This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. Watermelon auto is starting her journey. The first seed that was cracked ended up being a dud. The second seed now has started with no issues. They have been in sleep for more than 5 days . The space is a bit tight for all of.the plants but soon enough they will be transfered in another enviorment and we have to wait for them to expand and start to bloom .

This week has yielded positive results from the FIM And LST. I topped the internodal new branching that grew from the FIM job as well this week and the 2 extra tops are growing in response on each branching. She is now under a 4 bulb vivosun T5 6500K fixture and is responding very well to the light changes. Her stems are begging to give off terpines when rubbed. She smells of tart sweet lemons and diesel fuel haha. I am very happy about this grow and am expecting preflower to begin soon.

Start of week 5... Looking back at the first few weeks of veg, i never imagined that they would thrive this good in week 5 already! (Look back at week 1+2 for horror pictures) Whole of week 4 i worked on my climate control automation. I will keep the set up for atleast a week. 👽👉26/9 Big LST day. I got new supplies to manage the rest of the ladies properly. Topped another one ( 5/6 is topped) Cut just a couple of leaves. The crusty ones that did not receive light and the ones casting shadows over my lovely budsights. 👽👉27/9 Waterday* and recovery 2ml/L Bio heaven + fish mix / 6.4 PH 1.68 ECLetting them recover Humidity a bit higher during night because of watering, turned the temp up to match the VPD. 👽👉28/9 They look content, humidity a bit higher during night because of watering. 👽👉29/9 I am happy how you thrive, but they need some pruning/defoliation as soon as they have recovered from the stress training. 👽👉30/9 Did some defoliation, decided to flip to flower after their recovery. 👽👉1/10 They had a case of empty humidifier, resulting in high vpd for 7hours. Water day* 2.1xml/L Bio heaven + fish mix / 6.2 PH 1.75 EC 👽👉2/10 They look great, healthy and happy! Climate is back on point

Correct result for Sweet Gelato Auto. Easy growing: dynamic and healthy vegetative period. Short, solid and bushy plant, it need 11 or 12 weeks from seed to harvest. Flowers are very resinous and thick with a strong and aggressive aroma. The Cookies genetic is very recognizable. The yield could be bigger with a good training (LST) instead of having a big central bud.

----------- Week 6: ----------- Start of the 2nd week of real flowering. The slight discoloration of the lower leaves continues. Not the biggest problem in itself, but would have liked to see it differently. Her general health is good, but next time I will opt to use a biotab less. 2 pieces seem more than enough. That is why I waited an extra 10 days to give her the one-off treatment of bactrex and orgatrex. It is a solution of 1gr bactrex and 20ml orgatrex in 500ml water to boost bacterial life. She has just received this and she will only get this once. We also set up the dehumidifier to keep the humidity around 50-55%. And we have now also switched on the digital lumatek boost, for maximum light intensity. Since we also don't work with a scrog net (which we really have to consider next time), I already had to tie her in a few places to make sure her shoots do not fall over. Day 63 Shes getting a bit of cannoning at her top leafs, probably from the light intensity. Her bud size isnt great either but shes putting on the trichome coverage now.

Good little week I had, plants have grown a bit since I last updated. #1 - 43cm #2 - 36cm #3 - 37cm #4 - 22cm #5 - 46cm #6 - 49cm The Liverworts have also grown a bit as well, happy with that little update. Some of the plants have been beginning to get fragrant. One of them smells exactly like the seeds branded label "Cake or Pie or Cola" but I won't tell you what one just yet, I was shocked and amazed, another is very gassy/fuley/diesely, no note of fruits whatsoever. The rest are al fruity but nothing screaming strawberry. I'm expecting them to mature much more as time goes on and when they enter the curing stage. Still looking like they want more nutrients, was in the upper limit of what I thought they would tolerate well. 1.4EC maybe I push for 1.6EC - 1.8EC Till next week
