Holy smokes first time washing a full plant and it sure paid off on some unbelievable quality rosin. Pressed70-160 My some of my 160 melt pressed straight thru 25u and 37 u rolled over 2 times tightly. Great surface area maintained in my press and 90% yeild. Excited to dabble in the rosin game. That was my small dinker plant yielded 300 wet grams for the record. 13 grams return for bubble hash. Larger plants processed I’m hoping for better yield. Let the juicing begin

Welcome to my ganja runt auto comp grow. Be sure to drop a like or comment so I can visit your grows if youd like, either way thanks for dropping by, good luck and stay safe😎 2/5/22 Popped Today VD1 for Ganja Runtz Auto 17-25% THC. Think after Its grown I'm going to send a sample to the dam to get tested. If it's nice that is. As it's a big gap and wondering where I can get her to. Am starting her on TERRA POWERS growth base nutrients and am following it's chart as guide to use and will decide on the ML/L depending on the PPM as I'm using the full 19 nutrients so the PPM will be way up there unless I break it down into equal ppm feeds when it gets bigger and give 2 1l mixes on later stage of growth and a flush in between. I'm going to try and push her to the max that stays withIn the boundaries of not stalling her with any tox, so light tip burn will be fine and is the norm when using heavy bloom boosters (SyntheticNutrients), the best growers in the world get tip burn it's just a by product of your plant taking up max nutrient and the tips are so gentle they get tip burn, but in saying that, some ppl don't like to push their plants, nice a less harsher taste. 100% natural/normal folks and actually looked for as if you aren't seeing this your plant actually has more feed it can take, meaning you aren't maxing out her 3-5wk stretch window in flowering, (personally in think, a slight push is better than a light pull back, when dealing with autos you HAVE TO MAX YOUR VEG TIME. I'll hopefully keep tip burn away until we get into flower and then tip burn is an after thought, and a welcome sign, for me it is. Now on the other hand, if I start seeing 'the claw' or/And very dark green/shiny leafs we got a normal tox that is an often occurrence in growth phase, nitrogen toxicity. (YOU WANT TO PULL BACK ON ANYTHING nitrogen based by a lot) Let's try stay away from that, "the claw, N tox",. Shes on a light feed. EC is 1.01 = 502ppm. PH is still a stable 6. Absolutely great products guys. I mixed a solution 3 days ago. Still holding the same PH/EC. Tip to higher RH. I've wrapped wet squeezed bath towel around my pots as it dries it raises RH, cups of water do not work with led lights. Will give pics and updates on growth and nutrient changes if any. But it'll just be straight love/care and gentle handling, (if any, some times I touch the tips with the corners of tissue if I splash nutrients on the top), other than that it shouldn't be touched unless it's bent and needs did an up. 3/5/22 Doing really well I decided to give the soil a once or feed of 2ml/L of biobizz calmag. It won't hurt in the least but will counter any possible calmag def and help overall with nutrient uptake. 6/5/22 So, it's begun. I've created a negative pressure environment, 1st time, let's see if it makes an impact. On wk 3 onwards I'll be running the intake extraction for 5mins every 30mins and I'll have 2 co2 bags up. If the RH becomes a problem or temp I'll put the extraction/intake back on 100% of the time. The extraction fan/intake is set at a ratio of 2 to 1. (100% extraction 50% intake) making a negative pressure environment, best way to show you have done this, the walls in your tent should bow in lightly. RH has climed to 77%. I'm going to pull it back down to 73%. And try keep it in a lower temp range. Thanks for reading. gottagrowsometime

Week 2, Day 10: all 5 seedlings has emerged from the coco that I've prepared. Most of them are between 6-9cm tall and 4 true leaves has appeared. Been feeding my self made nutrients equivalent to the GH main 3 Floral Series. The coco that I have bought is from a 5.5kg block which i buffered with Calmag solution of 150% strength and left overnight for 8+ hours. The girls seems healthy and happy at the moment however I have read some reviews that these 2 strains BCN Critical XXL & Big Bud XXL are not hard to care for and mostly forgiving on the nutes. I always ensure that my PH levels are within par of 5.5-6.5 & the recommended PPM according to the feeding schedule of GH label instruction which is between 300-400 ppm. The other 3 plants are Landrace Sativas which I grew earlier and 2 has been given LST (Low Stress Training) back 5 days ago and I noticed that the smaller leaves are thriving into bigger fan leaves and thicker branches! I overdid the 1st plant which seem to be slightly overbent including the main stem which quickly recovered and healed overtime. these plants are really amazing to watch them grow. I will be transplanting the 5 autoflowers into a 5 gallon pot in another day or 2,until then happy growing! 😸

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Flowering day 12 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone ☺️. Once again a wonderful week goes by 😀. It has developed so far and is now slowly starting to develop its flowers :-). As soon as the first forms of buds can be seen (I think in 5-10 days) 2 g GHSC Powder Feeding Bio Bloom per liter of substrate are added. In the third week, 1 g per liter of substrate is added so that it lasts through to the end :-). This week it was poured 3 times with 1 liter each 👍. The entire tent was also cleaned and the electronics checked for functionality. The humidifier was refilled every day and fresh osmosis water was drained into the tank for the coming week ☺️. The plants have all been checked for health and pests 👍. Next week the bamboo sticks are inserted towards the end for support and the lowest shoots are removed so that at the end the energy is not wasted in the lower area 👍. Otherwise there is nothing more to report this week :-). I wish you a lot of fun with the update 😎. Stay healthy and let it grow 🍀. Getting closer to the end and it's showing. Upping the BioPK still a little bit. I think they'll be ready in a day or 10. A couple more rounds and I'll start flushing. Even though everybody keeps telling me flushing has been scientifically debunked, I dont really feel comfortable not doing it. Any comments on that from you guys?

Week 2 is starting on a cold one. The winter chills has started to move in and that means temp drops at night. The day time temps is struggling to even reach 20°C today and humidity is at 61%. At night it drops down to 15 and once it hit 12. I have switched the light cycle to be off during the day and on at night in hopes to get it more comfy for them. I started pulling the bigger plant down and I probably did it to early...??? But nonetheless I went ahead and even did a 1 leaf defo... ( Feeling brave again I see..) I am tempted to top one of them .......... 😬😬😬

●End of day 59. Both plants are showing signs of flush. I will be watering tonight (5/13/202)and saturday (5/16/2020)will be the final watering. Plan on giving the 36hrs darkness starting the 19th or 20th and probably be harvesting on the 21st. I will be going through and giving a light defol to the girls picking off the "flushed" sugar leaves. ■Big Bud is turning on a heavy bubble gum smell and Agent Orange smells like a orange farm in Florida. Any suggestions tips or things you would like to see let me know. Happy gardening ✌️🖖🤙🌱🙏

Quick recap — seed to now (for anyone joining late) • 🌱 12/12 from seed • LSD genetics showing consistency and vigor • Early structure set without aggressive training • Environment prioritized over chasing charts • Feed increased gradually, never pushed • Plants transitioned naturally into flower • Defoliation timed after structure was established, not before This is calm, intentional growing. No panic moves. Why we changed nothing (and why that’s not doing nothing) Your room conditions: • 🌡️ Day temp: ~28 °C • 💧 RH: ~65% • ⚡ EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 • 📏 Height: ~40–80 cm • 💡 LED lighting On paper, some growers would panic at 28 °C in flower. But here’s the key difference between growing by numbers and growing by understanding: Under LED, leaf temperature ≠ room temperature. LEDs don’t radiate infrared heat like HPS. So while the wall sensor says 28 °C, the leaf surface is usually 2–4 °C cooler. And the plant does not “feel” the room — it feels its own leaf temperature. That’s where leaf VPD comes in. ⸻ Leaf VPD — the part most people skip VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) is simply the difference between how much moisture the air can hold and how much it actually holds. But here’s the nuance most charts miss: • Room VPD is calculated with room temp • Leaf VPD is calculated with leaf temp So if: • Room = 28 °C • Leaf = ~24–26 °C • RH = 65% 👉 our leaf VPD lands right in the comfort zone for early–mid flower. And the plants are confirming that with their behavior: • Deep, relaxed green • No tacoing, no praying too hard • Internodes strong and structured • Uniform nutrient uptake across phenotypes That’s the real data. We’re not ignoring numbers We’re letting the plant be the final authority. Stability here beats “fixing” something that isn’t broken. ⸻ Defoliation — why this time was heavier Let’s be very clear: This was not aesthetic defoliation. This was functional defoliation. Context matters: • 🏠 8×8 room • 🌱 ~27 plants • 🌬️ Airflow, light penetration, humidity pockets all scale differently Sometimes a single plant wouldn’t “ask” for leaves to be removed — but the room does. Why you defoliated: • Improve airflow through a dense canopy • Reduce micro-humidity pockets • Allow photons to travel deeper, not just hit the roof • Reset apical dominance and refocus energy on flowering sites Yes — i went harder than originally planned. But: • Genetics are strong • Plants are healthy • Root zone is dialed • Feed is stable Healthy plants recover fast. Stressed plants don’t. These girls are the first category. And importantly: we didn’t stack stress. No feed change. No environment change. No light shock. That’s how we “go hard” safely. What to expect next week (and what not to expect) Expect: • Slight pause as plants redirect energy • Fresh flower site definition • Upright posture returning after defoliation • Strong tops responding to improved light access Do NOT expect: • Explosive vertical stretch (that window is closing) • Deficiency symptoms (unless something external changes) • Need for immediate correction Next week is observation week again. Hands in pockets. Eyes open. ⸻ Gratitude — because this matters Let’s say it properly: • Thank you to GD for the platform • Thank you to the GD community • Thank you to the Discord family • Thank you to the OGs, the new faces, the quiet readers • Thank you to the lovers and the haters — both keep the wheel turning • Thank you to the sponsors, past and present • Thank you to everyone who believes growing can be calm, thoughtful, and honest This is a special report — because it’s not about hype. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. I continued to renew the stakes, every 3-5 days and watered when dry. Btw I don't water every day, more like every 2-4 days, when the soil dries out.
