She's looking gorgeous and smells like citrus 😍😍😍

Excited see this strain develop their bud structures now. They are definitely a lot hungrier this week and seem to showing a ton more trichomes. More defoliation and lst to help spread airflow and light. Still no major issues. ✌️

These things move fast! Donkey dicks are in full force. Development is weeks ahead of every other strain. What a thing to watch. Lots of trichomes piling on. All three phenos are getting big quick! I'm very excited. Smells super sweet. Very candy like. Fucking yummy. I reduced the nitrogen dose again. I also stopped giving them vigorous. Its a pure bloom mix now as these ladies are booming with flowers. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

This week has been fantastic I have no very few tiny branches have slight problems dying from the amount of nutrients that I use but the larger cola nuggets grew extensively

Well week 5 of bloom is complete, and this week brought a few challenges. Humidity in my area has been through the roof, close to 100%. My heavy-duty equipment was struggling to bring my tent to acceptable late flowering levels, sometimes reaching over 60% RH, especially at night when the plant was respirating more. Additionally, her pale yellow color, and leathery leaves didn't excite me too much. If you remember, we had a severe heat wave a couple of weeks ago, which contributed to that. But also, since I messed up the ScrOG training, and regrettably decided not to super-crop her, a fair share of the leaf problems were due to light stress as well, as I didn't want to sacrifice lower colas, so I let it go. My biggest mistake this grow, was not paying attention to her the one day she decided to stretch nearly a foot, and was unable to be weaved into the net the next day without being snapped in half. My second biggest mistake is NOT snapping it in half, and letting it repair itself. I wouldn't have had nearly as much bleaching of leaves I think. This week, and I'm assuming because nearly all chlorophyll was depleted from her fan leaves, I didn't notice much of any change from last week. Her buds seemed to be about the same mass, and the stigmas still had the same ratio of red to white coloration. I suspected she was dead, or dying, or just...done. Not all genetics will transform all of their stigmas from white, and not all genetics will have their trichomes turn amber. So, I did a few things to confirm that suspicion. First, I looked at her trichomes on various buds closely with a microscope. They were almost all cloudy, with very very few amber. That told me that she was at an acceptable level of ripeness, even if she could have went longer, assuming she was still alive. Next, I removed the pea gravel mulch I was using in the raised bed, so I could get a closer look at the soil she was growing in, and more specifically, her roots. The soil, although moist a few inches deep, was not at the level I expected, and I think I have not been watering her enough. I don't think I'll be using a gravel mulch again. On the plus side, it did help prevent fungus gnats, as there was zero the whole grow, apart from an early week when I placed some solo cups to germinate on top of the bed, but after removing them, the fungus gnats disappeared with them. Also while inspecting the soil, I carefully dug down to inspect some of her primary roots. They were actually dry, despite the surrounding soil being moist. This could explain why she wasn't drinking much if any for the better part of the week. So, given her dry foliage, dry roots, and ripe-enough trichomes, I decided it was time to harvest her, earlier than expected. Let's also not forget that I was frightened this week with some high humidity scares, so growing longer, and possibly for no reason if she was dead or barely alive, was not in the cards. I've dealt with my fair share of bud rot before, and I would rather try what I have of her now, than to wait the extra week or so for her to be fully ripe. So, that is what I did, on the last day of the week -- I chopped her down, cut off some larger fan leaves, and hung her upside down. This, of course, was after removing the raised bed. It took me a while to empty about 45 gallons of soil so I could move it, but in doing so, I noticed a lot of beneficial critters, and nothing bad. Such critters included small centipedes, which feed on other insects, and soil mites which eat dead organic matter. I set the tent to dry at around 72F and 55 RH. And now we wait for about a week before trimming. One thing is for sure -- I am very proud of this grow, despite all these flaws. She smells incredible -- like pure citrus emanating throughout my house. This is a very strong-smelling plant. Can’t be a Central European summer without hiking up some 🇨🇭 mountains! The scenery is just majestic at times… and of course the doggo is loving those cowbell sounds!

Defoliated this week. Ladies are filling back in nicely. Tons of bud sites. Very happy with this batch so far! Nutrients every watering this week. These girls will now get one watering of just ph water, then the next watering will be the last watering with nitrogen. After that, we kick the bloom phase into overdrive. They will get micro, bloom, and advanced big bud. Every watering, for the rest of their lives. Grow-5ml Micro- 5ml Bloom- 5ml Recharge once a week.. What a bush!!!! Super heavy stalks and my gosh. Still vegging! What a yield this girl will be!!!

Now starting week 13 I definitely can seem the bounce back adapting to the new environment she is doing so much better I am hoping that she will be ready in another 2 weeks 3 max. Lets keep our fingers crossed. Also been dealing with fungus bugs so have cut back on the water to get rid of them

Last couple weeks for the Green Gelato pair. Getting a couple amber trichs in the video. I accidentally snapped a branch and decided to fully remove it from one, and will add to the total weight at the end. The Royal Gorilla is a strange one. Still far behind at this age, could go 100 days potentially lol. Drinking 2l a day too.

Week 12

It's week three of flowering, and the ladies are doing really well. The net has been installed, and the plants have been moved into position. The Fishmix has been removed, and the Bio Grow fertilizer has been applied for the first time. I also defoliated and lollipopped both plants. Small buds are forming, and you can start to smell them. 💚💚💚

The plants have been on cruise control 🛳️ so far and they’re loving every second of it! Despite all of them being popped around the same time, I can see the purple lemonade finishing up much faster than the lsd-25’s. No deficiencies to my eyes, slowly plumping up day by day 🤘

Starting week 6 off with a watering of 2,5L, still only grow, bit of rootjuice to fade it out, and activera. No Calmag and a lower dose of microbes - though the Afghan Kush shows signs of a very early calmag def, so ill add some next time again to be on the safe side. Also, Flowering is underway!!! Will introduce flower ferts for the next watering with both. Also, watering both at different days now - the blueberry drinks way more than the afghan. Today on 22/12 was the last training and HEAVY defoliation session for the blueberry - she was growing reeeeal bushy and has tight internodial spaces. Getting her ready nice and sexy for her flowering look! The afghan kush not so much, i sparingly LSTd her but she is growing just "how i like her". Not much training needed in my eyes. The blueberry had overlapping leaves and flower stems. Also changed the light cycle back to 18/6 on 25/12 watered both with 2,5L, phased out rootjuice for good, added flowering ferts and 0,5ml/L of calmag. i have to ramp up the dose to 0,8 or even 1ml/L next time, since both are showing deficencies of what i would attribute to calmag. Grow rate is good, buds are really starting to form. See you next week!

Starting to stack up

Hello Diary. We have reached the 9th week, 6 weeks of flowering and are slowly coming to an end. My estimate is another week until harvest, although the flowers look different on Mimosa # 1 and Mimosa # 2, the appearance of the trichome tells me it will soon be time to harvest. Most trichomes are milky and now I am waiting for the brown ones to start appearing. It’s a sign to me that it’s harvest time. Along with Mimosa, there is also a Sherbet Queen on the "Farm", so it's quite crowded in the grow-box. That's why it became quite difficult for me to take them out of the grow box so as not to damage them. So this week I only photographed Mimosa # 2 on a black background while I take photo of Mimosa # 1 inside the grow box. The color of the leaves slightly takes on a lighter green color which slowly becomes yellowish, the flowers are nicely filled as far as Mimosa # 2 is concerned, although it grew almost 120 cm high and the lower branches were quite far from the light. Bending clips helped a lot by throwing the branches outwards and thus giving them more light. The branches are heavy under the weight of the flowers so I had to tie it a bit to a stick. As for Mimosa # 1, the flowers are full of trichomes, the smell is divine, much stronger than in Mimosa # 2, but the flowers remained small and airy, not filling and hardening. Probably most of the flowers will go into the trim. Due to the height of the plants that are inside my 180 cm tall grow-box, the lights are much closer to the top of the plant than recommended by Migro, but I didn’t notice that their light is too strong, so bravo Migro. The temperature was high this week, around 30 degrees, and this is caused by the great heat outside which was above average this week. Humidity is a little above 50%, which is more than would be ideal, the cause is also heat, so the soil evaporates more and releases moisture. I have two fans that blow for 24 hours and thus prevent the potential occurrence of mold or similar problems. Ventilation also works at maximum power. Watering is still every two days, and more or less that’s all that happened this week, I’m patiently waiting for the harvest. Here is a brief overview of the week. 11/07/2021 - Day 57. Watering. I always prepare about 8 liters of water, p.H I adjusted to 6.4 and watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 50% humidity. 13/07/2021 - Day 59. Watering. Same procedure as two days earlier. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 31 degrees and 55% humidity. 15/07/2021 - Day 61. Watering. p.H - 6.2 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 53% humidity. 17/07/2021 - Day 63. Watering and photography. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 60% humidity. That’s it for this week, we’ll see more of what it will look like next week but it will very likely be harvesting all three plants at the same time. Until then, enjoy.

Hello everyone, I'm really pissed about the 3 Afghan skunk plants, the package description says feminized seeds but they are in flower mode while the light is on 24/7, the people at Expert steeds are doing a terrible job packaging the seeds! Last time i buy steeds from expert steeds that is for sure. In 2 days they will get a good defoliation and than it's racing to the finish. Thanks for stopping by and have a nice day. Growfather
