Yo wassup guys, starting little bit late the diary but this you cant miss flowering day 19 and they are crazy snow!

This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.

Alright, so we're moving along with the grow but some of these ladies seem to be struggling just a little bit more than others... they're definitely growing at a great pace but the foliage just looks rough. I stopped the alfalfa Ferment thinking it might be a little to potent for them right now... we'll see how they look after another week. I'm sure they'll all grow out of the funk. This is my mutant auto and she seems to be doing good with her double heads.

10/31: I fed today with one, signal, sweet & sticky, beastie bloomz, and silica. Another batch of top-shelf genetics from Spliff Seeds. They are super frosty, fattening nicely, and smell delicious. One of the MWK's has a lot of purples in her lower flowers...sexy.👍 11/4: Fed with one, signal, sweet & sticky, beastie bloomz, silica, and humic acid. Really in love with the big Moonwalker Kush...such a pretty plant....and her sister ain't too shabby either. Neither Strawberry put on much height, but every branch on them will produce some fatass buds with absolutely zero training...excellent candidate for a single-strain SOG. Amnesiacs protest with too much PAR or UVB...same with the LCK..their foliage is suffering a bit...

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Today was the day, unfortunately about a week in advance because of an infestation of Mites that reached the buds of all 4 plants left. Day 99 Flower 37 Remaining 32-37 days PINEAPPLE SURPRISE😵😵 well not really, I've been kind of waiting lol it definitely reeeeks in the tent now and shows just how good this carbon filter is working! The smell is very unique to any other cannabis i've smelt although I'm curious to find out what it will smell like after proper curing. I hope it tastes as good as it smells too. The resin is just incredible, I cut a couple nodes that were really struggling and even with moderate resin and crystals compared to other colas they made my fingers incredibly sticky, i get the whole gorilla glue thing a little better now. I cant believe how you can see the trichs so clearly with the naked eye and the bulbs look huge. pocket scope arriving today, interested in seeing the trichs under scope. I've done a little defoil here and there to keep good air flow and light pen. Again when doing this my fingers soooo sticky, normal to most of you i'm sure but new to me! No real issues. I noticed some more tips discolored so I dialed back the nutes a little to about 1700, I'll keep around there for now. I dont expect the plants to grow much taller if at all but hopfully these buds keep plumping up. The fattest few buds are HUGE but even just the average size is really starting to swell. Do the buds keep swelling for a couple more weeks? hope so lol If anyone has their own tips for harvest and curing they wanna add in comments I'm all ears. Some great advice down there already, amazing mates! Something I have started considering is what strain to put outside in a couple months, auto or photo, probably both and compare them. Have a couple ideas I wanna try out, have a little fun, 4 plants going outside end of may. Thinking I will start vegging new plants right after and hopfully get the plants about a month old before I send them outside into the wild. But thats a different discussion all together then this lol Hopfully its smooth sailing the next few weeks here. I'm ok with this routine for a little. I'm at a cross roads with my excitement as I cant wait for harvest but right now they keep plumping and swelling so much I dont want them to stop lol also I dont think there is anything more peaceful and calming then getting just stoned AF and and staring at these beautiful ladies. Las Hulberry muestran algunas carencias debido al abono organico aplicado en el sustrato, al estar puestas en el Autopot, parece que este abono se disuelve mal, pero las riego igual que el resto para no sobrefertilizar. 11.08.2024 officially D132 from seed. this girls has became a realy fat lady she take 25% of the 5x5 tent. she is bushy like hell even if i have removed all fan leave. Need to do some root prunning as the air stone is completly embed in the root ball, witch is really most darker that it should be, my nuts solution lightly die the roots but not this far. In the process i realized that the air stone was completly cloged, probably what cause the leave burn ,so switch it and add a second one for safety. the remaining root have been wash and get soak in 1% H2O2 solution for few hours. really worried about bud roted, i decide to go for a 2 or maybe 3 shot harvest as lower and inner cola arent definitively ready and can still build up. and some of tops cola show mostly milky trichrome and few amber one. so 1st harvested from big top cola and some smaller side one for a total weight of 733.5g of wet sticky bud. looking for around 5oz of dry bud, so expecting easily 3/4pond from this mama😜

So far the girls are doing okay. I had a little problem with stretching at the beginning which is why you see me supporting them with the yoyos. Next grow I will start with the fluorescent light extremely close. I will grow 2 of these plants with only organic nutrients n the other 3 with synthetic to see which comes out better.

I wasn’t expecting these to stretch as much as they did, but they seem to come to a halt and are now focusing on bud sites. The Diamond OG has larger tops with smaller popcorn sized coming up the stem and started to frost later than the Cherry Gum. The Cherry Gum has smaller tops with more buds up the whole stalk and started frosting up right after the switch to flower.

A little late on the diary but great growth. Horizontal and vertical stretching. Trimmed 2 large fan leaves with no ill effects. Lowered light this week to encourage branching out. No topping ot LST for this girl.

Grüße Growmies mit Verspätung die 8 Woche! Die Größe der Blüten ist überwältigend und auch der Frost ist ordentlich. Die Trichome werden noch so 10 Tage brauchen.

Bisher läuft alles ruhig. Sie wächst sehr gut und sieht stabil aus. Die Blätter entfalten sich wunderschön, die Blütenstempel schreiten hier schneller voran. Zum Gießen: Sie trinkt sehr gut und nimmt mit der Zeit immer mehr Wasser auf. Anmerkungen: Noch immer gibt es tägliche Fraß Schäden! Neemöl habe ich bereits eingesetzt! Aber ich muss sagen, dass ich meine Frustration darüber deutlich reduziert habe. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden! Ich wünsche euch allen eine schöne und erfolgreiche Woche!
