Sadly a lot of time was missed, (pics/videos) and such, as family stuff hit this crop, I just finished off the last of the puff this week. So, I have her taste and qualities fresh in my mind. So, stay tuned as full harvest & smoke review coming in the next day or two. Took a little over 8 weeks to flower. 60 days. Pre Flower she didn't really stretch so she'd be a ringer for a good SOG. The plant started to develop a lovely tangie smell early. I hit her with a the SE5000 and was at the edge. Picking up a lovely shape. The buds started to develop really nicely. Swollen calyexs, with fuzzy tops, dripping in shiny glistening trichomes. Was HST'ed early into the flowering phase. Knowing that HST works best after PRE flower has ended im sure id of gotten bigger buds. But what I did get was 21 grams of premium A grade HomeGrown. (More 2 come on that topic) Really happy with this girl and her strenghts. As a lot of my crop suffered from light exhaustion. Co2 was kept steady and the process of ppfd intake was really high and not enough co2 which led to the plant eating the very thing needed to push your plants, sugars, co2, light. And the ppfd was been kept up but sadly the co2 was not. But, she pushed through it the best out of the bunch. Hitting highs of 35c. Brought it down to 28 the last 10 days or so and cut the ppfd in half and dropped and extra co2. She ate all the Fungi in the pot, and was a happy lady. As you might be able to tell. I'm talking about this girl in the past tents, and that is because this girl and her whole 21grams got 1.5 months cure. I was smoking it upon curing also. Defo one of the best tangie puffs I've had in a long time. Brief flowering phase(s) reviews: Total time 90 days. 9 clones taken, but sadly I had to ditch that plan. I HST'ed this girl just as she was moving into pre flower. And was a very hardy girl. Drenched in sticky trichones she glistened under the light during late flowering period. Will defo be doing a SOG as she hardly stretched at all during pre flower probably 8cm, and there was a big swing in lights on/off 35c / 23c. Very easy girl to maintain and very hardy to harsh conditions. Thanks to Spider-Farmer for providing the light and to dutch for allowing me to try this baby. As I said. Harvest and puff review coming soon. She isn't a house stinker. So, some light air cleaning with an air filter and you'll be golden. But, don't be but off by this. As she'll be a stinker upon finishing or at least doing 4 weeks of curing. (More in the harvest update coming soon). 90 days + 48hr dark rest and 10 days drying at 19c and 70% rh. (Gen not my ideal conditions for drying but done 3 of my girls this way, and they're probably my best dried plants ever. No bush whack smell (hay smell).. some very nice bud that grinds a treat. Takes a little longer to dry but no dropping the RH, it must of been the steady conditions that made them some good owl phenos.. Thanks for your views and so on. Stretch her out a lil to let the light in. The smell is starting to be prenouced, gassy, cheesey, berry, funky cant wait.

1st day of week 3/last day of week 2. Tmrw on day 15 i will change lighting to 18/6. I transfered to larger containers today, and like to give them 24hrs before the light adjustment to avoid shock. Running Two Maxsisun 300w units. Day 16 started nutes with a light woodering 😁

D044 V38 ALPHA: LST continues with light defoliation - only to expose branches that are hidden. Diluting nutrients to a 1/3 strength. Currently 16 oz RO to 8 oz nutrient solution. D041 V33 BRAVO: Growth and recovery from nutrient burn and caterpillar munching seems to be in full swing. Diluting nutrients to a 1/3 strength. Currently 16 oz RO to 8 oz nutrient solution. D045 V39 ALPHA: 16 oz RO D042 V34 BRAVO: 16 oz RO D046 V40 ALPHA: Diluting nutrients to a 1/3 strength. Currently 16 oz RO to 8 oz nutrient solution. D043 V35: Diluting nutrients to a 1/3 strength. Currently 16 oz RO to 8 oz nutrient solution.

Day 84 (day 21 flower): Major defoliation on both the Brain Cake and Bakers Delight. Both the ladies are getting sticky! The Brain Cake smell is pretty neutral but the Bakers Delight has a bit more smell and reminds me a bit of a Tangine Kush (Rare Dankness) I grew a while back. Changed the water reservoirs to the flower bloom booster nutrients (Plagron green sensation). Day 86 (day 23 flower): They seem to be coming along nicely, a tiny bit of progression in the buds since defoliating. The Bakers Delight is more sensitive to nutrients so added some tap water to dilute the nutrients a little (TDS 510 -> 470). Day 87 (day 24 flower): Both doing well. The Bakers Delight seems to be reacting positively to the slightly lower nutrient concentration. Both water reservoirs between 5.7 and 6.3 at all times and around 20-21c. Day 89 (day 26 flower): Everything seems fine, water stats are stable, for as far as I can see no deficiencies or excess, bud are growing in height and seem to be producing nice amounts of thc giving the buds a slightly grey color. Some of the pistils are turning orange very early, might be due to stress the past weeks, or the new full spectrum light or just genetics. The Bakers Delight currently has a stronger smell, also a more peppery background. The Brain Cake has a neutral fresh 'plant material' green hash smell, nothing special going on yet with her odor. --> Slowly been hanging the light closer, at 50cm from the Brain Cake and 60cm from the Bakers Delight, will slowly lower till its approx 40cm from the Brain Cake and 50cm from the Bakers Delight (because the BD is 10 cm shorter...). Hopefully this will get the top buds to get even bigger and stronger and hopefully aswell the bottom buds will pull some weight and most importantly the bottom buds need to ripen as fast as the top buds which is usually the main issue when they dont get enough light... Curious to see how it plays out. Might need another minor defoliation around day 40-44.

The ladies are getting close, all trichomes are white and milky with very little amber, so I decided to start the flush today, and I will harvest the Apple Fritter and Durban Thai X C99 next Saturday. The brightest green in the tent, she is looking happy and wished me a happy Father’s day for the wonderful job I’ve been doing over the past two weeks 🤣. Very simple up to now with simply PH’d water at 6.1. I had read some research in regards of levelS of preferred PH throughout cannabis life cycle and only thing I remember was cannabis prefer acidic soils that we all know but in early stage of life PH water on the lower guidance of 5.8 is preferred as the opposite in late flower 6.3. For my personal experience I’ve been trying this now for the last two grows. Today is premix/transplant day. 3 gallon will be its final pot and should time permit I will do a quick vid tutorial of my mix using Gaia Green. Stay safe n Happy c’est la vie!

Woche 5 03.08.24 - 10.08.24 Das Wachstum geht ungehindert weiter....! Diesmal konnte ich leider keine Fotos machen, da ich in der Woche wenig nach den Pflanzen schauen konnte. Dafür kleine Zeitraffervideos von der Zeltkamera. Die Pflanzen zeigen leichte Anzeichen einer Überdüngung. Daher wurde diese Woche nur bei jeder zweiten bis dritten Bewässerung gedüngt. Außerdem wurde die Beleuchtung umgestellt von der Lumii auf 2x Sanlight Evo 120er da sie endlich nach mehrmonatiger Verspätung angekommen sind. Die Werte Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und VPD füge ich nachträglich noch ein. Die Behandlung mit dem Neemöl bringt leichte Besserung. Ab Montag kommen noch Nematoden zusätzlich mit in die Box, da ich ab jetzt nicht mehr das Neemöl benutzen möchte aufgrund der langsam voranschreitenden Blüten.

Doing amazingly! Actually started flush literally today! So stay tuned to see how chunky these flowers are going to get! They smell delicious! Candy shop in my tent with all these flavours!

She's looking very healthy and strong strong, now we're getting a beautiful bushy shape with a few bud sides as you guys can see, I'm about to flip my lady to flower very soon. Let's see what happens!
