day 2 - they got a younger sister. 13 days younger tripple G by RQS also. she gets her own diary because of age diffrence. already she kinda want to outgrow the bluecheese also lol day 5 - the critical did not even care about topping and continues outgrowing the blue cheese by far in mass lol. might go for mainlineing like training methods for the critical. day 7 - i cut the lower branches of the critical and i will give her a little lst by pushing the shoots down with my fingers multiple time per day. now the blue cheese also catched up with the critical in height and they are both about 11cm tall. also applyed some LST just today on the 2 main branches for a mainlineing setup. i dont know how far i will go in therms of mainlineing but it works really nice for compensateing the growth of the other plants

Trimming took approxiatley 16 hours, for the haul not too bad. only used a pair of 2" curved shears, only pair I've used and first trim I've done but my hand never got tired. The smell on the other hand was overwhelming, after a while had to open a window due to getting a bit light headed. While a little awkward at first really got the hang of it around hour 10, only to get sloppier leading up to hour 16, where more added to the trim and popcorn bud racks. 1 rack is 2'x4' and the other is 3'x5', lots of trim but so many popcorn buds. Didn’t do any wet weighing of the bud, due to the amount and limited time allowed to cut and trim weighing would have taken much too long. I’ll give a dry weight once the bud is ready to separate and jar up for the cure.8042000000

Still forming her delicious buds had a lot of heat problems can’t seem to keep them down below 34 reaching 36c highest! 😮 I’m trying different things everyday but I think if I don’t fit ridge vents or tile vents I’ll be having more dramas with this heat! Unless typical UK gives us rain then I’ll be happy lol I’ve added some examples of my heats in the tents the blue one (blue illuminate) is the bananan glue the first yellow one is the fast flowers second is the autos! I have 2 coolers an extraction fan and another fan to blow the heat towards the extractor but still can’t bring it down! I think I’ll go back to my old way until the summer passes on the next ones which are in germ btw! Looking to rotate a harvest every 4 weeks from when I harvest the autos! Week 4 flower : everything’s looking nice still got the lights about 7-9” from top of canopy without any issues . The humidity has gone up to 50% in day and I can’t really get it any lower I’ve already got a dehumidifier so don’t want to get another one . I would like to lower to 40-45% and lower for last 2 weeks but can’t see that happening . I’ve started the pk from end of week 4 (day 28 )at 1ml per litre this took my ec to 2.2 I will see how it goes and maybe up it to 1.2-1.5 and I’m going to use the pk for 7-14 days then I will start the flush I also lowered the silicone to 0.5ml per litre 3x blue cheese plants are on the left but has spread over and 1x sunset sherbet on the right

29 May 2021 I started the flowering stage yesterday, 5/28/21, and plan on defoliating and topping my Blue Ox baby today. I wanted to get any and all stressful alterations done before we got too far into flower to limit potential damage it can’t spring back from. The light is on a timer now, so from here on will be 12/12 schedule. I’m also adjusting the nutrients to flower, and starting this week at the “Transition to Flower” levels. I’m also starting to give a whole gallon of water for the first time as well. H2O was chilled to 41 degrees F, and contained: CALiMAGic 5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, FloraGro 7.5ml, and FloraBloom 7.5ml. The initial pH was 6.7, and didn’t require adjustment. The TDS going in was 807 ppm. Runoff pH was 6.2, and TDS runoff was 2103 ppm. The tent temp was 75 degrees F, and humidity was 50%. I practically stripped her naked today, and after finally getting a look at her branches will most likely do some LST in the coming days. I also took some cuttings to clear up space to control the grow better. I may try to clone them, but I haven’t decided yet. 31 May 2021 My Blue Ox is looking great! She adjusted to me practically taking all of her large leaves off without any issues. She looks so much better than she did before. I’m still using the “Transition to Flower” level nutrients with a gallon of chilled water (47.1 degrees F). I fed: CALiMAGic 5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, FloraGro 7.5ml, and FloraBloom 7.5ml. The initial pH was good at 6.8, and TDS going in was 924 ppm. The pH runoff was 6.2, and TDS runoff was 2400 ppm. Tent temp was 79 degrees F, and humidity was 44%.

Week 12 The time has finally come I've flipped her to flower! Because of some very slight yellowing of the leaves I've added yet another Biotab at day 77. My experience is that if you're doing a normal grow without too much training follow their guidelines. But if you plan to make your plant big with lots of bending and defoliation you might want to add an extra tablet as soon as you notice any yellowing of the leaves. Within a few days you should see your plant recover.

High winds with continuous rain make these girls strong...buds are starting to swell 4 weeks today being full moon...more rain should follow tonight into the week. Rain water is really the best for plants 💯

Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! 64 days after i planted her seed directly in a pot outside 😱the reaper came, i hung her upside down for 6days then cut her &put her on a net to dry some more While cutting I found some little catterpillars about 5 guess that were the eggs that I found on some of the plants last week.☺️ After a few days drying on the net i weighed it:53,6gr The taste is great I'm very happy with the result catterpillars included☺️
