So, I started another Northern Lights auto grow, because it is very beneficial for my wife with Autism, where some strains make her a little anxious, Northern lights has a relaxing and calming effect on her. She has been put in soil on the end of day 3. The soil mix used is 5L of Plagron Promix (non-fertil.), 5L of Coco and 1L of perlite in a 11L Gronest pot. I kept 1L of the soil aside, and mixed the rest up with 7 tblsp of organic living soil fertilizer by Ecostyle. I made a potsized hole in the soil, and added the 1L unfertilised soil into the hole to accommodate the seedling through here first weeks of life. Day 4 & 5: No sign of her wanting to pop out just yet.

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/24- Here we go into Week Nine for the FastBuds Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flower! She is looking amazing now and is really showing the vigor of this strain, with new growth appearing almost daily now. It rained steadily yesterday and today, so my watering duty was taken care of by Mother Nature! 5/26- The diatomaceous earth that I spread around the Wedding Cheesecake FF along with spraying her down every other day with Neem Oil, and every three days with an organic insecticidal soap, seem to have taken care of the attacks on her leaves which has improved her vigor noticeably. 5/28- I watered the FastBuds Wedding Cheesecake FF today via garden hose and continued to train her branches through the trellis net. At this point she's taken up about half of the trellis net and is constantly putting out new shoots! 5/30- Today I watered again as the weather has been really warm without any rain. I'll be getting ready to top dress her soon, probably in the next few days with some 4-4-4 and worm castings, then she'll really start to take off! Removed 20l from the reservoir and filled it up with fresh nutrients. Added Yara Kristalon Orange, Yara Calcinit and a little bit of Haifa GrowClean to the reservoir. Adjusted PH/ORP, PH- adds P and ORP adjustment adds K. Topped it up with tap water every second day, the dehumidifier pulls ~12l/day, most of it should be from the plants I've got in my tent. I am struggling to keep ORP at ~100, might be a sign of root trouble. Nothing else to report. Values are average of the day. I checked her trichomes again and boom we’ve hit that sweet spot we’ve been waiting for! Starting this week, we’re ditching the nutrients and giving her that clean, smooth finish with a proper Flawless Flush 🚿💎 It’s truly been a joy raising this big girl. The harvest was great

Ok so I put a significant amount of time into this grow. Learned a ton (everything lol) as it was my first. After the final week, I decided to harvest when the trichs were milky and clear. Few amber here and there but time constraints meant I had to chop a bit earlier than I’d have preferred. I do prefer a more uplifting cerebral effect yet realize with an indica leaning strain, having all cloudy and maybe 25% amber would have been 👌🏼. My drying process began by chopping a plant at a time, I washed the buds to get the PM or traces off (also grime from outdoor city air). I used a big bucket and did hydrogen peroxide. In heindsight I would have used baking soda as well and did a two step wash. After washing them, I hung to dry with a fan until they stopped dripping then into the tent they went for drying at roughly 68 degrees and 55% humidity. I staggered the harvest and wet trimmed about 70% of the time with the latter 30% dry trimmed. This was done for convenience and to try both ways. I dried everything for about 12-13 days until the smallest stems snapped and the larger ones were borderline cracking. I started jarring everything with humidity meters, about a half oz per smaller widemiuth jam jar. The smell was never hay-like but did vary in strength and scent from plant to plant. Almost no seeds which was pretty great to see. One of the outdoor plants had quite a few seeds so I kept that separate. It ironically had the stinkiest floral smell. So what’s the total!! After curing in jars for about a month, I weighted everything and came out with 10.5oz of cured trimmed flower and about 2 oz of sugar leaf trim which I am making canna butter with and cooking. Made some reduculously strong cookies: 11 cookies from about 10 grams of trim. Ate two and was medicated for about 24hrs 😂. Some of the buds were super dense and cured down to 58 RH easily. There were a few of the large big buds that had mass but less density and fewer trichomes. These were more red-hair visually than the others. The smoke: surprisingly smooth. The effect is energizing and uplifting at first, with a nice sedative body feeling on the second half of things. Overall, I’m super happy with the result. Learned a TON and will be modifying my approach a bit next go-around this spring. Stay tuned!!!

WEEK 6 This Black Runtz is growing at a vigorous pace and has handled all training perfectly so far. I’ve topped her to 16 shoots, and she’s developed with a very even structure. Overall, her growth has been quite stretched up to this point. I’m hoping she won’t get too tall later during flowering. Everything still looks really promising and gives hope for a great bloom phase. Next week, I’ll switch the lights to 12 hours to initiate flowering. This week, my lamp ran at 500 PPFD, and I watered once with plain water and once with nutrient solution.

awesome strain, fat resinous buds with an awesome scent and great yield! both plants grew very evenly and almost looked the same, would grow again any time!

I decided to spend the weekend looking for a good Co2 generator setup. It was quite easy to get it running. All you need is two containers, tubing, yeast, sugar, and warm water. Now I'm just waiting to see how long it will last before I have to refill it. Here is a YouTube link with directions; https://youtu.be/Gxb_G3JAhso The plant on the left started to get too wide so I wrapped a bit of string around the two stems and brought them towards the inside of the plant. Then I tied it off on the hooks loosely so I can still adjust it. Just for good measure I raised the light a few more inches to keep it about a foot distance.

Estas tomas fueron hechas el 25 de enero de este 2022. Es dificil determinar el inicio de la flora en exterior, pero considerando la fecha y el estiramiento que se viene dando ya empezamos a florar! Se volvió a podar bajos y lavado con Mamboreta ABA para prevenir y combatir arañas (sobretodo las rojas..). 7 dias mas tarde se rego con Delta 9 El mes arranco muy caluroso, con temperaturas por encima de 43° Celsius para ir terminando este enero con bastantes lluvias, humedad y descenso de temperaturas. ig: @micro.semilla

Check out the video! 7 weeks of flowering have passed. Tops are getting really heavy, I might have to buy bamboo support sticks soon. Resin production is insane as you can see. There was mold in one of the head buds and I had to remove a golfball-sized chunk. Some insect made its way in, died there and started rotting. I struggle to keep the humidity down and now I am watering every second day only. And i bought a third fan (typhoon) that blows warm air from the ceiling above the lamp back onto the tops. wish me luck for the last 4 weeks
