Buenas noches fumetillas, de nuevo volvemos, y es que estas green ak xL se están poniendo increíbles, son bastante delicadas a los cambios de temperatura y a las variantes en los nutrientes , hay que ser muy estable y cuidar en los cambios climáticos, si se consigue salen unas flores enorme y llenas de tricomas. Ph controlado, temperatura y humedad dentro de los parámetros correctos, 1 de los 2 ejemplares que quedan recibirá un lavado de raíces pronto, la otra seguiremos abonándola una o 2 semanas más. La próxima semana nos vemos familia.

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. Homework. If Rubisco activity is impaired and it cannot properly function or regenerate its substrate, the plant's leaves are likely to turn a pale green or lime green, a condition known as chlorosis. Essentially, Rubisco activity is highly regulated and susceptible to various environmental and metabolic factors that can cause it to become inhibited, leading to an apparent failure in RuBP regeneration due to a lack of consumption. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. Día 31. Las plantas pegaron un estirón muy fuerte estos días. Estoy pensando en pasarlas a floración antes. Pero no quiero mudarlas al principio de la floración, para evitar stress. Sería lindo tener una referencia de cuanto ganan en altura en floración. Si es el doble en altura, no va a haber problema. Pero si es el triple o más, cómo muchas variedades que he hecho, se puede complicar de poco a mucho. Ya corté esquejes para intentar mantener las dos variedades. Voy a ir mirando, pero son 10 días más de crecimiento y de raíces que van a tapar todo.

D22. Defoliated, gave plain RO water and dimmed the light. Next is auto irrigation. D23. Finally received all of the Athena nutrients and fed for the first time. D25. Removed the small runt plant with the twisted stem. The plant started growing pollen sacks. D26. Raised light as much as I could without using zip ties. PPFD now 650-790. EC tonight 2.4.

Esta semana tuve dudas con el riego, como en casi toda la etapa de la planta, pero al fin, la veo super bien. Le doy 1 Litro de agua cada 3 dias, y parece que le encanta! Las ramas principales miden entre 70-80 cm, la mas grande llego a los 90 cm ! Ya no hay lugar para que siga creciendo mas alto, ya que no puedo subir mas la luz. Excepto ese asunto, todo va de 10 puntos! Ya estoy saboreando mis primeras cookies. Paz!

March 24 - 30 Pretty mellow week with final prep for leaving them unattended for 5 days. Drizzela is showing signs of a lime green discoloration in a small area to keep an eye on. Blumat is steady and dialed in. The plan will be to water over the Blumat system with recharge mixed in which will prolong calling for water from the reservoir.

Onto the next week of flower. Going on a short trip away for 2 days from 17-19th, so the reservoirs will be full before we leave. Got back to more growth and had to raise the light up. Ladies looking great and getting big. We are a few days before lollipop so the tent is a bit humid but not bad. It will be easier to keep VPD at 1.2 after day 50 or so when some of that unneeded growth is out of there. Lollipop done on 21st and 22nd. Next on 23rd to finish up. Things are getting frosty with the CropSalt Bloom nutrients. Ladies didn't mind the haircut one bit Buds are starting to swell!

May, 8th I tried to do different Trainings on the Cookie-Plants the one on the Pictures is growing quite Wild with alot of laterals but atm i let her do the Thing The others have a more strict Growingregime✊ All Girls sit in amended Soilmix, ( EASY BOOST ORGANIC NUTRITION) so only Water and Beneficals for them waiting little before I start Floweringnutes

welcome to📅 Day 8 6/14/2021. Things are going just as I would expect for this stage and no gnats as of yet thank god for that🙏 If things go as planed top feedings will stop by the end of the week and I will move on to the reservoir on a 2 week cycle. The Mars Hydro TS 1000 is performing just as I would expect and that's to say flawlessly this little light works its magic best in the veg faze of the grow when growing multiple plants but in flower it will need some help. If I had 2 of them I think I would be fine in my 4x4 tent one for each plant or better yet the TS 2000 for each plant Until Thursday Happy Growing and as always Keep your stick on the ice 🏒 Update 📅Day 11 6/17/2021 she is well on her way and I am very happy with the progress. My Mars Hydro TS 1000 light is preforming just as I would expect and I have turned is up to 75 %

I am back from my holiday left on 19th of December so my friend handled them in had to remove a lot of leaves atvteh bottom they are very tall pistils are out. Crazily nice! :)

wonderfull colours and smell, plant is looking fine, i see another 2/3 weeks from now, for a full development of the buds. heavy and frequent rain occurring, didn't have to water so much, hope it get better from here to the cut. i am gonna decrease on the nutrients, to make them disappear in 10-15 days and a have a full week on just pure water. the quality of the smell is incredible, very sugar-candy like, not so citric.
