Harvest:
Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup.
I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil.

The Purple Queen stretches alittle.
But still showing the bushy Shape. She grows nice roundisch fat leaves.
And soon some Flowers
The Girsl only get water with Benefical stuff, because their Soil is amneded with

I was watching them careful, because of moving into another Envoirement, more Space
and a lot of Light

😻Week 5 of veg and things are looking good! I didn't know how I wanted to train these so my husband's suggested we top 2 plants and low-stress the other 2.. I went a little too heavy with their last feeding, no burned tips yet but 2 of them are very dark, we'll be doing water only for these this week..there is some minor discoloration on a couple of the lower leaves nothing major but something we're watching..we'll update again midweek..thanks for all the love Growmies ❤️🌱

Things are good 😺👌..New growth seems to be coming in fast on the 2 plants we topped...much faster growth than we've seen up to this point..all plants seem happy and all have a great color (after working out my slight overfeeding )..we've been running the MarsHydro near the top of the tent the entire grow as a test and its still more than adequate. .we don't have a light meter but we do have some crazy tight node spacing to confirm lol...I still say these plants are a little on the small side but they seem to be growing faster now..I'm pretty sure leaving them rootbound in cups didn't help their development...I think they're finally becoming adjusted to their new homes and we'll see some explosive growth in the coming week 💡🌱... fingers crossed 😺🤞

AHHHHHH!!! I DID IT AGAIN!! Kicked my timer power after watering yesterday and put these into about 14hrs of darkness 😥.. lights are back on, hopefully they didn't notice lol.. ah well these things happen and I'm sure they'll be just fine ❤️🌱

DRIED UP AN ORANGE PEEL IN THE OVEN. THEN GOUND IT UP IN A COFFEE GRINDER AND TOP DRESSED ON DAY 8. MIXED UP A VERY VERY GOOD CUSTOM BLEND OF MEDIUM ON DAY 13 AND TRANSPLANTED. MISTED THE MEDIUM AND THE SEEDLING AFTER THE TRANSPLANT. WEATHER HAS BEEN COOL AND WINDY WITH NO ISSUES SO FAR.

Two of the Iced Out are lagging behind, others are on point - I'm trying to push light and nutes to the max.
Extraction fan (AC infinity Cloudline T6) on level 2.
DAY 13 - First full watering (10L) with 20 ml Canna Terra Vega
DAY 14 - Circulation fan turned on (low) during lights on
WEEK 3
Good growth, two Iced Out still lagging

DAY 29 - Plants are starting to show sex, removed 2 Urkle Mints males, the other two are females, the rest are fems so we're down to 13 female plants total with only a single weakling

Increased light intensity to 85%
Girls are drinking 1.5 l a day.
Decided to go with multi feeding this time instead of crop steering. We will see the difference. At this point they are fed 3 times a day 600-450-450ml. 150ml shots every 10 minutes.

Day 50 Flowering: Hi all. Another week gone and another week closer to the harvest we get.
All of the girls have been behaving very well and adorning themselves with trichromes and scents of their genetics.
Six shooter now has a really nice dusty appearance on all her many sugar leaves and budlets which give her a very dangerous look of potency that is usually seen in gg4 and hybrids. She is not big at all but the limbs she has are full of buds and beginning to thicken out as the final two weeks run out . She has a candy sweet smell getting near her now too.
Strawberry Pie is now filling her space out nicely under the light with her buds also beginning to fatten during the last week. she has a nice healthy build up of trichromes now amd shows her "cake" side a little more now.
She has made a good sized plant amd has been a fairly willing participant to the basic lst she got.
Mexican Airline has continued to shine as the starlet of the grow. Her buds are so attractive to look at with their spikey appearance and mixed colours being produced now. Her general size is good and her energy tobgrow has been great too. The buds are really unique looking on this strain and I will be growing this again soon without doubt. Bud sizes are very good at this stage and I hope that the final few weeks will really push her to swell .
They are all now on the Dragon force to finish the final two weeks which should power rhe swelling and production of more oils for the harvest. They will be fed this for the next week now before a final week of weak feed to encourage a little fan leaf stores usage. Fingers crossed it all goes to plan.

I’m baaaaack!!!
Sorry I’ve been away for a while. I’ve been busy getting everything together for the next phase…
Welcome to the Dude Garden 2.0!
I now have 3 grow areas. Two 2x4 tents (one for clone/veg, another for mothers) and a large 10x12’ish flowering area (its actually larger than that, but I’ll be conservative). The tents are running 300w LED’s and a T5 for the cloning/sprouting station. The flowering area has a 1000w HPS!!! I’m totally psyched to see how the HPS does with flowering for me. From all the research I’ve done It seems to still be undisputed that HPS is the best for flowering (but not so good on the electric bill).
I moved all plants from the tents to the new flowering area under HPS. That includes 3 Blackberry’s (FastBuds), NYC Diesel Auto (Barney’s Farm), DinaMed+ and Critical+ (DinaFem), Cream & Cheese CBD (Seedsman) and 3 Cherry Hemp (Elevator Supply Co).
With the autos You’ll see the first 2 Blackberry’s are getting close to harvest, but looking a bit funky due to the issues they had early on as seedlings. The 3rd is looking much better and will probably yield more than the first 2 combined. I do love the purple and the aroma is insane. The NYC Diesel Auto is looking very nice, the main cola is developing nicely and has great colors.
With the photoperiod plants, most are already kind of big considering they haven’t flipped to flower yet. I’m expecting the stretch to kick in at any time for these girls. I hope they don’t break the roof. The Dinafem plants are looking best so far at this stage IMO, but the Cream & Cheese CBD is looking very nice too. And I’m not disappointed at all with the Cherry Hemp plants, one is several weeks older than the other two, but the smaller two have a great node structure. It should be very interesting to see how these 3 grow from here. I expect the older one to be the largest at harvest, but the 2 little girls look ready to explode. We’ll see what happens.
I transplanted the photos from the 3 gallon grow bags to 7 gallon fabric pots. And also purchased some Pot Elevators that they are sitting on. The Plant Elevators are pretty cool, they have a mesh base to allow better drainage and air flow to the bottom of the pots.
I have clones of all of the photos cut and planted in Jiffy pellets in a humidity dome. I took 3 clones of each. The strongest clones will become mothers, the others will be grown out.
Note: The HPS gives much more of a yellow wash on the pics than I was expecting. I tried to color correct the pics the best I could and tried to get to the real colors, It should be pretty close.

Finally my QB 240W come and it's incredible bright. i flip it to 12/12 this week to make sure the small tent 90 x 90 x 180 not blowing up.
after 4 day i witness good stretch from the tree and the temp also decrease to 30 celcius average.
I'm happy with my grow so far hope to get 100 gram out of this harvest.
