Buds getting fat!

Week 15 of veg for the Pineapple Upside Down — and she’s still cruising! Nothing dramatic happening, but that’s actually great news. She’s been pushing healthy leaves, good colors, zero stress signs. Nutrients are still on point, temps stable, lighting unchanged — a very chill week in the grow room. Right now, the goal is to keep her in good shape while we wait for the flower tent to be ready. It should take around 3–4 more weeks before she can move in there and start her real stretch. So I’m thinking about doing one last topping soon — just to keep that structure compact and avoid a skyscraper situation later. She’s showing that nice balanced growth I like: strong side branches, good spacing, and she reacts really well to training. For now, we just let her enjoy the ride, keep monitoring, and avoid rushing the process. So yeah — a simple, smooth week. Exactly what we want at this stage. Next stop: one final haircut (maybe), then a big move to the flower tent soon. See you in week 16!

My plant's got a name - Melanie. She fights against the pests. We suppose that the yellowish colour of the leaves are caused by them. As I decided to help her, I used the insecticide called Dursban. As a result, the pests' number has lessened but not totally removed. Do you have any advice for me? Thank you in advance.

This week I didn't spend much time checking in on the tent, but when I went to check the reservoir, which I expected to be empty, I realized that the system was clogged. About half of the nutrient solution was still in the tank. I opened the tent to check the moisture of the substrate. It was pretty dry already and the plants were showing some heat stress and the burnt tips had gotten somewhat worse. Being too close to the light didn't help either. They weren't hanging yet, but they needed to drink. It was clogged in a small part of piping between the tank and the tap, which I realized, was never actually cleaned before. And I did have some organic compounds in there a rather long time ago, which probably caused this in the first place. I unclogged it within a few minutes, and bought some Canna D Block to try out. I will probably refill the reservoir again early next week.

I'm happy with that.* My second Purple haze auto from sensible seeds and again very happy with the plant. I have so many more strains to try, so I may never grow one again, but if I could only grow one strain again, from my short experience this girl would be the one for me. I could have harvested this girl a few weeks ago but I thought I would risk a few more weeks to see how her buds developed. I certainly made the right choice in doing so as these buds just got fatter and fatter. I trained her with a mixture of lst and the now traditional for me super cropping. I have had a shape her due to limited space in the grow cupboard to a more rectangular shape maximise the canopy size for the light. I have shown this in a video on my Bruce Banner #3 diary as Mrs B is being shaped. My biggest buds to date without a doubt. Hitting 200g wet with stems my fingers were aching holding the stems while trimming so they were very bud heavy. probably 50cm tall max from soil to top bud and a canopy space of around 60cm x 40cm available to her. Grown under 3 x £1 / €1 / $1 Standard shop bought LED bulbs (cool white and warm) around 10w each converted..... ...Sorry light companies... I think this a good yield and a proud growing moment personally. I do often say that I will update when I have a dry weight but I don't honestly think I have yet. Beautifull fade and this is the final week

I gotta be honest this strain has been making me learn and learn and learn.... lol so I am In the process of choosing the right light setting for them, i have lowered the red setting on my kind k5 wifi xl1000 and they are doing way better! I think I’m gonna keep messing with the reds more to get it perfect! This is why this light is amazing cause every plant/strain is different and reacts to each colour differently, and to have a light that is capable to change the intensity is just amazing! My auto feed is on pause right now I need some parts. I’m using Lotus nutrients it’s A one part grow/bloom/boost, it makes feeding easy. Only feeding half of recommended

So where to begin I got 108.83 ounces wet from two plants in a 2.3x2.3 on my first attempt not including larf. I can’t complain about that. Took me 14 hours to trim the last plant and boy that was a marathon. I will update this once I get some dry weights and everything goes into curing.
