! Another Seedsman masterpiece right her! Amped to dive In to this grow.

Deepforest Super auto is growing great. She has been thriving and making a lot of progress. I delayed her solution change she has been doing so well. I will likely have to in about a week. I did her first lst and selective defoliation on her today. She is looking good. I did turn tge light down from 40 percent to about 30. She seemed to be growing stocky. I want her to reach a little more. I know there is still lots of growth to come. Everything is going great. Surprised by how well the water is wicked to the medium from the water bottle, it took a long time, but wick works as intended. I was unsure how much if any nutrient would be transferred via wick but the high salt content altered pH at certain parts. Right before the symptoms arose I decided to supercrop the stem top to bottom on one plant, shortly thereafter the burning happened from the same plant from running 8.0 pH, and nutrient uptake ground to a halt on the plant that was dealing with stress. She doesn't seem happy. Remedied with aluminum sulfate, things seem to be coming back to normal. I need to be more careful with salts. I need MOAR knowledge. How many weeks shall we veg? Going to take a while to fill that canopy with just two plants, should probably start topping now but I'll wait until pH problem Is remedied first, a couple more days hopefully 🙏. I defoliated maybe 6 bigger leaves that had burned yellow on one plant, as it comes back to optimal range, this will be a good opportunity to observe the subtle differences that early defoliation can make. Added a pound of tourmaline powder and biochar, both increase soil urease and invertase activities. *2025 Didn't charge the biochar skewing my ph drastically. Urease is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of urea into CO2 and NH3 and is a key component in the nitrogen cycle in soils. Invertase (d-fructofuranosidfructohydrolase, EC 3.2.1.26) is the enzyme that capable both break down α-1,4-glycosidic linkage between d-glucose and d-fructose of sucrose and transferring αβ-D-O-fructofuranoside residue to an acceptor substrate (Toledo et al., 2019). Since tourmaline is widely distributed in the natural environment and has many excellent physical and chemical properties including radiating far infrared energy, permanently releasing negative ions, producing an electrostatic field, releasing rare microelements, and stimulating the growth and metabolism of microorganisms and plants, tourmaline had been conducted to alleviate potential environmental pollution. The girls look really nice, growing strong and fast, except 1, I’m growing 2 Alakazam from Seedmakers and 2 Tangerine Dream from Barney’s. T There’s one Alakazam that has presented problems since germination. Some of the leaves have yellow-brown dots, most of her root system is healthy, but it has some brown areas, it seems kinda weak overall, it’s the one that has grown more but the one showing problems. The other Alakazam and the 2 Tangerine Dream are looking really nice. Have been doing 50% nute strength feeding, adjusting ph level daily and showing them a lot of love. Should I do something different with the Alakazam or is it just a weak seed? Thanks!
