Dit wordt de laatste week dat ze de power roots en pure zyme krijgt, vanaf volgende week zal ik deze vervangen voor de green sensation. Ik zal gedurende de week foto's updaten. Alright guys, welcome back — week 7 of veg with the Pineapple Upside Down Cake from Humboldt. This week feels like a big win compared to the last one. The adjustments I made finally paid off. Cutting off the extractor really helped bring humidity back up, and that gave the plant the push it needed to get back into an optimal growth rhythm. I also realized that adding an extra light before was too much — way too much PPFD. So now I’ve gone back to a more balanced setup with a 54W COB at 5000K. The environment feels much more stable, uniform, and the plant clearly loves it. Nutrients are still straight Athena — Grow A, Grow B, CalMag, and Cleanse. EC is holding around 1.4. One thing I’ve noticed is a slight drift between what’s in the reservoir and what ends up in the saucer. That’s why I keep the res around pH 5.5–5.6. Once it drains through to the pot, it tends to rise, landing closer to 5.8 or even 6.0. It’s a bit tricky to manage, but the idea is to aim lower in the res so that the root zone ends up right where it should be. So, the main challenge for the upcoming week is to keep that pH steady in the sweet spot — ideally buffered around 5.8 to 6.0. If I can lock that in, the plant should keep pushing strong. For now, everything looks good. I’m happy with the comeback this week — definitely a victory. Let’s see how it evolves next week. Catch you then!

Another week come and gone. These girls are great. Starting to smell real nice. Hitting them with 8 hours of UVB and increasing over the grow. Will be at 9 hours tomorrow. These are a good example of using the trichomes. All red hairs at this point but not quite ready for chop. The left two should be ready next week and the other the following week. Bubba Kush Mintz Autoflower is doing great. I just did the first solution change on her today. I also did some heavy lst training to prepare her. Everything is going great. So I set up the veg room at last since I want to flip the main plant. That meant light proofing it, which I did with air con putty, myler blanket layers and A LOT of duct tape. It's not pretty but I hope it will get the job done! Perpetual grow is the grow, harvesting every 2 months. The clone I made from topping got transplanted to a solo cup, and I can see a root through the clear inside cut so I guess she is doing her thang., Also added lights to the flower booth so it should have 153w. Put 4 led bulbs with the tops popped off to see how they go, apparently, they are more economical than cfls? And I am considering what to do for side lighting, leds might be a choice because they have a lower profile, Or LED strips? Or fluorescent tubes? I guess it's not neccisary for this grow but in the future. I've tied down the main branches so I think they will all have their own space to get light. I think I've done enough training to flip. Can't wait for her to start flowering :)

Day 80 This morning I started defoliating Tropicana. She will be in the darkness for the next days. I already harvested a part of the head flower and let it dry trimmed. Because of extreme weather conditions and very high humidity I got a little bud rott. I found it out quit early I think. So I hope nothing will not happen any more. Just harvesting relaxed and drink a Tropicana tee. Day 81 I decided to cut her down in the evening. The humidity in the basement room is high and I don‘t want to risk here anything anymore. Waiting for my first homegrown weed to be vaped. Day 82 Tropicanas flowers hanging to dry in my basement. I check them once per day with a strong light. Day 83 Same same. The smell is wonderful like a bit of gas combined with a fruity flower bouquet. Our neighbors in the house like the smell, too. 🙏 Day 84 I could try my first homegrown weed. It‘s absolutely tasty and have a very smooth vape. I was very surprised cause it‘s not cured yet. A longer vape report will follow when it‘s dried and cured. Day 88 All flowers, sugar- and tee leafs are trimmed and filled in glasses for curing. I open twice per day for 20 minutes. Boveda packs 58% inside. I will fill out the rest of the diarie when my buds are dried, cured and vaped. So far this was a very exciting journey for me. Growing cannabis and even legal on our balcony. It's officially week 4 of veg. What a ride! These ladies DO NOT give up and neither did i. Second grow, it is a learning curve. With all the growth stunned, i am a bit impatient. BUT the good news is the smallest have starting growing again. Anyways... 👽👉19/9 New automation program for this week. (See pictures for app screenshots for automation and datalogger) Temps - 21night/29day RH% - 60RH night / 68RH day My plan is to decrease the humidity at night, to increase the vpd. The same goes for my light output and nutrients. Changing the variables gradually over time. 👽👉20/9 I topped two more plants. The growth is gradually getting better. They should be ready for their first real feed tomorrow. (Only top fed them last watering) 👽👉21/9 ** First real feed. -They reacted well to a last lose dose top feeding, so this time i will give them a full feed, but same low dose. -Programmed new automation based on VPD Graf (see pictures) Set to 1.0 VPD. // Inkbird app, i am adjusting the RH% to the temp in the tent. -Did some experimental LST on one of the smaller ones. Dont have a co2 meter, but have co2 bag. But it has not been added as a variable to the climate calculations. 👽👉22/9 The new automation program has proven efficient and working(for now). Now its interesting to see the plants adapting the constant VPD. 👽👉23/9 Did some more LST work to keep the tallest ladies at level. 👽👉24/9 Visiting the ladies and checking up on the lst work. Tucking in leaves, plotting my next move. *Water day. they shared 5 Liter, where the bigger ones got more. PH 6.4 - EC 1.52 (Last water was PH 6.4 - EC 1.37) 1.5ml/L Bio heaven+Bio fish. (Next time they will get 2ml/L) 👽👉25/9 Turned up the lights from 75% to 100%. Temps are about to rise higher. might as well let the ladies get used to it.

First week

They are moving quickly these days! I’m using FF nutrients, then just water, then a mixture of molasses, recharge, and epsom salt, and then water again. Not sure if I’m overdoing it but they seem happy.

The brightest green in the tent, she is looking happy and wished me a happy Father’s day for the wonderful job I’ve been doing over the past two weeks 🤣. Very simple up to now with simply PH’d water at 6.1. I had read some research in regards of levelS of preferred PH throughout cannabis life cycle and only thing I remember was cannabis prefer acidic soils that we all know but in early stage of life PH water on the lower guidance of 5.8 is preferred as the opposite in late flower 6.3. For my personal experience I’ve been trying this now for the last two grows. Today is premix/transplant day. 3 gallon will be its final pot and should time permit I will do a quick vid tutorial of my mix using Gaia Green. Stay safe n Happy c’est la vie!

I have harvested my ladies. The buds are nice and thick. I'll definitly do an update on the drying and curing. I have already done some rough wet trimming. I am planning to do some more once it has dried They are now drying in my garage with a dehumidifier.

Day 64 - The start of Week 9! Flowers are getting nice and frosty now. Watering consistently with 2.1L with a 10% run off. Day 65 - Defoliated some of the larger fan leaves that was growing towards the inside of the plant to promote ventilation and light distribution. I saw a moth fly into my tent this morning but didn't see it come back out... After my coffee I sat down and inspected my plant. I found the moth stuck in one of the satellite branch flowers... Stuck in the sticky-icky-yicky of the a flower. I cut off that flower and disposed of the moth. Good to see she's getting sticky! Day 66 - Humidity is sitting in the low 50's around my area, this helps lower the tent humidity nicely. I gave more water today with a 20% run off. The flower stretch seems to have finished of the main cola. Some of the side branches are now nicely stretching to reach the main cola height. Day 67 - She's looking beautiful. Day 68 - Humidity in my area is up again putting the tent at 55% today. Everything seems to be going well. Day 69 - Wah wah wih wah! 69! She's looking good the colas are filling up nicely. You can barely see any stem in the main cola's top. Day 70 - The end of the week! Found 2 moths stuck to the yellow stickeys this morning. Plant looks good, watered with 2.1L with 11% run off.

Keeping her alive this week 🤣 Day 106 16/08/24 Friday Big feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Finally flipped her!! Day 107 17/08/24 Saturday Another watering today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only. Again 5L little run off.

Después de germinadas las semillas, la planta comenzó a crecer rápido. Las hojas espigadas agarraron fuerza. A pesar de ser la misma cepa (las semillas venían juntas en el mismo packaging), una de las dos se disparó en su crecimiento y la otra está algo estancada. Por ahora, las plantas se ven sanas, con un lindo color verde.

Growing great. Drinking a gallon every 2 to 3 days. Posted a bunch from through the week. shes starting to fill in the empty spaces in little nugs and ive never got to watch this day by day before so im having a great time right now its off though that she still doesnt smell like much when you put your nose to her but when you touch some the leaves or touch the bud itself it smells pretty dank on your fingers Wondering if it will get louder as she finishes up

Just as difficult to grow as the first time I done Afghan kush but still managed to get some nice purple bud out of it!!!

This week has gone tremendously!! The growth of this girl is unbelievable, already I have managed to get a top done and LST the lower branches. Everything is going really well a lot was learnt off my last run 🤞🏼
