Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! The Runtz auto girls are doing 😊. They have settled in and are fattening and stacking nicely. They are only about 16-18 inches total, but have some nice fat buds, should be some good weight. They are starting to develop some frost, but are very greasy to the touch 🤤 Trying to keep them in a sweet spot so they keep developing. RH around 55-58 % and Temps between 77-80 degrees. They are in week 8 now, and suggested harvest is about 70-75 days… Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️🌱

She has started her bloom. She is growing so well. This week I took off all her tie downs. Then 2 days later decided to tie her back down. She has had steady tension on her branches. So when I released her, she tightened back up. With the ties on, there is little reason for defoliation, as of now. She gained height, but nothing crazy. All her main top branches have always been pulled down to be side branches. Everything else was let to grow that came up the center. Really the side branches are the top of the canopy. Surprised I have not broke a branch. 8/26 2 gallons Fed 8 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 15 MLS Tiger bloom and Foxfarm Open sesame 1/2 teaspoon. 8/30 Gallon and a half of tea. Cow and worm poop. Every year I'm going to grow a photo in a different shape. This year I just wanted to see how many tops I could make. Looking forward to next year's design. However not as much as I want to see what this voluptuous beauty produces. Voluptuous seems to be very fitting for her. Love this plant, she has been very fun to grow. She also thought me a lot.

Ok had a lot going on this week with various issues affecting plants in flower tent but managed to take few pics and keep u guys updated on this grow feel free to comment or give me any advise I'm a newby out of his debth

Bisher können wir sagen, dass Sie sich wirklich gut macht. Trotz den strapatzen und dennoch so viel Liebe, macht es den anschein, als würde die Pflanze wieder ihren normalen Lebensweg aufnehmen und auch ihr Lebensziel verfolgen. Die Blütenvorbereitung ist voll im gange, lilafarbende Stämme wie jetzt auch aktuell an den Blattstielen sind augenscheinlich Sichtbar. Dennoch ist es ziemlich kühl geworden. Was für unsere Pflanze natürlich nicht schlecht ist, da wir sie auch so, hoffentlich eher zum Purpeln bewegen können. Das Giesverhalten hat sich halbiert sprich wir Gießen im moment alle 2 Tage ca. 4 Liter und ohne die vorherigen Zusätze von Juice, Co2, Acti- Vera, Heaven. Weitere Beobachtung dazu, läuft trotzdem. Wer bis hierher gelesen hat darf sich jetzt schon anfangen auf die nächste Woche zu freuen 😋 Denn unser neues Equipment ist solangsam eingetroffen. Das heißt: Das 80er Indoor Zelt wird durch ein 1,5x 1,5x 2 m ersetzt. Die 600 W. Keramiklampe die in dem kleinen Zelt nur auf erster Stufe (ca. 480 W.. lief, wegen wärmentwicklung) wird durch eine neue Lazerlite LED 720 Watt ersetzt. Ein großer Aktiv- Kohlefilter wie auch der große Abluftventilator, stehen schon in den Startlöchern 😎 Somit wird die Lady ab ca. Mitte bis Ende dieser Woche, einen mega schönen und warmen Platz im innenbereich bekommen. Allen growern eine bezaubernde Woche gewünscht! 😉

I took David Robinson's tip a little late " dont grow small flowers" So I took anything that was taking away from the main coals. Of that works out in my favour I will have to find out !! There is a large story behind there fine ladies . But for now let's just say f*ck cancer.

Second week of flower and the girls are stretching nicely. One week/ten days of that still to go , I think. The Orange Sherbet has given me hope as she blew up in size . Definitely going for less plants and bigger pots on the next run.

Day 51:The plants are doing great, they stopped stretching and now flowers are getting bigger and bigger. Today I feed them all(except the middle one) with qppm of 700,next time I'm planning to gave them a much more potent feed with a ppm of 1000. The middle plant it's not getting better, other leaves are getting yellow, and I don't know what it could be, for this week I will only gave her ph water with calmag an nothing else, I don't want to flush her because the stress would be too high and I'm so near the harvest that it would be pointless. Other than that I'm very happy, the smell is getting stronger and more vivid every day, the buds are getting bigger and juicy, I think the bloombastic is doing a great job, they will be A1 quality. Now I'm also starting to see the different fenotypes. The Lsd-25 have 3 different feno: 1) dark purple : I have 4 plants of this feno, and this is the best fenotype. It is the more sativa feno, it starts slow and small but in the end it would be the biggest and with the bigger colas, and also it starts getting purple on it own, starting from the flower and progressing to the leaf. The smell it's very pungent and minty, it's a mix of fruit and mint. Overall it has all the things that you want in a great strain. 2) the pink: the majority of my plants (5) are from this feno. This fenotype is more indica than the previous, it is a lil bit smaller, but on the other hand it is the one that have the biggest number of flowers. It is bushy and have a lot of leaves. This one will get purple but only when you will drop the temperature around 18 °C, the purple is lighter than the other feno, almost pink, and the leaves don't get so purple like the other. The smell is like the first feno but not so pungent. Overall a good feno, just a lil bit harder to train and to work with. 3) the green goblin: I have only one plant of this feno. It's a perfect mix from the previous fenos, not too big and not too small, not so bushy and not too opend, the buds are not a lot but not too few. And to this point it's the only plant where I can't see the purple, maybe some shadows of pink in the main cola. Maybe it will get purple later but I don't think so. The smell is different from the other two, it's minty and earthy. Overall good feno but it hasn't the charisma of his sisters. Day 54 : thank to the users on this grow I found out that the middle plant have root rot. I moved her in the bottom left corner where I have my fan, so the air circulates better, and also dropped down the RH, we'll see if she bounces back. So for her this week no water, I will wait till the soil gets dry. I fed the other plants today, 2 l each with a ppm of around 800, they all lookin very good, I hope that the disease won't spread to them. This grow I learned a lesson, next time I will be better prepared, I will give my plants mycrhrorizer to prevent root rot, and have multiple fans for better air circulation. I'm also thinking on buying the ghe ripen and giving it starting from next week , so I can harvest all my plants at the same time, because the plant #1 is behind the others ( longer vegetative stage) and the ill plant now is stuck and it isn't growing.
