Week 2. Colorado Cookies in Mr.B's So it's taking a heck of a long time to dry, but as you can see i'm using the hygrometer method to dertermine when to water, it says moist so it's moist and it's gonna have to wait until dry for me to water it. basically i've not watered since last week tuesday ! waiting for the next watering so i can top off the pot with some peat, overwatering compacted the soil already, kinda disappointed i've already made such a critical mistake, but hopefully sticking with it and following her cycle will help. Will try to get an in soil ppm reading asap. Took a few vids of the amino spray which is for the soil, and the kelp and micro sprat which goes directly on the leaves. beyond that what i can say is i got three identical phenos so far in the colorado cookies pack, all three plants are real even, shot up healthy then started making nodes i'm at 3 full nodes, gonna wait for 5 but i dont think i'm gonna top, something about the cookie heritage tells me it wont like getting topped much lol vpd since last week 0.6-8, now slowly getting to 0.8-1.1

In my experience, this technique helps the plants transition more smoothly and accelerates their hormonal shift into flowering. It’s a method that has consistently worked well for me, and I encourage growers to explore different approaches to find what best suits their setup. The Power of Reds - Far Red & Deep Red As part of this transition, we have introduced far red and deep red lighting. These are turned on 15 minutes before the main whites and stay on for 15 minutes after. The reason? This simulates the natural sunrise and sunset effect, which helps optimize the flowering response and enhances overall plant development. The red spectrum plays a crucial role in promoting stretch and enhancing bud formation early on. Light Schedule - 11/13 Cycle From the start of flower, we are running an 11 hours light / 13 hours dark schedule. Over the years, I’ve found this lighting strategy beneficial in inducing faster flower onset, increasing terpene production, and ultimately producing better-quality fruits. This is something I personally swear by, but as always, I encourage others to experiment and see what works best for their unique environments. They still seem to be growing, although going in the room twice a day, it is difficult to notice unless I look closely or compare photos with previous weeks. Going to cut off a couple small pieces of calyx's shortly and will post a couple pictures from my scope. Speaking of those, they're starting to give me some nice colours, slight purples, neon greens and yellows, the photos don't really do them justice under the warm lighting but I will try and take a couple pics in some white light when I chop her down in a couple weeks time. It is also quite difficult to illustrate the size of some of these colas, the one near the back on the right, is about 19 inches long, and about 4 inches wide. Looks like 2 ounces of bud hanging on her and I have had to lasso some string around it and a couple other colas as they were falling down. Bringing EC slowly down to around 1.2 - I think I will cut nutrient strength down to about 0.8 EC in a few days time to try and hurry her along a bit. I will only be flushing for 3 days at the end of this grow, they will also be in the dark for 2 days at the end with low temps (mid teens in ºC) to preserve terpenes, oils and other cannabinoids. the girl is growing quite well :) clearly there is little space for her root system :) I changed the time to 12/12 because the first pistils have already appeared :) the girl moved in with an older relative :) so I had to move her up a little to be closer to the light :)

12/11/22 - Added some more soil to each pot because the top roots were starting to show. Mixed in perlite and diatomaceous earth. Watered and fed, giving bloom nutes now along with everything else. About 1000ppm's. After another week or 2 of stretch, will go in and defoliate hard one last time. 12/12/22 - big overnight growth spurt! Upped the nutes a little bit and they seem to have responded well. 12/14/22 - Watered with plain water. 12/16/22 - not much to report, they are continuing to fill out and stretch. Have had to raise the lights several times the past week and a half. Am anxious to defoliate and really see the buds start fattening up, will do sometime next week. 12/17/22 - gave nutes today. CKM is losing more leaves than I want, but seems to be healthy overall. Will have to keep an eye on that. All are continuing to stretch.

Day 1 It seems like she's a little slow but the smell finally starts to come. No big changes for the rest. I'll probably need to feed her tomorrow. I dropped the temps a little bit. No other changes so far. Day 2 Feeding time! Up with the nutes to 75%... Only the Boost is at 100%. Changed the values above as well :) Day 7 Feeding time. Nutes were at 85%. Boost is at 100%. Changed the values above.

These girls need to be transitioned to my out building in the grow tent but I'm having trouble getting humidity up I haven't warming with a small space heater but I can't get my humidity up so not putting them out there until I fix that hoping I still have a couple weeks Now in tent out in barn..Spider farmer SE7000 is in place..I set power down to 25% for my seedlings and I have about 18 inches from panel. Anyone who has this exact light please chime in...

What can I say about this one. It has exploded 😆 the plant is so healthy and strong she has reached for the lights. Leaves turned upwards, beautiful lush green and a nice shape. I cannot wait to see her fully grown, this has a lot of promise for good things to come.
