Veg week two. Everything seems to be ok at this point.

Week 21: August 16 2020 - August 22 2020 Great week, weather-wise except for some strong winds in the middle of the week. Some branches and leaves took some damage and went a little limp, but they all seem to have bounced back. Still more yellowing, I'm pulling dead leaves off the plants pretty much every day. I know it's natural and it has been a bit cooler at night recently, but I'm still a little bit concerned. Other than that, new growth is coming in strong, has a nice green color, and the little buds look healthy so far. First full week of flower under the belt. Thanks for stopping by. Cheers!

Another steady week of bud development. I haven't really done much with those apart from the occasional removal of yellow leaves and tucking nuisance leaves under the net. The plants are all still growing in line with the previous expectations, with Topping and LST being the biggest, Mainlined next and then LST only in last place. It will be interesting to see the results though. Should only be a few more weeks until harvest, as a large majority of trichomes are already milky.

Fast Buds White Widow is a strain that is easy to grow she can handle some stress if you have issues. She makes a massive bud on the main stem mine was 80 grams freshly trimmed!! She doesn't stretch much if your growing in a confined space. I'll repost what the total is dried and cured and smoke report as well. Smoke Report Update she's Earthy, Piney, with sweat citrus flavors, smooth pull, earthy, piney up front then then that sweat citrus when you exhale, really clean and smooth enjoyably smoke hits you quickly and then mellows out she has the ability to change your motivation level but not put you on the couch the rest of the day or night for the most part!!! 70% Indica 30% sativa. The total weight of the grow of 535 grams wet weight, when dried out to it was a total of 178 grams dry. That's a loss of 67% of the weight. She's a plant with thricomes that cover the fat, stinky, and sticky buds. I didn't have any problems with her. She can take some nuts for a autoflower as she never showed any signs of nutrition stress. Easy grow, strong plant, dense sticky buds, she smells sweat with a earthy note. I would recommend to any grower new grower you really can't mess her up, advanced grower she will give you a great harvest. Continue to grow your own medicine if you can or grow for someone you know that can't continue to make a difference in lives!!! I got the 3 starting seeds from an exchange with a redditor who accidentally pollinated his batch with a male, meaning I didn't start with the best genetic which in the end, probably induced the hermie. It turned out good overall but it did fuck up a lot of things. I never thought 4 weeks of veg would be too much. They got tall in no time and almost tripled in height during the flowering stretch. Light burn had a significant impact on the trichome production of certain buds. The mold is on me. I should have controlled the conditions better. I had to throw away 10-15g because of it. And really nothing guarantees I removed it all. Plant B produced, in the books, a lot less than her sisters and that can be explained by 3 factors: -Mold attacked it more than the others; -I probably switched 1 or maybe 5 (who knows...) whole branches when they fell from the rope during the drying; -I left a lot of tiny popcorn buds that got separated in the ''to be extracted'' jar. The 3 plants were pretty similar in looks but gave rather different seeds. A, the hermie, gave a lot of seeds in general but almost half of them were immature or wonky and got discarded; B, a female, gave a lot of good ones but also quite a few bad ones. The have nice stripes giving them a tiger look; C, another female, still hasn't been plucked of all it's seeds but the ones I already collected are really big, round and mat. Plant A pollinated itself. Plant B got helped by me but C didn't received help from me nor the wind and still got hit, a lot less, but still. I'll never underestimate the propagation power of pollen again. FINAL HARVEST: PLANT A: - 91g - 281 viable seeds PLANT B: - 28g - 297 viable seeds PLANT C: - 89g - 149 viable seeds 167 mixed seeds from ABC EXTRACT MATERIAL: - 9g TOTAL: 217g / 894 seeds Height by weeks: 1 - 7 cm 2 - 20 cm 3 - 32 cm 4 - 49 cm Switch 5 - 81 cm 6 - 107 cm 7 - 120 cm 8 - 124 cm 9 - 125 cm 10 - 126 cm 11 - 126 cm 12 - 128 cm 13 - 128 cm Nice experience overall. A lot of thing could have gone better but the fact is I got a bunch of seeds for future pheno hunting and God knows I'll need to do some to straighten the genetic. See you all then!

[DAY 50] - 20/07/2022 - TS1000 45 cm away - 100% (150 watt); - 30° C, 50% RH; - PH 6; EC 1.4 - 1.5; - A few days ago I switched to the full flower feed, but I am experiencing plant nutrition problems: 1) On 8 liters of solution, from EC 0 to EC 1 I inserted: Silicate + CalMag + A + B; 2) From EC 1 to EC 1.4 only with the addition of Bloombastic (Bloom stimulator did not raise the EC) (I don't know exactly the amount of BLOOMBASTIC, it is too viscous to be able to measure it precisely, that's why I only report the increase in EC, it is more precise as a info). After less than 24 hours the EC turns out to be 1.5 (it was 1.4 a day ago), the plant is therefore eating badly or in any case in an unbalanced way. The only difference from before is the addition of Bloombastic. I have the feeling that: raise from 1 to 1.4 of EC with only Bloombastic (so only P and K) is too much and the plant is leaving some of these nutrients in the DWC as it doesn't need them. I am therefore afraid of approaching an excess of P and K and for this reason I have also uploaded photos of the leaves, maybe someone more experienced will already be able to notice signs of excesses of these two nutrients. If, on the other hand, Bloombastic is not to blame for this EC elevation, I don't really know what it is. - I found ONE SINGLE LEAF completely ruined, it was practically dead and detached from the plant (leaf was under the scrog net, so didn't take light anyway). [DAY 51] - 21/07/2022 - TS1000 40 cm away - 80% (120 watt); - 30° C, 60% RH; - Today and tomorrow I will not be home and I preferred to keep the lamp at 120 watts in order to better manage humidity and temperature. [DAY 52] - 22/07/2022 - TS1000 40 cm away - 80% (120 watt); - 30° C, 60% RH; - Plant is drinking about 1.5 liters per day, the solution temperature is always very high but the plant is holding up well.
