I have been using LST in the form of a fan on medium speed to try and strengthen the main stalk of the plant as well as planter rotation to strengthen the main stalk for tie down LST. So far I've been impressed with the rate of growth and the overall experiment. For what it's worth, the growth wth is very very similar to a hydroponics growth. I'm sure as the experiment continues I'll notice some big differences. It does appear to have either a minor potassium deficiency or a little too much nitrogen. Will monitor and update as needed. The above signs may have been trying to indicate the main stalk was weakening from too much weight from vertical grow rate. This would ultimately lead to a fractured stalk. Is this what happened or is it a fungus or disease problem? Plant C sprouted within 48hrs and will be 6 days behind Plant A. End goal of harvest is still 360g from the two plants combined. Both plants are looking very happy regardless of the toxicity or deficiency. Strong strain nonetheless.

During the middle of this week I decided to stop the outward training of the branches & the allow vertical growth for beginning bud site formation . I don’t want to miss the beginning flower stretch kinda need it 😂. Decided to break the apical dominance of the main stem by LST’ing down . I noticed it was leagues ahead of the rest of the plant because it hung over the side of the pot so since I need to start slowing it’s vertical growth I figure now Is also time to get the rest of the canopy to catch up leaving me to space things accordingly later when/if necessary . Also decided to go ahead and do my 1st & last additional feeding since these girls where planted all I’ve had to do this grow was water when dry & train her to the best of my abilities. This is my growdiary for the Royal Gorilla seeds. They are growing together with NL from RQS. I planted 3 of them and all are growing happily. I planted each seed in a different pot so i can look for differences in yield and quality. Im looking forward to share the grow-process with you and i hope you enjoy my diary :).

20/04/26 - 26/04/26: Full flowering mode activated. the bud sites have started to develop visibly, Purple Punch x Do-Si-Dos is a little bit ahead of the other two. Minty Black 98 will probably stay smaller but hopefully produces some nice buds. Just filling up the tanks every other day and waiting to hit day 21 so I can lollipop the girls. This week I watered with recharge and split a gallon of water between the 3 plants and they seemed perfect, little to no run off, pots still moist and I’m watering maybe once to twice a week the most. Plants seem happy and cheerful, hopefully we can keep them that way till finish 🤘 but till then keep the peace and smoke a fat one! 🙏

Week 15 started 7-03-2022 July 4th Update Cleaned our rez and made water at 6.3 Ph, cal-magged. Heavier defol. to reveal more bud sites and give more light. Upgraded flowering light higher output and more coverage. Temps are fine. She started yellowing and getting pretty defensive with the amount of light, so I backed it off to 18", way more light from this 400w COB. The UV is hurting her too so she is throwing more color into the flowers. I am flushing a bit right now and letting her just get used to the light. Added Gaia Green on top and top fed after a 12 hour pause and then flushed out the rez, so now just good water on roots, letting the media get used up, but I don't want deficiencies at the end of the grow, hence the gentle ferts. I don't want a chemical taste so flush with the natural stuff. I will top feed once more once she gets happier looking. So cal mag, like 3 ml of Hygrozyme for root health, and PHd - keeping it simple. (Don't over do the Hygrozyme) 07-06-2022 The upgrades continue. Moved the new light and new carbon filter, along with the A/C Infinity fan to a new Gorilla Growtent Lite 4x4, which is perfect for me for a good while. It barely fit in the space, modified the fan a little and its working like a champ with near identical environmentals. Moved the White Widow manifold into the 4x4 and adjusted the lights and she seems happy so far. I can tell the new light is adding growth and bulk just in a few days. Hopefully the new tent will encourage more ventilation and growth as well. Way less light leakage, almost none. So far I am happy.

So seit 2 Tage gebe ich kein Dünger mehr dazu. Die Dame wird in ca. 14-16 Tage geerntet. ;)

Two more weeks until flower, which girl is ready to pop this is my longest vegetative stage yet. I’m thinking she probably needs a bigger pot also. I just might give her a 25 gallon pot.

All went well this week, apart from my phmeter breaking... I guess more two weeks of waiting. The colas are well developed, but the lower flowers ain't. But both are full of tricomes.
